Naked wings
Steven M.

Came in around 7:50, it was pretty busy on Friday night. We ended up going with the naked wings, shrimp cocktail, and the landing burger. Everything was pretty decent, portion size was great for fries and burger/wings. The vibes were great, lots of families were here after a lake day. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could because we waited 40 minutes for our entrees. Might be an off night since we came in the last 40 minutes. Would recommend trying it out earlier than our time slot!

at 7pm on a wednesday night, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait for a party of 4. after joining the waitlist, within 20 minutes we were called that our table was ready. we were sat and had to wait a bit before any wait staff came to our table, which was a bit of a nuisance but also semi understandable since the restaurant was packed. however i will say that i noticed a group of servers conversing at the bar and paying no attention to our table for the first ~7 or so minutes we were there. although we didn't order any drinks, this restaurant has 2 very nice bar spaces and various cocktail options that sound good. we each ordered a pasta dish- the spaghetti and boston mike's spicy meat sauce, the fire pasta, and the basil pesto ravioli, and also a caesar salad. the caesar salad was just your normal caesar salad, a decent portion size for a "full" sized salad. the pasta dishes also were great portion sizes. the basil pesto ravioli was very creamy and the ravioli itself was good, but the sauce was very heavy. my friend noted that it was good the first bite but was a lot for one person if you don't super enjoy heavy cream-based dishes. the fire pasta was interesting- it tasted just like they added a lot of buffalo sauce to a cream based pasta sauce. i've never had a buffalo sauce pasta dish. it was very interesting and i thought it was kinda good but my friends didn't really like it, maybe the buffalo sauce flavor was just too overpowering. i ordered the spicy meat sauce pasta because i was craving something meaty, and unfortunately it was a disappointment. the texture of the pasta was notable- it had more of a bite and texture to it than pasta that im used to eating, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing, although i personally didn't love it. the meat sauce itself was oddly SUPER watery- it really just tasted like they just super watered down a store bought tomato sauce and added ground meat to it. at least there was a good portion of meat in it, so it did satisfy my protein craving. also, it wasn't spicy or even tangy at all? i completely forgot that this was supposed to be a spicy sauce until i just double checked the menu as i write this review. overall, the service wasn't great but our server was friendly and kind despite being stretched thin. this place could be a nice local dinner spot to catch up with friends and get a nice cocktail, but the food sadly falls short.

A large menu that can be a bit overwhelming. Service was a little slow but whenever you could catch the waiter, things were taken care of quickly. Really enjoyed the naked wings and the spicy meat sauce pasta. Someone in the group got the fire pasta and they loved it.

Service is kind and attentive. The place is quiet and peaceful. Gentle music playing that isn't too loud. Lots of local pride and a local wine selection. Closes early, so call first if it is late.

Perfect omelette with Gruyère cheese. Perfect.

This place for breakfast on the weekend is really, really good. Rod the chef and Omar the waiter made for a great breakfast for the four of us that wandered in on a Saturday morning. It is located right across from Campbells where we were staying. We were hungry and my wife was a bit hung over. My daughter and her BF had hair of the dog chilled drinks! Mojito on. It was fairly busy and service was not fast but not slow. The landing omelette was perfect. The cheese they use made it perfect. The biscuit is awesome and unique: almost like a crusted bread. Good size servings and priced moderate. Nice atmosphere. Recommended.

We shared the halibut and chips for lunch and were so glad we did. More than enough food for two. The fish was fresh and meaty. The fries seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had a large side of tartar sauce and sides of ranch and honey bbq sauce, all were delicious. Great menu and food. Service was very good.

Our first time to Downtown Chelan and it is quaint and beautiful! Stopped by their ice cream parlor on the Main Street. The parlor is small with only seating inside for 3-6 people. There are benches outside for more seating. They have a nice selection of ice cream, but wish they had more flavors, but for a small town like Chelan, it'll do. Hubby got a generous scoop of coconut macadamia and I got a generous scoop of mint chocolate chip pistachio. It was delicious!

