Just horrible coffee. It's insanely sweet. I couldn't even drink a few sips. Had to spill my drink.

While out shopping, my wife and I came across BLVD Coffee and remembered a friend mentioning it…read morebefore--so I figured, why not give it a try? As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Enrique, who had such a warm and welcoming demeanor. We took a moment to look over the menu, and he quickly picked up that it was our first time. After we confirmed, he asked about our coffee preferences--strong, sweet, or somewhere in the middle--and walked us through the seasonal menu with some great suggestions. My wife ordered the iced lavender vanilla, and I went with the iced café carmelita. He also asked if we wanted food, so we tried the lemon blueberry loaf and a turkey avocado sandwich. Everything did not disappoint. The drinks were amazing--Enrique absolutely nailed the recommendations--and the turkey avocado sandwich was especially memorable. While our drinks were being made, we had some friendly small talk with the staff, which added to the experience. The overall vibe was great. The team was super friendly and attentive--when a line started forming, other staff jumped in right away to make sure no one was left waiting. I'm really glad we stopped in and gave this place a shot. We'll definitely be back!

Great vibes, good coffee (not too acidic beans), almond croissants were delish!…read more Pros: - Lots of parking in front of the cafe - lots of seating (indoor & outdoor) & different vibes I ordered: - almond croissant: ugh so good! It was flaky, chewy, not too sweet, almonds were burnt. Even after 4 hours, it was perfect. 5/5 stars - $6 - Americano: yea I know, boring but it was good! Acidic but not too much. Would've loved to taste the bean more 4/5 stars - $4.50? Definitely a good work/study cafe on a random weekday

I'm not a huge boba/milk tea fan so I guess take this as a review from someone with pretty…read moresuperficial knowledge. I tried two drinks, a Vietnamese iced coffee made less sweet and a 3/4 sweet peach... peach something. I forget the name, but the menu is small it's the peach one. Both were fantastic. Definitely on the sweet side but not "this is melted ice cream" sweet like I've had at some places. I'd still probably get the peach one 50% next time. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very intensely flavored, had a great texture, and for whatever reason wasn't as hyper-caffeinated as some I'd had. I've had some Vietnamese coffees that made me feel like I was going to bounce off the walls, this was more mellow. But it still has the strong coffee flavor I'm used to. The peach drink was super refreshing, full of peach flavor, but again the level of sugar wasn't cloying at all. And the little chunks of peach added a nice texture to the experience. Again, not an expert on milk tea/boba, but this was probably some of the best I've had, definitely the best I can remember. Inside the shop is a bit spartan but there's seating for a few groups. You order via a kiosk and then someone brings the drinks out to the counter, so it's a bit impersonal. They take credit cards and the parking lot is a little tight.

A quaint little boba shop tucked into a small plaza. There are two self-service kiosks at the front…read moreto place your order, and the drinks came out fairly quickly. We ordered: - Brûlée Green Milk Tea: 4/5 - Be sure to mix it well, as the brûlée layer sticks thickly to the sides of the cup. It had a nice balance of tea flavor and rich brûlée sweetness. - White Peach Oolong Milk Tea w/ Crystal Boba 4/5 - My drink was initially served without the crystal boba, but the staff quickly provided it on the side in a separate cup. The peach and oolong flavors paired well and tasted refreshing. I'd definitely come back to try some of their other drinks!

Cafe name: Major Tom 4/5…read more (First time ordering this one, but I would recommend their Dirty Thai Iced Latte 10/10) Chilly Willy Freeze 5/5 (My bf orders this every single time, will not order anything else. This is his signature drink.) I love the lighting they have in this restaurant! Once you step in makes it feel like it's winter or something. (My favorite season) I would definitely check this place out !

So, I live for coffee. I roast it, buy it, sell it, cup it, pack it, ship it, mix it, blend it…read more.. you name it. So when I travel, I'm usually hauling around an arsenal of brewing gear like some caffeinated survivalist. And yeah... I'm picky AF. I like what I like. So if you're gonna serve me coffee, it better show up dressed in a suit and tie. In this case, it absolutely did. I had to give the local spot near Grandma's house a shot. I walked in with crossed fingers and low expectations, but walked out with a satisfied palate, a smile, and an eagerness to visit again soon. This is NOT your run-of-the-mill coffee shop. They roast onsite. Real deal, Holyfield. I started with an espresso. Then a cortado. Then grabbed a bag of Yirgacheffe to go because I gotta see what else they got going on. . These guys clearly know what they're doing; and if they don't, they accidentally perfected it anyway. The espresso was balanced, clean, and intentional. Nothing hidden behind over-roasting or gimmicks. Just refined quality coffee handled correctly. I'm genuinely glad spots like this exist, and even happier one sits right here near my fam. Seriously, can't wait to visit again.
