The two ladies that run the place are as nice as can be. I work from home so it's great to be able to drop him off and pick him up in about an hour. Harley comes back to me fresh, clean and with a cute bandana depending on the season. They are always really busy so it is best to book several appointments in a row. Note that they only accept cash or check and they write all their appointment down long hand. It might be old school but there is nothing old school about the care and attention that they give to Harley. I highly recommend!

The groomer at the vet didn't work at all. Our 1st appointment was more of a disaster then anything else & we kept looking & found Sue at Hair & Hound & she is just amazing. Piper is so happy she all groomed now & back to her happy doggie self. She had never gone that long between appointments & was miserable. We placed our name on the wait list. Luckily we were called later on the that day for an appointment. Sammy; my mom's dog was squeezed in to have a wash and haircut. Donna was our Groomer. She came out to greet Sammy, listened how we wanted him groomed and the icing on the cake was that Sammy felt comfortable. (He is a nervous rescue) Donna's expertise was the highlight of our experience expecally when Sammy came out to greet us smiling waging his tail looking like a million bucks. Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS

This is our second time using Pawcasso grooming for our Persian cat and I can't say enough good…read morethings. We have a long hair cat that doesn't like to be brushed so we shave him 2 times a year to avoid a tangled coat. The convenience of having the groomer come to you is so nice. Above that, Josh is so caring and gentle and has given our cat the best lion cut he's ever had. The prices are fair, the convenience is great and Josh has both talent and compassion.
