The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have since moved our business to a different local groomer.
