Brought my 4 year old 90lb dog in for his first overdue nail trim (we used to live in an area with lots of sidewalks that naturally filed his nails... no sidewalks where we live now and he wouldn't let me get near his nails). I had called the day prior to make an appointment, but I don't think it's even necessary for just a nail trim. I'm not sure of the girl's name that did his nails, but she was excellent. Even though my dog was a HUGE BABY and screamed the whole time... she basically wrestled him and got it done. The whole process only took about 10 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. There was also a lack of clarity regarding initial requests or requirements at the start of appointments, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I brought my cat. Diamond, to get her mats combed out. I was surprised at the ease in which she was held gently by the scruff of her neck, got an quick nail trim, all mats combed out, trimmed a bit and voila! She was pretty calm, unlike what I hear from the vet. All Paws is right down the street from me and the only place besides the cat hospital that I could find to groom cats. Instead of being drugged, kept all day and charged a huge amount, it took a short time and it is obvious they have experience with cats. My senior long- haired cat doesn't like being brushed and had a couple of mats on her belly. I took her to all paws grooming to try and brush the matting out and do some maintenance care and I'm very satisfied with the results. Took my 140 pound Pit Bull/Great Dane here. He's never snapped or have been aggressive with anyone, but definitely looks intimidating, even being a huge baby. I felt bad as a dog owner I can't clip his nails myself, so here, Rachel opted to take him in. She greeted him as a professional dog trainer would for her safety and his. Made me feel soooo happy! Best experience I have ever had with a grooming service. This place has the sweetest workers who helped to accommodate my dog. My dog is very scared and we have a hard time bringing him to get his nails clipped. He also shows some aggression towards other dogs. The workers put the other animals in the back and helped coax my dog in. They made this experience so wonderful and were so kind and easy to converse with. It is clear to me that they will work around any animals needs so don't hesitate to come here if that's what you are worried about. They helped to remove all the stress that usually comes from bringing my dog to a groomer. They also have the most reasonable prices and an assortment of treatments. She was so sweet & while Izzy was scared enough she had an accident as soon as we put her down (something else the girl was sweet about & took in stride telling Izzy, "It's ok, we all get scared.") the girl was great with her & I think Izzy will warm up & become way more comfy with the place. very disappointed. i've owned my long hair cat for 5 years, and in that time i've gotten her 2 bear cuts, primarily in the summer so she isn't too hot. when i first got her, i consulted a family vet to make sure it wouldn't damage her coat, or anything else. the thing that should have ended my business with all paws should have been when they said they don't do that unless medically necessary, and that it isn't good for them. i know that's false, because my old groomer in stafford springs was also owned by a vet and his wife. when i dropped my cat off 30 minutes ago, there was no conversation about what i wanted, they clipped her nails and used their de-shedding comb on her and within 5 minutes it was done. they asked if there was anything else i wanted, do i mentioned that i just wanted her trimmed a little. same story, "it's not good for them" honestly i don't care what you think, i am the customer so just please do what i'd like. cost 25$ for around 5 minutes of work, and my cat looks no different than when i brought her. seek elsewhere for your cat grooming needs. read more
