This food truck consistently serves fresh, quality meals. Sopitos ($10) are my favorite. Plan to go or sit in laundry mat parking lot with cars zooming by on Wooden Street.

My daughter and I picked up our second dinner from this food truck on our yearly Lake Chelan vacation. Our first meal was on our arrival nite, nobody wanted to cook so she and I went for the taco plate with lengua as our choice of protein. Now a couple of years ago I would not have eaten beef tongue but when it's cooked like they do at this truck I can't stop ordering it. I don't have any pictures from our first meal we both demolished our orders before I thought to take a picture but we went back again and the pictures are from that order. The truck has been at this location for a long time you can tell but the food they serve has been delicious. They have outside dining if you like or you can take back home. The food was prepared quickly and last nite the cook came over to the oder window to make sure everything was correct there's a little bit of a language barrier for me but it was appreciated since we both tried other items on the menu. My daughter Sam chose the taco plate again but also went with a torta, I ordered the Mazatlan combo with pork as my protein for that and a molita with lengua for it also I had heard about the grilled onions and jalapeños being good so I had to try them. Other reviewers mention the hot sauces, the red is a firecracker going off in your mouth while the green is a lot tamer but still good. All of the food was not greasy, the portions are generous. If you're wanting a authentic Hispanic food truck meal you can't go wrong here I think you'll enjoy your meal like we did!

    Mazatlan 3 Manson!

When you are in Manson stop in and experience delicious food. Tacos tortas sopapillas quesadillas. The Verde Salsa is delicious if you need heat the rojo has it covered. In the summer the Al fresco dining with the sweeping views is great. I've seriously eaten every thing on the menu and it's all good. Now comes the serious part. I eat here because it's good every single day. I walk up and almost order telepathically. It's fast, delicious and budget minded.

Tacos were flavorful although very oily. We tried the birria, adobada, barbacoa, carne asada. This is our 2nd favorite on flavor after the La Rocca taco truck by Le Schwab. They have more taco options overall. Our kiddo got the cheese quesadilla and those tortillas felt a bit stale. Tucked in the alley next to the coin laundry, they had the worst ambiance of the bunch, and they don't clean their tables after. Service was fine.

This is a food truck and it's located in a pretty chill space, I did not eat at the spot, I ended up taking the food home. The burrito itself was good but not the best I have had from a food truck. The meat was well seasoned but a bit grissly for my taste, the flour tortilla was a bit "hard" but overall the taste of it was good, the sauce and avocado saved the meal since it gave the burrito the right texture and taste, I would try other items on the menu and give this spot another go

Best mexican in Chelan, and not many people know about it! Tried their Sopitos the day after trying La Brisa (next favorite mexican in Chelan) and the Truck's were beyond amazing. The corn masa had a crispness that others can't really get, and the chicken is some of the best I've had. The food comes out so fast with one guy working! I look forward to this place all year! And I'm from the City of Food Trucks. Really try and go check it out if you're here!

This food truck owns Town Tub Laundry in Chelan, WA.

This food truck owns and runs Town Tub Laundry in Chelan, WA. We lost money on a load of laundry which doesn't seem like much but it's the principle. We were told to talk to the food truck person and told the young man working what happened, he claimed he didn't speak English. He spoke perfect English to the man in front of me ordering food. I would not frequent this restaurant nor Town Tub Laundry if you are camping in or around Chelan, WA!

These tacos are so yummy and very reasonably priced! I got the chicken taco plate which came with 4 chicken tacos. They were delicious and the perfect size to eat! There is outside seating available to eat at or you can get it to go. This is definitely a yummy taco truck to go to if in Chelan!

Taco platter. Don't forget to ask for jalapeño and onions!

Soooooo GOOD! Came to chelan for Memorial Day weekend and was craving tacos, as usual. Found this truck and they did not disappoint! The BBQ beef cheek is soooo good! But if you're a fan of spicy, the red salsa is AMAZING! I would buy multiple if they sold it in a jar to go. I came two days in a row to try different things it was that good. GO!

Best taco truck in the region. The supreme asasda tacos are simply the best. Carne asada plate is my wife and sons favorite.

The most authentic taco place near Seattle. Can't find anything even remotely close to this in Seattle.

I absolutely love there food, coming from someone who went to culinary arts school, and someone who traveled all along the southern of the county, back to Wenatchee, trying nothing but legendary bbq spots along the way, I'm talking Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon & finally back up to Wenatchee. I tried one spot in each state, some were alright, some were good, some were great, but I don't know why Burch Mountain BBQ beat them all, I cant quite put my tongue on it. But I don't need to, I'll just accept it as it and devour there deliciously awe shocking food whenever I get the chance, which is maybe-only 3-5 times a year. Which is fine by me. It makes it even more legendary and worthwhile, somewhat special you could say. They charge what they charge for a reason, and I'm happy to pay it. And they serve their food with pride, precision, and happiness. I had the pleasure of finally getting my wife to try some of there food and she looked like a starving animal devouring the food non stop. Like that scene from White Chicks when Terry Crews takes her out for dinner and hes eating non stop. Exactly how my wife eating. Anyways 10/10. Will always go and support. Best BBQ in this side of the mountains maybe the state. Better than Bubba J's and Sweetwood by a longshot. Oh and the ambience is always nice they treat you very well.

Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Excellent find on our way out of Winthrop. Most of Twisp Works was closed (weekday right around…read morenoon), but Lal's Fork food truck serving Sri Lankan street food was just getting started in their parking lot. Smelled good. Menu looked good. Great impromptu lunch! They offer curry & basmati rice plates, and you can choose whether you want 1, 2, 3, or 4 curries. We shared a 3 curry plate and selected mushroom, dahl, and mango (they had a selection of meaty curries as well). Food came out promptly, and we enjoyed it at one of several picnic tables under a large tree canopy which offered protection from the rain this day, but would be equally good for providing shade on a sunnier occasion. Each curry was so flavorful, it was hard to choose a favorite. Even between the two of us we probably consumed a little more than half and took the rest with us. It was just as delicious later on. And the hot sauce accompanying it was really spicy and tasty, too. Lots of teens showed up as we were finishing our meal, so this must be a popular high school lunch spot as well. Lal's Fork was such a happy and unexpected discovery!

If you aren't familiar with the cuisine, Sri Lanka is a South Asian island country in the Indian Ocean that is a neighbor to India. While it is not part of India, I would describe the food as having many similarities, while being its own distinct cuisine. For example, we had vegetarian samosa at Fork, and while many of the elements were similar, the taste was different (spices, some ingredients). The curries were also distinctive, including a fruit curry (mango). The most unique dish appears to be a classic Sri Lankan item called kottu roti, which was chopped roti bread mixed and stir fried with vegetables and meat (or just veggies). This was my personal favorite, though the spouse was pretty into the samosas and the mango curry, despite "not liking mango." It was super hot that day, but luckily the picnic tables have tree cover for eating. Judging by the weekday crowd of workers on lunch, Fork seems like a hit with the locals, and it's easy to see why. This would be food hard to come by in some U.S. cities let alone a pretty rural area of the Pacific NW. Check it out if you are visiting or live nearby!