The location is great, it's at the heart of the river walk area in Lake Chelan. Funny because we watched the Gordon Ramsay episode of this place before it became the restaurant it is now. We stumbled across this place because we parked the boat nearby and everyone wanted to eat. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (all 5 and under) in our party. We ordered wings and zucchini fries to start off. The wings were good which was the only saving grace. Everything else was nasty, gross, dry, old, yuck. My husband got spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs tasted old. I got a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken that they forgot, which came later, was so dry and gross. The others in our party ordered another pasta dish and took like 2 bites and didn't eat it. Everything just tasted off and old. Oh, and they charged us an automatic 20% gratuity. Shrug. Our waitress wasn't nice either lol. Out total for our table was a little under $200 and the food sucked. So many other restaurants nearby. Don't come here if you want decent food.

It was very pretty and the ad made it seem even better. When we got there the room was hot and the air conditioner was clogged because the filter was so dirty. We picked this place because of the jetted tub. The tub only holds one person and the Jets didn't work. It was an epic disappointment. The worst of it is that they don't have anyone. You can call with problems. It was nice with the balcony overlooking the water and clean, but an overall disappointment for the price.

The room is small which is fine but it was super comfortable had a good size refrigerator a Keurig machine which had excellent coffee in the morning had an excellent air conditioner which was important since it was 95° in May. The shampoos and conditioners we're excellent and on the television they have literally every app from Netflix to Disney to Roku that you can imagine. We walked about 50 feet to the café that's run by an Alaskan woman with the most tremendous cinnamon rolls you've ever seen in the pastry case but we chose the sticky buns which were covered with walnuts and we're indeed the best we've ever had. Incidentally are just across the street from A cute Riverfront Park of which it's named and just minutes from all the shops in the cute town of Chelan which has a very rustic historic flavor to it started like going back in time. The price of the hotel was reasonable and as a result we will be back rather than spending the ridiculous fees that many of the Airbnb and VRBO's are charging now especially once you factor in all their cleaning fees. So come to the Riverfront Inn and make sure you go to the adjoining café.

The TV and sound system could definitely use an update, and I don't believe it was a smart TV. The front desk staff were not very friendly. They kept calling us on the day of arrival and again on the day we were leaving, which felt a bit excessive. I did appreciate the complimentary toothbrush and razor, though that was a nice touch. The kitchen amenities and sink area were also very nice and convenient. The biggest drawback was the smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. It really disrupted our sleep. I understand maintenance may have needed to come in, but I wasn't comfortable with someone entering while we were out or disturbing our privacy while we were inside I'm a bit particular about that when my belongings are in the room. Overall, the views were the highlight, but due to the outdated features, staff experience, and the alarm issue, our stay fell short of expectations.

They have communal grills in the grass area on the lake that work great--my steak was perfect! The pool and hot tub are fine--of course noisy and crawling with families this time of year. **No stars if I could.**…read more The washing machine was broken for my entire stay and was never properly fixed. In fact, when the washer wouldn't open, maintenance had to come in and take the **entire washing machine apart** just to try to retrieve my belongings. Unfortunately, I had a flight to catch and had to leave before maintenance was able to get everything back to me. The front desk attendant assured me that they would send my belongings to me. At no point was I told that I would be responsible for an outrageous shipping fee. A few days later, I received a message from another front desk attendant who was rude and said she had no idea what I was talking about and that I could call back Monday to speak with the original attendant. I was then sent a link to "iLeftMyBelongings" to arrange shipping. I filled out the form and was shocked to see that I was being charged **$152-$156 to ship approximately 6-8 pieces of clothing.** This wasn't a case of me simply leaving my laundry behind. I was **forced to leave my belongings because the hotel's washing machine malfunctioned.** I contacted the hotel and explained that I was specifically told the hotel would take care of returning my belongings. I also explained that the issue was completely caused by their equipment not functioning properly. To make matters even more frustrating, I was working on the Little Giant fire and have a very limited amount of time at home before deploying again. Some of the items left behind include clothing and parts of my uniform that I actually need for my upcoming assignments. So getting these items back is not just a matter of convenience. I expected the hotel to take responsibility for a problem caused by their own equipment and honor what their front desk employee promised me. Instead, I was given conflicting information, poor customer service, and an absurd shipping charge. This could have been handled very easily, but the lack of communication and accountability has made the entire situation incredibly frustrating. **If your equipment breaks and your guest is forced to leave their belongings behind, the least you can do is stand behind your staff's promise to return them.** The apartment was not cleaned properly, the bathroom had water damage, smelled like pets - I didn't have many options to pick from in Chelan and had to stay there because I was working on the local wild fire. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
