Comfort food when it's mostly needed! We all had a tasty #3 it has Fillet Migon, flank & Tendon with rice noodles and delicious broth! The waiter was very nice and attentive in a nice clean and calm ambiance! I visit the pho quite often and will continue to eat here and enjoy the comfort foods they have to offer!

Service here was excellent. The young ladies were very helpful of all my questions. The place is a good size the ambiance is just warming and cFood is good. I would recommend this place. Food is good. Surprise they are only 3 Stars. The only thing I wish they had was fresh fruit on the boba or slushes they make.

The service was really accommodating and helpful but it doesn't help the over quality of the dish. The spring rolls were hard like they were made days ago and put in a fridge. The rice paper around it was tough to chew. The pho broth itself was okay nothing too crazy. The beef ribs that came with it weren't easy to chew and tasted pretty nasty. The environment was nice. There weren't that many people during lunch time so we were seated pretty fast and had our orders brought fast. Which can be a bad thing.

I've had good VietNamese food in Philadelphia and San Jose. I even had some good VietNamese food here but that restaurant is gone. I've known about this place since it opened. It sounded a bit too expensive and I didn't think that it would be good enough. Two or so years later, I tried it and I wouldn't return. I looked for the Com Dia section but there was not much. I ordered the Com Bo Luc Lac and Iced Tea. The server brought Thai Tea. I should have said Tra, so she would known that I didn't mean Tra Thai. In just a little bit more, the rice dish arrived. Oh, and I had to ask for chopsticks. I know that they wouldn't want to leave them at the table because someone would take them all, but still, it's inconvenient to ask. It looked appealing, but the chewy meat had me working toward a migraine headache. It had some sweet sauce, which I don't remember being a part of this dish, much like the Banh Mi from the other place I tried recently. The rice was the best part of the meal. It came to $23.36, which is bad for the portion and the quality of the beef.

Super cold outside so a good soup sounded appealing. Decided to try this spot to see what it's all about. Clean and bright when you walk in, quickly greeted and seated. I ordered pho with no meat (kept the beef broth, just wasn't feeling anything too heavy today). Also ordered the potstickers. The pho hit the spot for me and I'm more than full. The potstickers were a little on the oily side for me. Not sure I'd order them again, but the flavor was there. Once you finish, you pay up at the counter.

Wanted a Vietnamese sandwich fix and had to try out this location since I've tried a few other locations in the Manteca area. It was good and I did finish it all for one meal. Normally I eat half and it did look bigger than most but I don't know if I will return for the sandwich again unless the other locations are closed. They are in a convenient popular location on a main road near a bunch of other stores and restaurants with tons of parking. The space inside is spacious and a great setting for family and friends to enjoy a meal....not a first date place but definitely for couples that have been together for awhile. There was a very pricey item on the menu and the employee said it was a popular dish but I don't recall seeing it on yelp yet. I'm not a pho soup fan but if I ever find someone that is and willing to pay that much I'll post more about it but I really came for a sandwich anyways Price was reasonable as well as the wait time...I took to go

Ordered Pho from Uber eats and whoever packed my order didn't put any bean sprouts, cilantro, etc for sides for pho. Small portion too. This is my 2nd time ordering and continue to make mistakes. So disappointing.

This place has a delicious short rib (kalbi) dish. It is so delicious that even though my family was craving Pho and ordered Pho, we still order a plate of this. This dish does come as an individual serving and not like a family style dish so the two of us have to fight for the meat. Next time we may need to just get our own plates in addition to our own Pho! I also like their Vermicelli Bowl with egg rolls. The egg rolls are fried nicely to a crisp and the inside of them are filled nicely! This is my favorite item for takeout. They gave me a peanut sauce too in addition the fish sauce. This was a first and it was eye opening in a good way! The service is nice too! The servers were always helpful whenever we had to ask for additional water, bowls to share with the kids, and anything else. To pay, you just go up to the registers. The restaurant is nice and newly remodeled. They also have a crane game

The first time I've tried the Pho, it was in the Stockton location. I didn't like it because I thought it was overpriced and the broth was bland. Then I came here to the Manteca location and it made me think differently. The broth is very well. Today I had the Bun Bo Hue and it was not that bad. Service is nice and tidy. Very friendly servers and the decor is nice. Very authentically Vietnamese inspired design. I prefer location more over the Stockton location. Great job!

I really wanted to the The Pho because I can definitely see the potential of this restaurant that opened mid 2023. Manteca actually has a ton of Vietnamese options so there is plenty of competition. I thought overall the food was decent. The service is pretty good and the interior of the restaurant is actually pretty well done. I like the little claw game machine that they have inside too. What my table ordered: - The Pho special combo appetizer ($12) - Cold cut combo (Banh mi nguoi) $9 The Pho special combo appetizer came with spring rolls, egg rolls, and fried shrimp rolls. I thought the egg rolls were solid, but wish there was an option for fish sauce although sweet and sour works too. The spring roll left a bit to be desired. The shrimp was a little rubbery and there wasn't enough veggies inside for my taste. I ordered the Bahn Mi with the cold cuts and the bread was good and had a flakey crust. I did feel they sort of skimped out on cucumbers and the carrot/radish. I wish there was a little more cold cuts too because I've had some at other places that had a larger portion. I also tried the pork variation, but the marinade for the pork tasted very peanuty and almost a bit too sweet. Also the basket that held my sandwich had a dead gnat on it, but luckily there was paper covering it...Oh well, can't always control nature. The Pho was a bit of a mixed bag especially with the food, but it's hard to fully judge without even trying their Pho which is their specialty. It's definitely worth giving it a 2nd shot to explore their menu fully. I would say it's still not a bad spot and it's still worth a 1st visit.

I liked how crispy and sweet yet tangy the bang bang shrimp was. This was probably my favorite item we tried! The chili wontons weren't too spicy and they were really generous with the amount of shrimp inside. Shrimp & wonton noodle soup was def a comfort meal growing up, so I'm happy they had that here! Portion size was very generous and broth was tasty. Noodles were cooked well too, and I liked the filling of the wonton. We also got the curry ramen with katsu chicken. The chicken was sooo crispy, it was one of my favorite items. The bacon kimchi flavor had a nice spicy kick to it. The beef chili oil noodles was tasty and I liked the small beef bits. The bang bang chicken had the same sauce as the bang bang shrimp, but I liked how the entree came with rice too. The philly cheesesteak eggrolls were super crispy, and if you're a cheese lover, you need to try this! Overall, a really solid spot for Asian fusion food, and the servers were all extremely nice and patient as well. Service was really quick!

I'll comment on the taste in a bit but I want to first highlight something I've never experienced. In all my work-from-home years I've never once had to-go experience where the dishes looked like they'd been plated for table service at the restaurant. Sure some stuff shifted in the Dasher's car but it honestly blew me away. Even the drink was carefully wrapped and put in a little box to ensure it wouldn't leak everywhere. As for the important bit, the taste, man... I have had so many amazing Thai meals at places in the bay area and honestly just assumed the most Modesto would get is some great Banh Mi spots. Obviously I haven't had the chance to try the whole menu but my go-to, Tom Kha, this is the best Thai coconut soup I've ever had! The Pad Thai is as good if not better than what I've had in San Francisco as well. I'm really looking forward to bringing friends and family here to check it out in person! Side note... yes, it's also very expensive ordering via Doordash with their added fees but it's 2026 and it's California. So far my multiple orders have been well worth the price and I expect the same experience in person! (just, you know, without the extra Doordash fee nonsense)

The baguette was fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy inside. The char siu pork was tender, juicy, and perfectly caramelized around the edges. Crisp pickled carrots and daikon, plenty of cilantro, and fresh jalapeños brought everything together. It's a well-balanced sandwich with a portion that's just right. The Grilled Chicken Roll'd deserves more attention. The grilled chicken reminded me of a flavorful chicken satay, and the peanut sauce complemented every bite without overpowering the fresh ingredients. If you're looking for a lighter, protein-packed option, this is it. They also offered complimentary strawberry and passion fruit refreshers. They were a little sweeter than my preference, but the flavors were refreshing. Next time, I'd order one at 50% sweetness. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and a welcome escape from the Central Valley heat. Service has always been friendly, and it's the kind of place where both the staff and regulars make you feel welcome. There's also a Tracy location, but I find myself coming back to the Manteca restaurant. It's smaller, more intimate, and has a charm all its own.
