Cinnamon roll
Tori Z.

I came here to try their famous cinnamon rolls, and was happy to be able to snag one at ~11:30 am on a Sunday. The cinnamon roll was a big let down - 1) too strongly overpowered wit nutmeg and 2) the middle, which is usually the best part of a roll, was so undercooked it was raw and inedible. They are huge and the frosting is good, but I would not recommend it. It is a cute little cafe, conveniently located next tot the river walk park which was nice to stroll around afterwards.

Exceptional food. Very warm and welcoming staff. Amazingly inexpensive compared to other venues serving homemade breakfast fare.

Service was friendly and helpful! They care and are always wanting the customer to love their food and beverages. Delicious.

Best breakfast in Chelan. The menu doesn't have tons of choices but what they feature is outstanding. Good portions, super fresh ingredients, and delicious taste. Plus - the coffee is just terrific. I'll get the nerve one day to order a cinnamon or pecan roll (that will hold you all day)!

The food was amazing and they have the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted! They have a huge spider plant that's been growing for years. They gave me a baby piece of it to take home and start a new plant with. Very hometown feel.

When in Chelan, you must dine at The Riverwalk!! There is usually a line and wait for the scrumptious goodies, but it's soooo worth it!! While you stand in line to order you get to admire the freshly baked goods and more than likely you add a snickerdoodle cookie to your order...at least I did and I'm normally not a cookie person. It was yummy!! All of the food/drinks were TOP NOTCH and so was the service!! I like that they make everything in house and there is plenty of options if you're gluten free or vegan! Can't wait to come back! P.S. I'm not a huge mimosa person but both the grapefruit & sparkling blood orange mimosas were delightfully refreshing

The food and drink was okay. I ordered a lox salmon bagel. The bagel didn't taste or have the same texture like a bagel, but was more bread bun and soft. It had too much cream cheese which overpowered the salmon. The iced chai tea tasted a bunch of milk and not much chai flavors. My friend that also ordered from the bagel section also has an issue with the "bagel" itself with similar thoughts as me.

To-go edition! Was impressed by their statement on their website about their "commitment to offering a natural, healthy meal to its patron while supporting & maintaining the community & world we live in." They "use locally sourced, free-range organic eggs that are always cracked to order in order to minimize waste." Etc, etc. Ordered: Riverwalk Lox Bagel -- homemade sea salt bagel with smoked lox, cream cheese, tomato and capers. Served with slice cucumber & fresh fruit. $12. Added scrambled egg. Station 7 Burrito -- made with 2 local, cage-free eggs, andouille sausage, mushroom, tomato, onion, garlic, siracha & Parmesan. Choice of red or green salsa. We chose green salsa. Green Goodness scramble -- 2 local cafe-free eggs, scrambled with bacon, garlic, spinach, & mozzarella, topped with fresh tomato & avocado. Served with your choice of toast & fresh fruit. Online menu from their website doesn't show pricing except for the Riverwalk Liz Bagel. They do have online ordering system which I'm guessing lists the prices. (We called in our order). I had the taste of the salmon lox and it was good. I didn't get to try the bagel. The Sation 7 burrito was good! I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, my Green Goodness wasn't so good mainly because it was burnt. All I can taste was the burnt bitterness. I hope it was just a one-off. The fresh fruit were delicious and ripe. I'd go back and try their food again.

So we took all the remaining ones they had, and all were a hit that we wished we were able to try the others. We also got the quiches and believe the quiche shells are still a little raw and meant to be baked more upon order or at home. Since we took the items home, we reheated it there. As far as service, the woman was really nice. She felt bad that there weren't more items left but it's not her fault! We didn't mind. All in all, a great little spot to check out!

It was sickeningly sweet and was far too light (too much milk). I moved to an iced green tea, but it was quite watery. We ordered two burritos, a chorizo and a sausage one. Sausage was fine, chorizo had some sort of rice or cornmeal in it and was very crumbly and dry. I can't remember the last time I returned food, but took both the burrito and latte back. My husband's quad shot vanilla latte was also very subpar. Stick with the baked goods and you won't regret the visit! Stray from that path and you'll find disappointment.

During my stay in the Lake Chelan area, hubby and I decided to take a walk around the downtown…read more After grabbing a delicious coffee from The Vogue, we stopped in here and I was thrilled! Lake Chelan doesn't have much in terms of high-quality vegetarian or plant-based gourmet options, but Bear Foods was a massively delightful surprise! The store is absolutely PACKED with things that I wanted to look at and take home. I was impressed with how many things they stocked that were items I've only seen online and never seen sold in stored. We took a super long time through the coffee and tea isle and ultimately took a few boxes and tins home with us because their selection was so good. Their cheeses and gourmet snacks area was well stocked, and I could see how some of the vacationing non-locals could keep a business like this afloat even with their considerable prices. I really wanted to go back, but we were in the area for a wedding and our timeline just didn't allow it to happen. Otherwise, I probably would have brought home a lot more of their amazing goodies! Only downside for me was that during our time there, there was a mask mandate, and not a single person working there was masked. I thought that was an odd thing to have despite the state's requirements and especially because they were a grocery store and having significant contact with patrons. Other than that, it was a really positive experience and I would absolutely return.

While arriving at Lake Chelan, I found this Bear Foods Store. I was fascinated by the signboard at…read morethe entrance and went inside. There are things in the narrow space, and I haven't looked at each one properly, Herbs and spices are sold in small portions and are reasonably priced. There is a unique package of chocolates, which is intriguing to buy. There are natural and health-conscious items.I feel like I can stay in this shop for hours. You will surely have something you want. I recommend checking out this store when you come to Lake Chelan.
