They build the bowls in layers, so they're a little tricky to share. But the ingredients are amazing and these are always a favorite when we cater. read more

We did a to go order from here and I was blown away with price to sizing ratio in a good way! We ordered a large side of rice, double chicken shawarma meat, fattoush salad and a small hummus! my dad wanted to try the levant kitchen for father's day so we did as he wanted. this place caught his eye when he googled "vegan options" as he was trying to accommodate my diet as well. first impressions walking in: i got urban middle eastern vibes. this isn't like the lashisho palace (which i LOVE) with its dim lighting and traditional vibes but instead it was super bright and felt modern. there were some vegan wraps(could be made as a bowl too) that weren't just falafel: cauliflower and mujaddara. i got the fried cauliflower which i regret.... a lot... the fried cauliflower was just super brown unseasoned giant chunks of cauliflower. when you think fried cauliflower you think breading but these were not breaded. my wrap was really lacking in flavor no matter how much garlic sauce i slapped on. and i couldn't get rid of that burnt cauliflower flavor. the spicy hummus was nice but nothing special. the garlic sauce was great so i'm glad they got that important aspect right. my dad got a chicken shawarma sandwich: which he really enjoyed. the sandwiches were huge. seriously so big. overall it was edible but just not my favorite. the staff were also super nice. will stick with lashisho in the future for sure though. read more

I don't know where to start. Levant kitchen is genuinely some of the best food I've ever had- and I eat a lot of food! I'm always hesitant to say something like that until I've gone somewhere a couple of times because consistency is so important for me. When it comes to Levant kitchen I cannot stress it enough how consistently amazing their food, flavors, and service is! This has become a weekly lunch date spot for my husband and me every single Saturday. We actually live 20 minutes from here but nowhere close to us even compares, so not only do we not mind the drive, we actually look forward to it. Their wraps are huge, and they do NOT skimp on filling the wraps up. My husbands go to is always the chicken shawarma made extra spicy and they give an extremely generous amount of chicken- especially when you consider it's only $8.50 for the sandwich. In our experience, when we order something "spicy" it usually isn't spicy at all. But Levant knows what they're doing with spice when you ask for it! They ACTUALLY make it spicy if you order it that way, which is so refreshing for spicy food lovers. My favorite is the Falafel wrap- it is unbelievable. We're always greeted so sweetly and warmly and all the people working there genuinely care about your experience. They always ask if you're enjoying your food and remind you to just ask if there's anything else you may need. Side note- their French fries are delicious too. Not soggy at all, they're always crispy and perfect! Even on super busy days, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our food... and we always order at the counter in store. That is mind blowing because they not only get a lot of people walking in and ordering in store, but also tons of carry out and doordash orders. It doesn't ever effect their ability to prepare the food just as it's ordered, very quickly, so delicious and with the friendliest of faces and attitudes. The food was little not up-to the par.. being vegetarian the options are limited.. which mostly comprises of falafel.. 1. The hummus bowl with falafel... The Falafel was salty and definitely not fresh.. 2. Falafel wrap. Same falafel issue and the pita was old(to a point it became hard and brittle) 3. Was in the area for work and decided to give this place a shot. As a general rule, I try to avoid franchise restaurants when I'm out of town. Great, friendly service. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for my food. I got the mixed wrap and it was a lot larger than I had expected for the price. Great flavor and I would definitely recommend it. read more

