Came in with family and had a really good experience. The host Bella was super friendly and greeted us right away, which made us feel welcome from the start. Even with the restaurant being busy, everything was handled smoothly and we didn't have to wait long. Bella also helped as a runner and was great. Our food came out hot and surprisingly fast, and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. We always enjoy dining at Pinnacle Restaurant, and this visit was another wonderful experience. Our favorite server, Miranda, is always so friendly and makes sure we have a great table with an amazing view. Jose was also very attentive, bringing us fresh bread and butter while we waited for our meal. We started with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which paired perfectly with our lunch. The Winemaker's Pasta with shrimp was absolutely delicious, and the Grilled Octopus was perfectly cooked--tender, flavorful, and not chewy at all. To top off our meal, Chef Ever stopped by our table and recommended a special crème brûlée for dessert. It was the perfect ending to an outstanding lunch. Visited recently with my group of girlfriends and so thoroughly enjoyed ourselves- my sister in law who was visiting from LA area became a member at Faulkner Winery. The pinnacle of what, exactly? Food: my mother got the Caesar salad which had little to no dressing and my wife and her got the Mahi. Cilantro-like rice was green and watery. What is this, Doctor Suess? The mahi tasted frozen and very chewy. I got the Ray's burger and it was very salty. Could use some sauce to help balance it out. Luckily for this restaurant, the fries were the only redeemed quality about our experience. Service: didn't get greeted by the two ladies in the front. I had to be the one to say hello first. Food came out relatively slow. When cleaning the tables next to us, the busser knocked over the salt and it caused a loud noise. Where's the professionalism? Does that happen often? I went to Pinnacle restaurant and didn't realize that they closed at 3pm. My son and I rode our bikes. We said to each other that we need to come to this restaurant before 3pm. My son is a student am Temecula Middle school and they get out at 2:30pm. We planned a day to make it before 3pm. My son quickly changed and we were excited to have a nice lunch together. However, we walked in at around 2:50pm and we were told that they were closed. I am in the restaurant industry as a chef, not that it actually matters, but I find it absolutely unacceptable to deny anyone service if you should be still open. We planned this. I've heard positive things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not get to explore Falkner winery as we were on a quest to look for a venue to accommodate our wedding anniversary. We met with the manager Jhonathan Morales. He was very helpful and gave us a tour down at the barrel room. They are currently doing construction, but it is a beautiful room with access to an outdoor area with a nice view and picturesque. Absolutely a horrible Mother's Day experience today 5-10-26. $313.00 for two people and the worst food ever. The inside of the restaurant was plain, with no beautiful atmosphere. There are no views. The food is incredible and the service is amazing. The first time I dined their ever I had Crystal as my server. She was great.
