Nasty and extremely dry. Not an ounce of veggies even though it says veggie chow mein.

Disgusting! Nastiest food hands down. I don't leave much negative reviews but this is dry nasty and not worth it one bit.

Food is delicious & the service is great. Food is cooked fresh and the price is worth it. There is always a line of people. This is my go to Chinese food spot!

This is a hot plate to go location, right off of I five and Louise in a strip mall. Since we're trying all the Chinese and Mexican food, restaurants in the area, this was next on the list. It was cold and raining so we decided to order 2 3-item combos. The place is crazy cheap and the portions are insane. We had so much food that we had it for lunch and dinner, lunch again the next day and still had a lot left over that we could eat. Next time I'm ordering only one three item combo for the three of us. At less than 12 bucks for the three item combo of piled food, this is the definition of cheap eats. This is American Chinese food and well seasoned. The fried fish is over breaded, will avoid that again. i'd give it 2 1/2 stars for the food and bump it up to three stars because Service is great. Girl at the counter was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The service is good specially the service the lady is so nice and she is very helpful, I also love the ambiance, I really love their food!!!!

One of the best hole in the walls spot for Chinese in lathrop. Customer service was great. Offered variations of food in order to accommodate a certain diet. Food came out hit and tasty. They filled up their combo plates with a ton of food. So worth the value since the prices are lower than expected. Definitely was great overall and I strongly recommend

Food is 100% every time with generous portions. The salt and pepper fish is my FAVORITE. Crispy breading, cooked all the way through and it's has just a little bit of heat since it's tossed with jalapeno slices Service is top notch! I get the same young lady every time and she is fantastic.

Soo good! Great portions, definitely affordable.

Great food, great service, felt authentic. Great service, quick. Had fresh orange chicken made. Didn't take long at all. Got the three meat plate orange chicken, mushroom chicken, pepper fish with chow mein. Chow mein is great skinny noodles with a lot of flavor.

This place is located in the plaza where Save-Mart is and is right next door to Starbucks. The place is a bit dreary with the old fashioned menu board. I came here to pick up the party trays that I ordered ahead of time. They just opened so there's food coming out fresh from the kitchen to start their busy day. There were already a few customers inside waiting to get served and at the time the lady who runs the front was already busy. I finally got my party tray orders of Walnut Shrimp and Beef Broccoli. They came out hot and fresh and full to the brim. I like that their servings was very generous. Walnut Shrimp wasn't drenched in it's sweet sauce so it was not overwhelmingly sweet when you're eating it. It has the crunch and the sauce balances it enough. The batter though can be a bit on a thicker side so it kind of hard to tell where the actual shrimp pieces are. There were no walnuts in this dish, it's mainly shrimp and sauce only. Beef Broccoli was also flavorful and the sauce was somewhat sweet with a bit of saltiness in them. It has a lot of big broccoli pieces that were cooked just right with it's crispiness still there as you bit and chew every piece. I also loved that it has big pieces of meat in them as some beef broccoli dish sometimes consists of tiny, barely there meat. It is family owned and run with friendly and welcoming attitude. Inexpensive food yet you get huge portions and good food. I like that this is close by so I have this option whenever I crave for Chinese food.

    Not much flavor

We came in to get some food. The Lady running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She starts helping one person, then jumps to another then to 2 others without finishing the first person she is helping. Lets just slow down lady and help one customer at a time. The food smelled good but wasnt food. We ordered pot stickers that were fried and extra fried way too much to the point where it was hard. My daughter got a plate and said there wasn't much flavor to it.

This place is THE authentic Chinese food spot in Manteca. Absolutely perfect ambiance. Excellent service, obviously a family owned and operated business. Food tastes excellent. The portions are next-level. Easily two meals in one. I wish I found it sooner, this is my favorite spot in Manteca!

I have been back 3 times since. Now I started ordering for my parents too and they really like the food as well. Tonight I got the prawns with vegetables and steamed white rice which is my favorite. My go to here. The shrimp is always well cleaned and cooked just right. Tonight I also got an order of mushroom chicken to try. So flavorful. My mom got the won ton soup and general chicken and my dad got the combination h plate which is fried rice, chow mein and Kung pao chicken. You can even ask for it mild spiced. You must try Lee's homemade chili oil. Beside great food the service is outstanding. When I called in my order and told her my name she was like "oh you have ordered before". If you haven't tried Lee's you are missing out.

For me this place is a 3/5. I ordered the general chicken and orange chicken. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came maybe about 10 min later. Got the food and tasted it soon after I got to my car. Orange chicken lacking in that orange pop. General chicken lacking in overall flavor. What was the most unforgivable though was the soggy chicken. Eating at its optimal level would be eating it fresh at the table at the restaurant. Next best thing would be in the car as soon as you got it. But it's a to-go restaurant to realistically your eating it at home after it's traveled for however many minutes. As expected when I got home it was soggy. But it was already as soggy as possible to begin with. Why is this place a 4/5 I have no idea. Maybe since I came during off peak hours so they foods just sitting around and there's no fresh food turnover? No idea. Maybe I'll give them another chance one day but who knows. Also factor in that they don't have rice plates and the cost of pure entrees alone and that's a negative for me. I didn't know how lacking Chinese food was in Manteca because I was spoiled by the old Kitty's Kitchen. Nothing compares in the area.

The menu here is a nice size and they offer quite a few things. They have everything from eggrolls, chicken wings, various noodles, shrimp, fried rice and the chef specials. I've tried a few things on their menu such as the crack fried wings which are fried to perfection and have a nice amount of heat. I've always had their bang bang shrimp and those are yummy and flavorful as well. But my go to dish here is the shaking beef with crack fried rice. When I tell you that dish has me in a chokehold, I mean it!! The shaking beef is always cooked to perfection and tender, it's wok tossed butter rib eye steak with garlic, onion and bell pepper. The crack fried rice is just that crack! The rice is seasoned with a signature spicy seasoning, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic and egg. These two together are amazing and the flavors just punch you in the face. The rice is very spicy but it pairs well with the shaking beef better than any of the other rice options that they feature. The customer service here is always A1, they are very friendly and customer service oriented. The prices here are reasonable and what you would expect for the type of food they offer. This is a must try when at the Lathrop Food Plaza!
