Everything was pretty decent, portion size was great for fries and burger/wings. The vibes were great, lots of families were here after a lake day. at 7pm on a wednesday night, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait for a party of 4. after joining the waitlist, within 20 minutes we were called that our table was ready. we were sat and had to wait a bit before any wait staff came to our table, which was a bit of a nuisance but also semi understandable since the restaurant was packed. however i will say that i noticed a group of servers conversing at the bar and paying no attention to our table for the first ~7 or so minutes we were there. although we didn't order any drinks, this restaurant has 2 very nice bar spaces and various cocktail options that sound good. we each ordered a pasta dish- the spaghetti and boston mike's spicy meat sauce, the fire pasta, and the basil pesto ravioli, and also a caesar salad. the caesar salad was just your normal caesar salad, a decent portion size for a "full" sized salad. the pasta dishes also were great portion sizes. the basil pesto ravioli was very creamy and the ravioli itself was good, but the sauce was very heavy. my friend noted that it was good the first bite but was a lot for one person if you don't super enjoy heavy cream-based dishes. the fire pasta was interesting- it tasted just like they added a lot of buffalo sauce to a cream based pasta sauce. i've never had a buffalo sauce pasta dish. it was very interesting and i thought it was kinda good but my friends didn't really like it, maybe the buffalo sauce flavor was just too overpowering. i ordered the spicy meat sauce pasta because i was craving something meaty, and unfortunately it was a disappointment. the texture of the pasta was notable- it had more of a bite and texture to it than pasta that im used to eating, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing, although i personally didn't love it. the meat sauce itself was oddly SUPER watery- it really just tasted like they just super watered down a store bought tomato sauce and added ground meat to it. at least there was a good portion of meat in it, so it did satisfy my protein craving. also, it wasn't spicy or even tangy at all? i completely forgot that this was supposed to be a spicy sauce until i just double checked the menu as i write this review. overall, the service wasn't great but our server was friendly and kind despite being stretched thin. this place could be a nice local dinner spot to catch up with friends and get a nice cocktail, but the food sadly falls short. read more

This place for breakfast on the weekend is really, really good. Rod the chef and Omar the waiter made for a great breakfast for the four of us that wandered in on a Saturday morning. It is located right across from Campbells where we were staying. We were hungry and my wife was a bit hung over. My daughter and her BF had hair of the dog chilled drinks! Mojito on. Came in today 30min before close and they accommodated us. Food was solid: the naked chicken wings were really good and plenty to share for a family of five! I had the chicken parm, good. Wife had the half Cesar with grilled chicken and it was very good. Kids loved their butter noodles and chicken nuggets. The smoked island drink (mezcal) was excellent!! It was very pretty and the ad made it seem even better. When we got there the room was hot and the air conditioner was clogged because the filter was so dirty. We picked this place because of the jetted tub. The tub only holds one person and the Jets didn't work. It was an epic disappointment. The worst of it is that they don't have anyone. Our first time to Downtown Chelan and it is quaint and beautiful! Stopped by their ice cream parlor on the Main Street. The parlor is small with only seating inside for 3-6 people. There are benches outside for more seating. They have a nice selection of ice cream, but wish they had more flavors, but for a small town like Chelan, it'll do. Hubby got a generous scoop of coconut macadamia and I got a generous scoop of mint chocolate chip pistachio. It was delicious! read more

The location is great, it's at the heart of the river walk area in Lake Chelan. Funny because we watched the Gordon Ramsay episode of this place before it became the restaurant it is now. We stumbled across this place because we parked the boat nearby and everyone wanted to eat. We had 4 adults and 3 kids (all 5 and under) in our party. We ordered wings and zucchini fries to start off. The wings were good which was the only saving grace. Everything else was nasty, gross, dry, old, yuck. My husband got spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs tasted old. I got a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken that they forgot, which came later, was so dry and gross. The others in our party ordered another pasta dish and took like 2 bites and didn't eat it. Everything just tasted off and old. Oh, and they charged us an automatic 20% gratuity. Shrug. This review is for the ice cream parlor located in The Landing. We came here on a mildly busy weekday afternoon in the summer and didn't have to wait long before one of the two staff members working could attend to our party. Single scoop cake cones are $6 and double scoop cake cones are $8. Waffle Cones are $1 more for either a single scoop ($7) or a double scoop ($9). The ice cream/sorbet served here is from Cascade Glacier (Eugene, OR). They had somewhere between 20-30 flavors on-hand. We were pleased with the selection, and everyone seemed to enjoy the taste of the flavor which he/she picked. For a party of 4, the total bill was a few dollars over $30 (after tip). Visited the Landing two days in a row for their Caesar Chicken Wrap and Fries and it hit the mark each time! Quick and friendly service by the host and servers. Limited seating outside and the lighting indoors was too dark for my preference, but great views of the town and/or water. A little on the expensive side but worth coming back for in my opinion. I also went to the Landing ice cream parlor next door which had classic fun flavors that many parlors nowadays lack- like cotton candy and birthday cake. We were visiting Chelan and tried the Landing for a late lunch. They have a little bit of outdoor seating, and we were able to snag a table outside. Perfect weather for sitting and watching pedestrians amble by. It's just a block from the lake. The downside was our table was on a slope so if your water glass was full, it did spill out. It would have been helpful if they put something under the legs on one side to level that out a bit. Our server Cheyenne was super friendly. She provided us information about that area and suggested sites to see. She was great about refilling beverages before we needed to do so. There was a surprisingly long wait before our food arrived especially considering they didn't seem very busy inside, but who knows what was going on in the kitchen. As far as the food goes, we had the Black and Blue Bacon Burger and the Soba Salad. The burger was large and well cooked. Tasty blue cheese and bacon. The fries on the side were fine, nothing to write home about. The Soba Salad was surprisingly large and very tasty with a lot of vegetables including a remarkable amount of baby corn, a decent amount of soba noodles and not a lot of chicken. I'd still order both of these again. It did seem a little pricey for what you get, but it is Lake Chelan so I think everywhere is a little pricey. read more

What else can beat sweet icy treat on a sunny hot day? Stopped by on a hot afternoon, there were couple families in front of us but the line moved quickly. We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and to say it was terrible isn't even enough. The bathroom door was so unaligned that it couldn't close at all. The jetted tub advertised didn't work. There was a sky light in the center of the room. That sounds great till it doesn't have any shades on it and about 5 in the morning it's like all the lights are on. The best one is the blood that we found on one of the towels. Other than that the restaurant in the building would not do to go orders so we had to order at the table box up our food and take it to the room. So to say that this experience was bad is an understatement. I can't believe this is how they operate. Also if you have any issue there is absolutely no one from the hotel on site. They leave contact information which states they are available and when you reach out there is no response. We had looked at a rental house through the third party rental site and went with this due to location however I would recommend looking at other options and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

This is in a great location just as you enter downtown Chelan. The service was welcoming and very attentive. I had the cucumber cocktail and it was very good. They had a great wine and beer selection drawing on the great Washington microbrewery's and Chelan wineries. I ordered the spicy chicken pasta dish and my husband got the spicy sausage rigatoni. I liked his way better than mine. I hadn't realized mine was going to be a creamy sauce. I probably just didn't read the menu carefully. The portions were generous and pricing fair. Wow if we liked their ice cream! Everything was so yummy! This was the first time one of our party's babies tried ice cream and it was a hit! We went on this summer so it was just a bit of a line because they open a bit late. We enjoyed our waffle cones outside at their tables around flowers and sun.
