Seriously?? That's why it took 4 hours to groom a 12 lb dog??

While I waited, I noticed that not only the woman behind the desk was new, but I didn't recognize anyone working there! My dog was shaking when she was brought to me. She looked like her body was trimmed but her head was not. I didn't say anything to them . I just wanted to get her out of there. Even that took her ten minutes to check me out and I paid cash....$95.00. They did the worse job ever. I will never bring her back.
