I was extremely happy with her groomer the haircut was perfect I did ask her to go short due to the summer weather and also its ticks season she also did her nails and cleaned her ears. On multiple occasions, the staff was disorganized at pickup and drop-off, showing confusion over which leashes or collars belonged to which of our pets. There was also a lack of clarity regarding initial requests or requirements at the start of appointments, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you cannot get back to potential customers' inquiries, then get out of yelp. We have had our dog groomed by groomers all over the USA(including NYC, LA, Seattle, Houston, Miami & others) and Canada, but never had a "no response" from a request thru yelp of a groomer that was supposedly highly rated. If we make the time to inquire via their yelp listing, the least they can do is respond. Already found another much more "responsive" groomer, and this type of provider behavior in here is a major red flag for us. So if you are looking for a groomer in here, don't waste your time on this one like we did.

Kim was beyond accommodating with our schedule and we were able to schedule a time that worked for us both. The most wonderful thing about Pristine Paws is that it is one-one-one grooming with your dog! You don't have to worry about kenneling your dog, or your dog being attacked by other dogs in the salon, or waiting hours upon hours for your dog to be ready. It's what neglectful owners do. He was sticky as if they used no rinse shampoo on him and to set it off, there was a bug on the carrier when I picked him up!
