But, Erin has recently started working with/on him. She is also very kind and gentle and she does an exceptional job!! Jenn's prices are very reasonable and they work very efficiently. So, unlike other places...you don't have to worry about your pet sitting in a cage all day. I absolutely love Claws and Paws and I recommend this place to everyone!! Finding a groomer, with such trustworthy people can be very difficult and nearly impossible, but you won't have that problem here!!

Nothing but a food bowl and a water bowl and cold dirty metal bars to stand on. The amount of time these birds sit in these cages waiting for someone to have $800 to spend on them is crazy. They sit for months and months. The least you could do is give them something cozy to sleep in a toy and keep a clean cage, this has not been cleaned in weeks based on how much waste is at the bottom. I know because I have one of these birds and this is straight up neglect. Do your jobs and take better care of these precious babies. This is absolutely sad. DO BETTER.

Second time, we were late because a doctors appointment went way past the time it usually goes. We were 18 mins late. We called ahead of time to let them know and sincerely apologized. As I walked in with my dog the two women were so rude and almost tagged teamed me. One very rudely mention a late fee; I said sure, I would absolutely to pay for that. I'm late, I understand. I apologized up-and-down MULTIPLE times saying it would never happen again and that I was embarrassed we were late. They both kept making comments to the point I no longer felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. I was very kind and asked for my dog back. They said no, no need because the lady would be out of money now. I again asked for her back and they finally gave me her. As I was leaving they were swearing at each-other about me. I felt like I was at a dirty principles office. These women have ZERO customer service. And are very rude. If you just want a cheap place, this is for you. Don't except to also revive the warm and fuzzies.

He's a little more expensive than most but yer paying for the convenience. My dog is very timid, & doesn't do well when brought to grooming shops where he's there w 5 or 6 other dogs, & there half a day in a CAGE! Here, he's in his own driveway, the only dog, & done in 2 hrs. Plus he does a pretty good job too ! Only thing is, his ears aren't even ... think if he had a mirror in the truck, or lift up ears to check whether they're cut even would help otherwise the cut is beautiful., and he is such a Nice Guy, he treats our Bosco like he is his own dog!
