Our first incident here was when our dog slipped out of her collar when a staff member was handling her outside of the building. Our dog ran into the busy road and narrowly survived. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. Last week when we picked our dog up at the end of the day we were informed that she had a gash on her leg and had been limping in the morning. We took our dog to a veterinary urgent care facility and, five hours and 1500 dollars later, we were informed by the vet that she had most likely been bitten due to the nature of the wound and the level of pocketing. Our dog now has stitches, a drain, has to take medication, and has to be monitored in a cone for 10-14 days. The following day I spoke with the owners. I asked why they hadn't called us when our dog was limping in the morning, and why they again failed to inform us that they found a bleeding wound on my dog in the afternoon. The male owner spent the conversation downplaying the event and arguing with me, claiming they had only seen a "little red dot" and that "these things happen when dogs play". He also came up with excuses like, "it's hard to see wounds sometimes because of fur," yet our dog has short white fur. No matter what, the owners/staff should have called us when they noticed that our dog was injured. They refused to help with the vet bill, but did refund our daycare package.

When I made the appointment no one said I have to walk him in with a leash and that they get crated. The other place I went to does not require a leash so this was just an innocent mistake. The owner was so rude to me in regards to the leash. Her tone and approach was so disgusting. Then she was made because I do not crate my dog and she came back out with him and said " this is not going to work". But I mean she was yelling and so nasty. She then basically started shooing me out the door while she continued to say "lady you have no idea" and who knows what else because at that point I tuned her out as it was evident the problem was all her. I walked to my car and she is at the door outside still yelling at me. After reading her reviews I am glad this happened. I have not been on yelp in years so I did not think to check the reviews. Piper is so happy she all groomed now & back to her happy doggie self. She had never gone that long between appointments & was miserable. I have a Wheaten Terrier and Paige was not only experienced in grooming this breed but went to some trouble to find the appropriate length of coat that not only made Séamus look beautiful but was practical for me to manage. My father called Paige asking If Blaze could be groomed before the whole family came for the weekend as this could be the last time we were all together with him. Not only did Paige call him back first thing and tell my dad to bring him in right away but she groomed him without any other dogs there as we didn't want to over excite him. A gesture like that shows someone who truly cares and is passionate in what they do. Paige I am eternally grateful for the kindness you showed my dog today. Our lab is usually a bit skiddish at first but he was very calm with both of them. They know how to handle dogs with care. We are very happy with the haircuts. They look great. Sarah and Eric are very nice and are good people. We already booked our next appointment with them and suggest giving them a try before they book up once word will spread quickly.

She was abrupt, showed no patience with our dog Frankie, and even tossed the leash toward me while saying, "You need to put this on him," simply because he was afraid of her. This occurred in a full lobby, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When we returned for pick‑up on May 10, 2026, the employee assisting us was polite and professional. However, the same staff member from May 8, 2026, came out again and rudely said, "One of you needs to go get your dog, and if he keeps acting like this he can't come back." She did not tell me where I needed to go to get Frankie, and when I asked, she simply pointed toward the door. What makes this even more concerning is that Frankie's report card stated he was "such a great boy," "well‑behaved," and "a pleasure to have," and that he "had a great time in the courtyard with his siblings." Clearly, the issue was not Frankie's behavior but the employee's attitude toward him. When I expressed my concern to the polite staff member behind the desk, instead of acknowledging the situation or saying she would inform management, she told me we could "try one more time," but if Frankie "acts up again," we wouldn't be allowed to return. This response was disappointing and did not address the unprofessional conduct we experienced.
