We have been taking my dog here for the past four years and at first it was fine though they did…read morealways cut off way more hair than requested. But this time we got a call that he had been nicked during the cut. When we went to pick him up they said they had cleaned the "cut" and that he had no reaction. Later today the gauze game off and we noticed he was missing about an inch of skin. The so called nick is raw skin on his leg that will take days to heal and needs to be properly covered to avoid infection. My, like many others is nervous at sound of fireworks and smell of smoke. When we dropped him off today the place reeked of smoke and he began to shake. I shared he was nervous likely because of the odd smokey smell and looked over to see incense burning at the counter. Overall we wont be going back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong. I just won't return that's all.

They used to raise and show Malamutes, and so are extremely familiar with the breed shortcomings of our Siberian Huskies. Their facility is older, and doesn't look like a new car showroom, but the care and attention that our pets have received there outweigh the lack of ambience. After all, does the dog really care what the room and kennel look like? I don't think so. As a final caveat, they are reasonably priced, have on-site grooming, AND they have a Cattery too! What a great find! Now I don't have to rely upon a friend who may or may not remember to feed my cat when I'm out of town-fanatastic! I will continue to use their services, and I encourage anyone looking for a boarding facility to consider them too!

I cherish the pictures of them together, showing my dog as a mini Pyr I also started to learn about raw feeding and had seeds planted in my mind which now I am committed to and have spent many hours researching and am working towards obtaining unofficial certification. I was absolutely devastated when she left her location and I'm not sure if she is grooming anymore, but I wish that I could find her again at this point. Becky and Chris treat Violet like their own, clearly indicated by her cries and whines when we pull in the driveway. Always accommodating, its hard to find a place that puts so much in to the happiness and safety of the dogs. Home based, comfortable, and full of dogs that all love each other. Cant begin to recommend them enough. Violet is a happy and well loved dog at home AND at daycare. Can't ask for anything more.

The pooches actually felt like they were at home whether playing in the backyard or sitting next to one of the owners on the floor while doing video conferencing for work. They felt just like home. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS
