I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

When I first met Jessica, I appreciated her thoroughness going over material about my cats and asking questions. My cats were immediately drawn to her. The business is also run like a very well-oiled machine. You can pay invoices and get daily reports all in one interface, which is handy for keeping everything in one place. Please please ask to see where the dogs are kept during the day, your dog will be left in a crate…read moreall day on a cement floor with no blankets, kennel sprayed with water and left not fully dried when they use the bathroom( and sometimes even the dog sprayed out of carelessness) , and if signed up for daycare don't be fooled they get to play in a room for a short amount of time and then will be put right back in those wet cement crates. If your dog is signed up for walks it goes around that little path out in front of the place and then right back into the crates. The workers will mishandle your dogs, call them cruel names, and physically push them where they want them to go. Your dogs are not being treated the way you think, if they seem happy when you pick them up it's because they are so relieved to be out of this awful place NOT because they had a good time.

They really have gotten to know my dog "as a person" and give him tons of personalized attention, starting with greeting him warmly when he hits the door. When we have a boarding visit they take the time to ask about his routine and do extra things to cheer him up like adding cheese or other treats to his food to make sure he eats when we're away. Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS
