I've heard positive things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not get to explore Falkner winery as we were on a quest to look for a venue to accommodate our wedding anniversary. We met with the manager Jhonathan Morales. He was very helpful and gave us a tour down at the barrel room. They are currently doing construction, but it is a beautiful room with access to an outdoor area with a nice view and picturesque. The dining room on the main floor is an open concept with windows throughout providing great views.

The food here is delicious and well thought out. Flavorful and tasty all around, I've never had a bad dish here. Crista the server is super attentive and friendly as well as the manager Jonathan is also very friendly and welcoming. I've had the chance to meet the Chef a few times and he is super nice and always willing to talk food if he has the time of course. The restaurant is always clean and kept looking nice, it sits up on a hill with a nice outside view. I highly recommend you check out the pinnacle when in wine country.

The scenery is beautiful. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable with the menu. The food was amazing! Everything was a between a 9 and a 10 out of 10. Most memorable was the scallops! Just wish there would've been more in our dish.

Wonderful lunch on a Monday. It's January & off season, most restaurants in the area weren't open on a Monday for lunch. All I could find were places with bar food & I was not in the mood for fried greasy food. I'm glad I searched & tried this spot for the first time. Amazing food, view and service.

Lunch here was pretty average (and they weren't crowded on a weekend day). Ordered two different pasta dishes. Both were overcooked with bland ingredients and sauce. Covered in cheese to mask the inadequate flavors. The accompanying seafood was fresh, simply prepared. No issues with it. Service was nice. View is also pleasant. Overall, really average quality food for an above average price point (spent a little over $80 on one glass of wine and two pasta dishes).

Nice restaurant on a Sunday morning for brunch with friends. It was quiet and service was great! The prices were a bit more than expected but we enjoyed our food. The crab cake sandwich was large and so good. The crab cake was moist and full of flavor. The seafood stack looks more like a small seafood stew than a stack but my friend said that it was good too. Just not what she expected when she ordered.

The Pinnacle Restaurant is located at Falkner Winery and serves a delicious Lunch. We came here after a Yelp search, which we narrowed down to winery restaurants in the area. We made reservations for midweek around one-thirty. The ambiance is white table cloth, with a magnificent view of a green, lush field (photos). It was a perfect way to relax and discuss our wine tasting next door. What we weren't prepared for, was the exquisite meal we were about to enjoy. Pinnacle is only open for lunch, which is sad because the food is soooo good. We choice their 2021 Rosato wine to have with our meal. It was only slightly sweet and went well with our choices. My wife ordered their Chicken Puff Pastry and I had their non-tomato, slightly beefy Puttanesca. Both were so light and flavorful, which yes... did melted in your mouths. Normally I would have gone with a strong and bold Sangiovese, but that would have overwhelmed the flavors of the pasta. The Chicken (photo) had a creamy corn and mushroom topping which was so light and delicious. Most winery restaurants in the Temecula Valley, with Meritage at Calloway being the lone exception, tends to focus on Flatbreads and Charcuterie Boards. Not Pinnacle. Clearly the Chef here deserves kudos for the Menu and execution. If we had more room, we would have gone with their Chocolate Soúffle. Five Stars.

We are members of this winery. The food was decent. The waitress was a little court. I know they had 3 waitresses and had a very small crowd (2 other tables) of customers. We asked her to take our photo which would've taken 2 seconds to do. Instead of saying "Let me take the other orders first and i'll get back to you" or "i'll have someone do that" since they did have someone who wasn't doing anything. She responded with, "I can't do that, i have other orders to take". When she finally was free, not once she came to offer if she could take our photo now. Yet, after seeing a large tip she got from us then she offered to take our photos even outside of the restaurant. She was a little rude in my book.

Forget about the stunning views looking out of the circular windows, the lunch was superb. The crabcake sandwich with the hot ability and chips was perfect. The platter of caramelized brussels sprouts with goat cheese, cranberries and fried egg was delish. Priced right, this place us a BINGO!

On a extra hot Temecula day, the last thing I wanted to do was eat lunch outside. Thankfully, the Pinnacle is indoors with AC and they take reservations. For groups of 4 or less, you can book online. It's easy to call for larger parties. The restaurant itself has a beautiful view with a window facing the vineyards stretching across the entire wall. Service was great! They were friendly and attentive to our needs. Food itself was okay. I got the pasta puttanesca and it was fine. Nothing special but not bad either. I did enjoy the complimentary bread and butter at the start of the meal. They offered a free birthday ice cream. The wine here is good so that's a positive. Overall, it's a good option for an indoor meal but the food is fine.

3.5 Stars Super glad Pinnacle was able to accommodate a large group at the last minute. The restaurant was fairly empty on a Friday at 2pm. Service was top notch - our waitress was always ensuring we had everything we needed. The Porchetta Sandwich was really like a pork belly slab sandwich and not legitimate Porchetta. Was it good? Heck yes it was good! The flavors were perfect with garlic aioli, soft bread and sauce for the pork belly. Loved the roasted red peppers and arugula. The Chicken Sandwich was not as good. I ate bread for a long time before I got to the chicken, which was dry. Flavors were ok. Side of salad was very well done and the chips were lightly fried. I'd go back for their "Porchetta" sandwich.

The view is awesome. The waitress and waiters are great. I always love the food here. I do need my hot sauce if I feel that the food needs just a little flavor. Overall, I like it. It all depends on your flavor. This day, for my octopus, I did need a hint of hot sauce. The last time I had it, it was perfect on point. The seafood appetizer you have to try.

    Short-rib Sandwich INCREDIBLE!

The best highlight was when he let us taste a brand new, unreleased Barbera and Pinot Noir blend straight out of the tank! Such a cool, VIP experience. Visiting wineries is a fun way to spend a Sunday in Temecula, yet the only down side is that the majority of wineries close at 5pm. The Peltzer, however, is open a bit later and usually till 7pm.
