The truck has a covered eating area with picnic tables, but I would recommend heading out to the park to eat at the lake- why not? I got the chicken super burrito, and the boyfriend got a carne asada torta. We washed them down with a couple of Jarritos at a table for two overlooking Lake Chelan- favorite meal of the weekend.

I had the Quesabirria and two carnitas tacos. Portions were great and the side salsa (especially verde) was great. The star was the Quesobirria that was fantastic / rich flavor and tasty consume'. While the tacos were good, the carnitas were just a tad crispy and not extra juicy. They were served on street corn tortillas that were fine. Down the street, Tacos El Guero makes handmade tortillas that are insanely delicious so I'm holding back a star in this review even if the Quesobirria was better, but I'd give this place four and a half (and they are open on Monday!). With two excellent places to choose from, don't waste your money on the other gringo style places in town - head here for the real authentic stuff.

I highly recommend them, whether you're visiting their permanent downtown location or booking their second truck for an event. You're in for a treat.

They have a small meat department with some good quality of cuts. I've found some excellent quality T-bone steaks at a surprising excellent price. I must have caught a good promotion or sale one day and I'm glad I took advantage because they were mouth watering and chew every little bit off the bone good. Their produce selection is small and can show signs of wilted produce from time to time but most often it's of decent quality. The surprise is their wine and liquor selection. Get ready to back up your truck to the door when you finish b/c they load you up with so many fresh, hand-cut fries. Again, such good flavor, but this is where the heartburn really kicks in. They bring out a caddy of 6 different sauces to keep the Freedom fries company. The gal who served us wouldn't win any awards for hospitality, but she treated us well and we got out of there alive. We thought it was a win.
