Best Birria tacos and burritos we've ever had. We have six kids and they ALL said it was amazing. The fish tacos were "insane" per our teens :) The included red and green salsas were soooo good. chelan is lucky to have tacos la roca and if you're a local or someone who comes to this area enough to be in the know, then you know to navigate here whenever the cravings strike. we stopped by and waited in a line which moved quickly. we got two beef tacos and two sopes (and just know, it's easy enough to order some things on their menu without any meat option, which i did for the sopes.) fairly quick service given how many people were there. super friendly and packed well to go however we decided at the last minute to eat at their picnic tables. if you do that and it's later than noon, know that you may be fighting a bit of the typical wind gusts but i was wolfing down those sopes so fast it actually didn't matter. they were doing a steady business in the early afternoon of a weekday and i'm happy to help support a local business that cares about their customers' satisfaction and the food they're turning out. i will definitely be back! and for those who are first timers to chelan, i'd say get here early or prepare to wait (especially during the summer season) but you won't be disappointed. locate the les schwab on the edge of town on the way towards walmart and drive behind the tire bays. it may seem crazy but tires and tacos could be a new mash up that none of us ever imagined would go so well together! les schwab should coordinate with local taco trucks in all their locations and they'd have even happier customers. read more

But my second favorite is the sopes. I'd highly recommend you order at least one sopes. Because it's deep fried, I can't eat more than one. So I get one sopes and 3 pork tacos. They came with a roasted pepper (no thanks), radishes and limes. The tacos were good, although nothing stood out. No too greasy though, which is a plus. Hubs got a super burrito carne asada. Pretty darn good. Super burritos were excellent. Had the beef super burrito. Beef was tender and flavorful. It was supposed to have sour cream, but I couldn't detect any. But it didn't make much difference - still excellent. Portion size was huge. Quesadilla was OK. Had the chicken and pork. Flavor was about the same for both. For a food truck located in a random parking lot, they had a surprisingly wide variety of dishes to choose from! We had 2 vegetarians with us and they were able to customize tacos, burritos and other items to fit their dietary restrictions (without compromising for just beans and cheese). The food was pretty good too. The chicken was seasoned well and you could clearly tell that it had been made fresh. The lady taking orders were super sweet as well. And she was properly gloved and masked, which was a great sight to see since we hadn't seen anyone in Chelan wearing masks ever since we arrived! Locals highly recommended this place so we went to check it out! All three flavors (adobada, carne asada, Barbacoa) were good but my favorite was probably the giant shrimp tacos laden with cheese. The salad side that it came with looked a little limp and paltry so we didn't eat it. They have a good ordering system where you can place your order, wait in the car and they'll announce your name on a microphone once your order is ready.
