    Breakfast sandwich

My breakfast here was really great! There was about a thirty minute wait but we walked down the block to Annie's to get a coffee while we waited. Once we were seated, service was pretty fast. I got an egg avocado and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. It was so good!! The egg was perfectly fried with a runny yolk. I would definitely go back for this breakfast sandwich

Solid brunch with a lively scene. Kid friendly and dog friendly as an added bonus. Getting there early on a Saturday is key. At 10 am we were seated immediately. 30 min later a small line started forming. Food did take a bit to come out because they had a lot of delivery and takeout orders coming in. It was surprisingly friendly - we were offered crayons and bendy sticks to play with along with a kids water without even needing to ask. Standard lunch kid food options for brunch. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a few tables where a few folks had brought their dog. The strawberry pancakes were addicting. I could have eaten 3 plates of them. Highly recommend. The heuvos rancheros was ok. Warning the salsa is very spicy.

The Paramount is more of a traditional brunch restaurant that serves brunch every day. Menu isn't too crazy but not too basic. I ordered a Ham, Egg and Cheese on a bagel. My friend and I split the Caramel and Banana French Toast. Sandwich was loaded with every ingredient and very filling. The french toast was a great sweet treat. Service was very nice! Overall, I prefer more unique brunch dishes but I would tell my friends to visit for a nice, simple breakfast :)

Cinnamon swirl French toast with apple wood bacon

The food was delicious! We dined there for brunch and had a great time. I ordered the cinnamon swirl French toast and boy were they moist, buttery and the right amount of sweet. I had a side of applewood bacon and ordered a mimosa flight. The flight was delicious. The peach flavor was my favorite. The restaurant was not too loud so we were able to talk which was nice. There was about a 25 minute wait after we added our names to the list which wasn't bad. The service was quick and they were nice. We took an Uber there because parking in southie can be tough and expensive. 10000% recommend.

I think the most amazing part of this place is that they serve brunch all day 7 days a week. However, this visit I came for the burger. There is two hour parking on the street. Spots can be hard to find so plan accordingly. There are some who would double park (I saw guys in pickups get away with doing that) but I don't have that kind of privilege. There is still limited capacity and the high top seating is limited. I visited with a friend for lunch (early cheat day treat...I admit that I might need to redefine my application of cheat day). We both ordered the Paramount burger with Parmesan truffle fries. My brioche bun was toasted perfectly and the burger patty was SEASONED. I was pleasantly surprised at this. The toppings were fresh and the pickles were a perfect balance of sweet and tart (I got extra on the side). The fries were a little soggy and lacking in Parmesan flavor. Customer service was great. My friend is a frequent customer and she was greeted and asked after by her usual server. It was like a "Cheers" moment at the Paramount. I would definitely return.

Below average breakfast. I suggest going elsewhere. Coffee was bland. Water was the only good thing.

It is soooo good! The menu has so much variety that my only complaint is that I can't physically eat a fraction of the things that look good! Today's awesomeness according to the eaters: Chicken wings- outstanding, required if you like chicken! Meatballs- very tasty and tender and seductively fragrant with a touch of tang. Yum. Chicken dumplings- deliciously! (I asked for one word, there you have it Braised rabbit pasta- creamy but delicate, slightly tangy, tender and succulent! Short rib beef bimbab- creative, nice cut sticky glaze beef, lots of tasty textures Cajun Tilapia- The fish, the green tomatoes, the shrimp, and the sauce each have unique textures and flavors that made me smile down to the last desperate plate scrape! I recommend Moonshine 152 to everybody that visits Boston. It checks so many boxes that as I sit here waiting for dessert (pavlova, excited!) I wish again I could stuff in some of these other entrees! ENJOY and tell us about the other dishes!

They even gave us an extra dessert as a thank you which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. The chicken was full of flavor and they dressed the rice in the perfect amount of sauce. The crab Rangoon have a spicy jalapeño sauce and come on a bed of greens. The shishito peppers have a sauce too - couldn't tell what it was, but we enjoyed it. The artichoke salad was a surprise - lots of different flavors and textures. All three desserts were sooo yummy!!!! We will be ordering again soon!

My wife and I both had the chipotle mango chicken, while the table also tried the short ribs and blackened mahi mahi. All the dishes were very good, but the chipotle mango chicken really stood out. Huge portion and packed with flavor without being overdone. We also shared the spicy tuna roll and guacamole appetizer, both of which were solid starters. Between my tree nut allergy, Alpha-Gal, diabetes, and my wife's gluten allergy and dairy sensitivity, we usually give restaurants a decent stress test. Staff handled questions well, were patient with modifications, and made the process feel easy rather than inconvenient. Service was a little slow at times, though the restaurant was extremely busy, so hard to know if it was the kitchen or our server. Either way, the staff was very kind, personable, and attentive when they were at the table. Atmosphere is energetic and lively, though definitely on the louder side. Great spot for dates, including first dates, and perfectly fine for casual business meals. Probably not ideal if you're trying to have a serious conversation or intimate dinner because of the noise level. Also not somewhere I'd recommend for small kids unless they enjoy competing with the soundtrack and neighboring tables for attention. Overall, a fun Seaport spot with good food, big portions, and a vibrant atmosphere.

This is when we found Lincoln Tower Tavern. When we arrived, it was a moody atmosphere that we both were drawn to--high ceilings, brick walls, and dark brown accents. Since it was our first visit, we were excited to learn that Tuesdays feature $1 oysters. We ordered half a dozen and tried all three oyster varieties available. Each had a standalone flavor which I liked. It was also plated nicely for a quick photo op. For my drink I ordered the perfect pear; it had different flavors than what I'm used to, but in a good way. My boyfriend chose the Meat Pie and I ordered the Chicken Fettucine Fricassee. The waitress said these dishes would take half an hour to prepare (which it did not), so we ordered a side caesar to start off with because we were starving, it worked out because it was awesome. When the dishes arrived, the meat pie was a huge hit. I even tried the mashed potatoes and they were delicious. As for my dish, it just wasn't for me. I do want to state that it was prepared well and creative, the flavors just did not mesh with my palette well. It really tasted like turkey and gravy to me for some reason. It was a fine dish, just wouldn't order it again. Overall we had a great experience at this tavern as we really like the oysters, the drinks, the salad and my boyfriend did like his meat pie. The ingredients were also super fresh. That being said, I would try it again. They seem to be known for their wood fired pizzas, most tables were ordering them. Unfortunately we weren't craving pizza that night, but next time this is what I would order. Overall Lincoln Tavern has my vote, I just would order another entrée dish. It's perfect. I was not a fan of the Breakfast style wood fire pizza, the egg lacked flavor. The popcorn cauliflower is a new item and the hot honey sauce is good, but I've had better cauliflower dishes in the past.

The lemon ricotta ravioli was borderline cold by the time I cut into it which was really odd. The mozzarella was forgettable, but the pork belly was solid. The scallops that were on special were the itty bitty kind and just ok - mostly overwhelmed by whatever breading they were covered in. The best part was probably the deserts - I had the creamy Nutella something or other - and was really upset when I got to the airport in the morning and realized I left it in the hotel fridge /sad face.
