We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.

Another staff member came down holding a baby and dressed inappropriately for a professional setting, which only added to the concern about how the facility is being run. Leaving a puppy in distress with no staff available at the front is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Almost killed my dog. I left my dog there for a week when I went to the outer banks. I called every…read moreday to see how she was doing, they never called me back. When my parents went to pick her up she had bite marks all over her body, she was dirty and lethargic. My parents immediately brought her to the vet, thankfully. It was clear that all the dogs were allowed to gang attack her. When I dropped her off there were 3 pitbulls and two other large mixed breeds all in the house running around together. I asked if they were friendly with new dogs and she assured me they were (4 were her dogs). Clearly this was not the case. She didn't do anything to keep my dog safe and wouldn't even return my calls when I was calling to check on her! DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE! My dog was lucky my parents rushed get to thre emergency vet. If not we would have lost her!! I tried to come a complaint with then at the PD but I didn't have proof so I couldn't.

Kim was beyond accommodating with our schedule and we were able to schedule a time that worked for us both. The most wonderful thing about Pristine Paws is that it is one-one-one grooming with your dog! You don't have to worry about kenneling your dog, or your dog being attacked by other dogs in the salon, or waiting hours upon hours for your dog to be ready.
