Kim was beyond accommodating with our schedule and we were able to schedule a time that worked for us both. The most wonderful thing about Pristine Paws is that it is one-one-one grooming with your dog! You don't have to worry about kenneling your dog, or your dog being attacked by other dogs in the salon, or waiting hours upon hours for your dog to be ready. You drop off your dog with Kim, and pick up your gorgeous pup in about one hour. She did a fabulous job, and was incredibly nice. I'd 100% recommend.

My daughter and I went to check back in on our dog and saw something heart stopping through the window. She was falling off the table that the groomer had her on and he was not being very patient with her trying to grab her good back leg. He wasn't even paying attention that her bad back leg was raised in the air. My daughter was crying in the store and wanted to intervene. I will not be going back there again!
