The owner has dramatically changed the truth. I called and asked if she could make an exception…read morebecause of extenuating circumstances,. She failed to mention that in her rebuttal. Also, she hung up on me which caused me to call her back because I wasn't sure if we were disconnected or if she really unprofessionaly disconnected my call. She disconnected the call!!!! That is not harrassment. It has taken me a while to respond because my husband has had major health issues which I also told her. He was recently hospitalized for a month. She is insensitive and nasty and she has twisted the truth. Addendum: My freedom to rate and review your lack of professionalism is NOT harassment nor is it bullying. You have violated guidelines in your response here, my privacy and that of the person I referenced to you, although you did not listen to what I said because you have the incorrect name. I am stating facts, and my extenuating circumstances had NOTHING to do with my age! Many people think I am much younger when I talk on the phone and many businesses offer senior citizen discounts. Another bone of contention with you! "Playing a Senior Citizen"??? Really? The offended feelings are mutual!!!! There were other factors that I specified that I do not wish to publicize. And yes, all I did was ASK if you could make an exception. AND you are not the only groomer that I asked this question to, however, you are the only one with the lack of professionalism. You carried on and on just like you are doing here. AND yes, I have asked a beauty salon in the past if an exception could be made, not entitlement attitude like you accuse me of. My parents brought me up that it doesn't hurt to ask. However, with you it's different than with most. Instead you become a victim and turn me into a villain. I don't care how "good" you claim you are when you treat people with what you are accusing them of. I was not aware of your past trauma, however, I don't deserve to be your scape goat. You had an appointment, and I fully agree that's none of my business. There are tactful ways of saying that you have a commitment without divulging information. If you feel judged, you own that. As I stated to you, I fully understand about "time off". I don't feel entitled. I just simply asked. You state that I was pestering you? Then maybe you shouldn't be in business. I have more important things to do than to go back and forth with you. Life is too short.

I've owned dogs that needed grooming for 20 years and have been to many groomers within that time…read morespan. I can honestly say that Erin is top notch compared to all other groomers I've been to in those 20 years! She is the dog whisper!! I've never come across someone who not only excels with the grooming experience (and I'm picky), but she stands out beyond the rest by how much she truly cares about each dog that walks thru her door. She gets to know each dog and what their personality needs, speaking their language so to say. If they are an anxious dog she works with them in a loving and gentle manner to get them to trust her. If she has an overly excited dog, she works with them to calm them down. Bottom line is that she builds a strong relationship with each dog or cat. She says that she even has her own nicknames for each dog that she meets. Both her skills with grooming and building relationships are exceptional!! And her prices are very reasonable!! You will not be disappointed!!

Our first incident here was when our dog slipped out of her collar when a staff member was handling her outside of the building. Our dog ran into the busy road and narrowly survived. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. Last week when we picked our dog up at the end of the day we were informed that she had a gash on her leg and had been limping in the morning. We took our dog to a veterinary urgent care facility and, five hours and 1500 dollars later, we were informed by the vet that she had most likely been bitten due to the nature of the wound and the level of pocketing. Our dog now has stitches, a drain, has to take medication, and has to be monitored in a cone for 10-14 days. The following day I spoke with the owners. I asked why they hadn't called us when our dog was limping in the morning, and why they again failed to inform us that they found a bleeding wound on my dog in the afternoon. The male owner spent the conversation downplaying the event and arguing with me, claiming they had only seen a "little red dot" and that "these things happen when dogs play". He also came up with excuses like, "it's hard to see wounds sometimes because of fur," yet our dog has short white fur. No matter what, the owners/staff should have called us when they noticed that our dog was injured. They refused to help with the vet bill, but did refund our daycare package.