Blown Away! Flavorful! Fresh! Craving more! Very clean restaurant! Let me explain... I recently ordered from their 2021 Super Bowl party menu. Due to this we were able to try many of the dishes on the menu. Here is my honest review from someone who eats a lot of Middle East food, cooks it, and lived in the region. This is the option of 7 people... Levant not only lived up to my expectations but surpassed them. I have a big family and everyone liked everything! Including a picky 4 year old. You can tell they take pride in their food- not just in the flavor but the presentation. Everything looks so nicely done and topped. The meat (chicken and beef kabob, kefta, and shawarma): was cooked just right- not dry but packed with flavor. Good sized of each of the meat. Even had large chunks of grilled chicken breast. Everything was grilled well. The falafel: cooked well and not oily (reminded me of the ones I had in Jordan) the hummus: very nice and creamy. It did not have the strong lemon/acid flavor either that you find a lot in this area. Baba Ghanoush: this was everyone's favorite and I only wished we order more. Can easily eat this every day. The eggplant was cooked to perfection- you could taste the flavor of a charred eggplant but not burnt (many places burn the eggplant) Grape Leaves: you could tell by looking at them that they were fresh, possibly made earlier that day. Extremely good and the right size too. Not dry nor covered/soaking in oil. Mediterranean Salad: if you were to get a salad I would get this one. I also wished we got two trays of this. Also liked that they did not put the dressing on it but on the side ( very good dressing that goes with this salad by the way. Light vinaigrette). Basmati Rice: left one of our favorites to the last. This is true basmati rice with flavor. I have had some that has the color but taste bland. Truly delicious. The only thing I will say is that it was a little salty- but it did not stop any of us from eating two trays full. My last comment is that I wish they used compost based products for the grape leaves and other food items. Overall their food is really good! High quality for sure. We eat the leftovers for a few days for every meal (and I mean every meal and snack)- it was that good. Really liked that they ALL were wearing mask and taking COVID and cleaning very seriously! They were busy with takeout and continued to clean/tidy up the place. Says a lot about a place that keeps their front (and back of the house) clean. Absolutely a go-to place. Phenomenal little restaurant. My favorite is the Mixed Shawarma wrap, Levant Way (everything). The Levant Sauce is fantastic - a bit spicy but not overpoweringly so. They have some of the best falafel I've had locally, and the Baklava is an excellent dessert to finish up. Last time I was there, they still weren't doing dine-in, but I have gotten curbside take-out, and walk-in carry-out. Service is friendly and the portions are generous. We liked it so much we also used them for catering - my son's birthday party - which was a welcome relief for everyone who was tired of kids' birthday parties always being just cheap pizza. Simple menu, executed brilliantly. The place is tiny, with only a couple tables. I've ordered a rice bowl as well as mixed shawarma sandwiches, and tried food that friends ordered. The big winner is the mixed shawarma sandwich - it was phenomenal, juicy, I always order with extra garlic sauce for that mega-bad-breath afternoon. For sides, I thought the hummus was good-not-amazing. The fried kibbeh kabobs were phenomenal. Very expensive, but worth it! Crispy and full of flavor, with a fantastic sauce (probably tahini?). The fries were acceptable, could have been a bit crispier. This place has great value - the sandwiches in the $7.50 range are difficult for me, a big dude, to finish in one sitting. It's two lunches for my wife. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Middle Eastern food. Both the rice and chicken were super flavorful, and the salad ingredients were fresh while the vinaigrette was pleasantly tangy. Garlic Whip (with pita): 5/5 Smooth texture and sufficiently strong garlic flavor without being overpowering. Awesome new Arabic restaurant in canton. Came here for the first time during lunch the other day and was really pleased. The owner was real friendly and the chicken shawarma was amazing. One thing I really did like is this place actually had the chicken and beef cooking on the skewer. Many Arabic places now just have marinaded chicken and cook it on a flattop. It's just not the same! You basically go up to the glass and order your food. The cook makes it right in front of you. I can tell this place is more of a carry out location, I did eat there but as there's few tables set up but he was getting lots of carry out orders. This place has great flavor the portions were definitely filling, almost couldn't finish my wrap. Being here the first time the owner let sample few of the sauces they have for there sandwiches, my favorite was the House Sauce which is what I added to my wrap. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He also treated us to a couple special treats. We both had a chicken Shawarma and it was seriously love at first bite. The chicken was so tender and full of flavor. The combination of garlic sauce and pickles added the final touch to this delicious pita sandwich. The prices are good. A Shawarma is $6 and there are many varieties to choose from. There are rice bowls for $8.50. Other items include spinach pies, hummus and pita, lemon potatoes, French fries, and more. The portion sizes were generous and we thought that the staff was extremely friendly.
