I boarded my dog here for 2 nights during my sister's wedding weekend. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was super friendly and informative. The facility is clean, with nice outdoor spaces and I think the base price was fair. I also chose the higher tier "celebrity" activity package because he's a puppy and it was his first time being boarded, I figured the more attention he got the better. When I picked him up he was excited to see us but didn't seem stressed at all. He was sleepy the rest of the day from playing which was exactly what I was hoping for. I loved the cute picture and report card update I received. I would definitely use this boarding facility again. read more

We love Wiggles! Great location, very nice and clean facility with some great upgrades. We got a good feeling as soon as we walked in the door. After our puppy Eddie participated in a couple of puppy socials at Wiggles, we gave boarding a try. Eddie did great, he ran right in and was very happy to see everyone which put our minds at ease. The staff is very caring and helpful. Special shout out to Camden and Evan for taking extra good care of Eddie and for dealing with our million (and sometimes repetitive) questions, they are always happy to answer and help. We appreciate the different walk/play time packages to make sure Eddie gets a lot of activity. Having never boarded a dog before, everyone at Wiggles made everything very easy and comfortable and we are so happy to have a trusted place for Eddie! read more

We've been long time customers and proud supporters of Larkin's Run for many years and I'm so heartbroken over new ownership and changes. The prices are outrageous now, $60-something plus a forced $12.95 walk. Now this may seem logical, but being denied a one-night stay because we don't want a walk is ridiculous. We have also brought our dogs for years to Larkin's and they have been just fine with the stimulation of the environment, without walks. So long Larkin's. Tim, Helen and the staff we have met are very inviting and hospitable. The facilities and the program are structured and top notch. We have done both the day care and the overnight boarding on different occasions and have been very pleased each time. She now gets so excited when we simply pull up on the property; and she came back from her overnight content and exhausted. We plan to have our pooch stay for vacation next week and we feel comfortable that she will be well cared for, exercised, and socialized by caring professionals. The grounds are maintained and nicely set up for all kinds of activities, They really do a great job and we are looking forward to many more visits in the future. Had used this kennel for years for my boxer dogs. Lovely staff, very clean. This is the only place we would bring our dogs as they never came home sick or thin as in prior places we tried. Always had my dogs groomed before they came home. When we would pull in the driveway, our dogs would get excited and dragged us in the front door. The girl at the front desk is lovely. When we lived in Connecticut, the ONLY place we trusted to watch our beautiful Labrador was Larkin's Run. They took such excellent care of Mickey on all the trips where he couldn't come a long with us, that we chose them over our own relatives! There is the basic stay, but you can add on how many ever extras you want, and Mickey always came home in better shape athletically, and in such high spirits, that he sometimes didn't want to leave! Mickey had special dietary needs, and they did a fantastic job accommodating them, and giving the allergy meds. We still have relatives back East, and we've recommended Larkin's to them for when they travel. I only wish we had a place like this down here! read more

we Left our fur BABY in the hands of larkins run and expected a good experience..... which IT WAS NOT!!! OUR fur BABIES IMMEDIATELY when we walked out they peed on the gravel driveway, not excitement "pee" that you might think, this was peeing that had been held for awhile, when we got home, our baby drank water out of his bowl like he hasn't had water in days, we had to refill his water bowl because he was still looking for more water, SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT WITH OUR EXPERIENCE WITH LARKINS RUN, you might think it's because he was left at a kennel so he was just "scared" NO!! our fur BABY has been at other kennels before AND NEVER HAD I EXPERIENCED OUR FUR BABY IN SUCH DISTRESS, The food we sent was NOT even touched. To say the least WE ARE EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND DISPLEASED WITH LARKINS RUN. We will NOT be returning and WILL make it known of OUR EXPERIENCE to OTHERS AS WELL! read more

When I had to travel and leave my dogs behind, it made me sad - but then the minute I turned left into the Larkin's driveway, it was all barking and excitement! I had to board my two lab mixes for the first time this summer. I was ok with it, but my boyfriend was having serious anxiety over it, so I knew I had to pick the best place. Larkin's Run was excellent. The prices were decent, I was able to book with only a week's notice, and they took such amazing care of my two dogs. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. In addition to just boarding them, they had other services available, including walks, play times, and grooming. The nail clipping service I was more than happy to tack on. That is a high stress and anxiety activity for all of us at home. I will definitely be bringing them back here if I ever find the need again. read more

Employees very kind, super organized, the place is super clean and the grounds are just perfect. We saw one of the staff giving prescriptions to the dogs in an orderly fashion. We have boarded two of our dogs at Larkin's Run on separate occasions. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the facility (which is kept impeccably clean), the staff (always friendly and gentle and kind to the animals at all times) and the care ( top notch) they have provided our pets through the years. We recommend them to everyone we know and will continue to do so. We have kennels closer to us but drive the extra distance to Larkins because they're the best! read more

Our family has been using Larkin's Run for well over a decade and we love them. More importantly, our 13-year-old Yorkie loves this kennel. The premises are clean and the staff is loving and friendly. They really know their stuff and can provide extra services (playtime, treats, snuggling, walking, training). Consider that my eight year old german shepard died in the care of this kennel from what appears to have been bloat. Instructions were given not to run her hard or to have her jump in playtime. A healthy dog, 4 weeks from a hands on exam by her vet, does not bloat without an intervening event. Be cautious regarding putting your beloved pet in the hands of someone that does not follow instructions. read more

Our cat stayed here during a four month period while we were between houses and our mother was away in Spain. We chose Larkin's Run over Pieper Olson boarding as Pieper Olson would not take a cat for a long term stay and their accommodations were not comparable to Larkin's. At Larkin's they have several indoor/outdoor units where the cat can chose between being inside or out. Our cat was very happy during his stay, was well cared for by the owner and others and we will certainly use Larkin's again and highly recommend it to others. They do have a large boarding facility for dogs and based on the setup of the cat boarding area our cat appeared to not be impacted by the dog barking. read more
