Brought my 4 year old 90lb dog in for his first overdue nail trim (we used to live in an area with lots of sidewalks that naturally filed his nails... no sidewalks where we live now and he wouldn't let me get near his nails). I had called the day prior to make an appointment, but I don't think it's even necessary for just a nail trim. I'm not sure of the girl's name that did his nails, but she was excellent. Even though my dog was a HUGE BABY and screamed the whole time... she basically wrestled him and got it done. The whole process only took about 10 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend! read more

My experience with this grooming business was consistently frustrating, primarily due to poor communication and a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability. On multiple occasions, the staff was disorganized at pickup and drop-off, showing confusion over which leashes or collars belonged to which of our pets. There was also a lack of clarity regarding initial requests or requirements at the start of appointments, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have since moved our business to a different local groomer. read more

Small but quick! I came her for the first time recently at suggestion of my vet. They got my little girl in and out quickly. You have to wait outside due to Covid restrictions but that's not a big deal. The groomer was sweet and cut her nails a good amount. read more

Everyone here is great! My pups groomer is Mason and he's amazing with Enzo. Thank you so much

I brought my havanese puppy here for her first grooming appointment. I was a little nervous because it was her first time but they did an absolutely amazing job!! They cut her perfectly (including nails, ear cleaning), gave me tips on what kind of haircut would be best, and made her feel comfortable. She was in and out very quickly. When I picked her up she was happy and playing. Will definitely be going back! read more

I have a super anxious little dog who hates getting her nails done and will actively do anything to get out of it. The folks at All Paws did such a great job with her! She definitely tried to give them a hard time but they handled it with ease and her nails turned out great. read more

My longhaired girl had some knots in her coat, so I booked an appointment with the expectation she'd probably have to be shaved. Less than half an hour after we walked in, my sweet girl had her nails trimmed, her knots all combed out and a minimal amount of shaving (I think they call it a hygienic cut). Liz and her coworker (I didnt get their name) were so patient with all my questions. I definitely will he bringing my girl back in 6 weeks. read more

My senior long- haired cat doesn't like being brushed and had a couple of mats on her belly. I took her to all paws grooming to try and brush the matting out and do some maintenance care and I'm very satisfied with the results. My cat has never been to the groomer and they treated her with great care. I highly recommend. read more

I brought my cat. Diamond, to get her mats combed out. I was surprised at the ease in which she was held gently by the scruff of her neck, got an quick nail trim, all mats combed out, trimmed a bit and voila! She was pretty calm, unlike what I hear from the vet. All Paws is right down the street from me and the only place besides the cat hospital that I could find to groom cats. Instead of being drugged, kept all day and charged a huge amount, it took a short time and it is obvious they have experience with cats. The price was so low I was surprised and so happy and satisfied!! Anyone who is looking for a place to groom your cat, come here!!!!! read more

Found this place here on yelp, looking for a groomer to cut my 6 month Lhasa Apso (Who's very hyper and throws tantrums with people he doesn't know) and they were able to work with him! (This is his first haircut ever) They were fast and **patient ** with him! They are very clean and super friendly. They gave him a short hair cut (as wanted) and made him nice and fluffy! I am very pleased. I will definitely be bringing him back! read more

Took my 140 pound Pit Bull/Great Dane here. He's never snapped or have been aggressive with anyone, but definitely looks intimidating, even being a huge baby. I felt bad as a dog owner I can't clip his nails myself, so here, Rachel opted to take him in. She greeted him as a professional dog trainer would for her safety and his. Made me feel soooo happy! My dog was trembling and crawling with how scared he was. But Rachel had his back and made him feel comfortable. Couldnt be happier. Will continue going here just from that experience. Thank you, Rachel! read more

Brought my Golden, Maisie, here for the first time as her previous groomer moved to a salon too far away. They did a great job with the grooming and I was pleased with the communication and professionalism during the pandemic. Will definitely book again. read more

So happy to have a wonderful groomer here in Middletown! I called today and they were able to fit my sister's cat (Missy) in for an appointment the same day. She visited All Paws Grooming today to have her back side shaved and cleaned. Fast service, staff was friendly and services are reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Missy will definitely be returning to have a full bath soon. read more

Best experience I have ever had with a grooming service. This place has the sweetest workers who helped to accommodate my dog. My dog is very scared and we have a hard time bringing him to get his nails clipped. He also shows some aggression towards other dogs. The workers put the other animals in the back and helped coax my dog in. They made this experience so wonderful and were so kind and easy to converse with. It is clear to me that they will work around any animals needs so don't hesitate to come here if that's what you are worried about. They helped to remove all the stress that usually comes from bringing my dog to a groomer. They also have the most reasonable prices and an assortment of treatments. The establishment is cute, small, and clean. This helped to make my experiences more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this excellent groomer. They are the best around! read more

I have a super neurotic & skittish Jack Russel rescue. Arthritis & lack of knowledge prevents me from doing her nails. I stopped in as I wanted to see the place 1st. The girl said she had time. She was so sweet & while Izzy was scared enough she had an accident as soon as we put her down (something else the girl was sweet about & took in stride telling Izzy, "It's ok, we all get scared.") the girl was great with her & I think Izzy will warm up & become way more comfy with the place. It's also great that it's nice & close, but I was more concerned with how Izzy felt about it. She gives a paws up! read more

very disappointed. i've owned my long hair cat for 5 years, and in that time i've gotten her 2 bear cuts, primarily in the summer so she isn't too hot. when i first got her, i consulted a family vet to make sure it wouldn't damage her coat, or anything else. the thing that should have ended my business with all paws should have been when they said they don't do that unless medically necessary, and that it isn't good for them. i know that's false, because my old groomer in stafford springs was also owned by a vet and his wife. when i dropped my cat off 30 minutes ago, there was no conversation about what i wanted, they clipped her nails and used their de-shedding comb on her and within 5 minutes it was done. they asked if there was anything else i wanted, do i mentioned that i just wanted her trimmed a little. same story, "it's not good for them" honestly i don't care what you think, i am the customer so just please do what i'd like. cost 25$ for around 5 minutes of work, and my cat looks no different than when i brought her. seek elsewhere for your cat grooming needs. read more

My toy Aussie, Boots looks the best he's ever looked! It's taken me three different groomers to finally get the look i think he looks best in- very natural and whispy trim.
