Please stay away from this place. They were not willing to allow my child in who has a medical exemption and cannot breathe in a mask. Every other business in town is accommodating and willing to work with you. I have been a loyal customer but will now avoid this place. This place was completely empty when we arrived and the girl behind the counter was on her phone. She didn't bother to look up or acknowledge us. The entire place is filthy. Dropped frozen yogurt everywhere. Two (out of 6) of the flavors were out of order. There were no tasting cups, there were now cups at all, they had a stack of transparent solo cups instead. After getting the froyo, we proceeded to the topping station and it was just incredibly filthy, sticky spoons like someone had licked them, topping mixed in with others, and they looked stale. The girl behind the counter was either too lazy to cleanup or was indifferent to it. She gave off the "not my job" vibe. All in all, this place sucks. A group of about 7 locals were headed here after a long hot day at work, we arrived at about 8:50 knowing they close at 9. We were planning on grabbing our frozen yogurt and then heading out to let them close by 9. When we pulled up, the employee ran to the door, locked it shut off the lights and hid in the back as quickly as she could. Froyo is froyo in my opinion. The only thing that separates one from the other is the number of selections with both flavors and toppings, and the atmosphere. The froyo flavor selection is okay. A good amount, but nothing spectacular. The topping options are good, but limited. Nothing like a Menchies. But what stuck out to our party was the horrible customer service. You may absolutely hate your job, or maybe your life considering the extent to how you acted, but your personality was as cold as the froyo, kid. The best part of froyo selection is being able to taste the flavors before the final pick. He very rudely let us know that if we wanted to sample, he would get it for us. Okay? Then don't act like I'm making you do the biggest chore of your life. And a little more than a rat-turd-sized sample would have been nice for me and the person I came with to share to make sure we both liked it. And don't worry... I felt too uncomfortable asking to try a different flavor because I didn't want to put you through another endeavor or anything, leading me to settle. Anytime we tried to interact with Him, it looked like we were dealing with the British Guards and it almost became a game to see how ridiculously hilarious we could be to get any kind of reaction out of him, but no fear, he maintained his cold front. I went to the froyo earth at Chelan, Wa. The froyo was great, but customer service was terrible. I got there at 12:05 (5 minutes after it opened) the open sign was not on. i left, i called at 12:07 no answer. I called at 12:10 she picked up and said they are open, so i turned around and went to get froyo, then on the door there was a "i will be back in 15 minutes" sign. So I was pulling out, and then she took down the sign. So i went back in and got my delicious cake batter froyo, and in the end i figured out that the worker was late because of 1 cup of coffee stop. I'm not impressed. Such a terrible person, but made it better with a great cup of froyo. She did not deserve that 15% tip. May i also add that she was on her phone when we got there, and did not care to say hi or anything to us. BUT FROYO WAS GOOOOOD!! read more

We were just here after dinner. The place was absolutely filthy. My wife and another woman in the store almost tripped and fell because the floor was so sticky. You had a young dark hair girl working with an older lady, probably in her 70s. The older employee grabbed a mop to attempt to clean the floor while the young girl looked on and also played in her phone. This place needs a deep cleaning! I won't be back. read more

Im not no ice cream enthusiast but when I stepped into froyo, my mouth experienced a sensation that I've been looking for my whole life. Browsing through the selection of ice cream was my start, getting cake batter and chocolate was a must. Next came the toppings... my god there was too much to choose from, so I got a little bit of everything. The cashier Faith was very nice and helped me through my entire experience. Basic frozen yogurt store... The location is great right across from the lake you can take your ice cream over there and sit and eat. The best thing is that they had a lot of vegan flavors. The froyo was great! The kids and I loved it. I felt so bad for the only worker working. She was by herself and working so hard since there was a big line. Then it was time to pay and I used a card and I wasn't even able to leave a tip on the card. Not sure why especially during these covid times you can't leave a tip unless its cash. The owner should really re-evaluate that to add card tips. Luckily I had a few dollars cash in my car I wen't back in and left for her in the tip jar. read more

Drove an hour to experience the sensation that is Froyo. To my disappointment the establishment was closed, despite being well within their business hours. I used to love this place , always look forward to it whence come to Chelan. This time it was sad and yucky. Old guy smoking a cigarette outside the place ....? Not even the owner. Is that really the best employee they could find ?? He was friendly enough, but just did not help the atmosphere to smell his smoky breath while he tried to make conversation with us. i wish that i could give this place a zero. I went there tonight and it was awful. Claims to have over 50 toppings, which i am not too sure who counted because there was not. I also wish i had taken a picture of the toppings. Every single one of them was nearly empty. The unfriendly kid behind the counter did not seem at all interested in refilling them. The oreos were SO stale that they were chewy. The kid behind the counter was so unfriendly. I forgot to mention that at least 2 of the yogurt machines were flashing that they needed to be serviced or cleaned. will not be returning. read more
