Brownie with ice-cream.
Sameer K.

Do not count my review unless you are eating only ice-cream. I had just brownie and vanilla ice-cream. The brownie is freshly made. So warm brownie + ice cream is a nice combo. The ice cream was good. The brownie was little burnt. Nothing great, nothing bad except the burnt part. Quantity is good for a desert. The staff is nice. The place is noisy.

Pulled pork poutine

We had a large group (9 people) feeling very hungry around 2:30 after wine tasting, and we called and they were able to accommodate us and save us a table at 3pm. When we arrived, we were surprised to see that it was actually pretty busy and full! So very glad we called ahead. We ordered beers and wines, a few apps, and entrees. Didn't get everyone's take on their food but a few things I tried/heard: Zucchini fries - hot and fresh! And a huge serving! Pulled pork poutine - I didn't try any of the pork, but the fries with cheese curds and gravy were yummy. They definitely have unique fries here, not quite sure how to describe them but they are almost like a starchier yet sturdy fry. Reuben sandwich - good rye flavor, pretty decent Reuben. The coleslaw was a bit warm and not too appetizing (maybe it was warmed up from the plate which was hot?) Southwest Caesar salad - the dressing was surprisingly spicy! Tasted like it had jalapeƱo blended in. Very unique and unexpected flavor for a Caesar. Fish tacos - I ordered fried (they offered grilled or fried), and chose onion rings as my side (there were a few side options you could choose from). You get two large tacos with big pieces of fish. The flour tortilla was the least impressive part, thick and a little spongy like cheap grocery store flour tortillas. The mango salsa is a little sweet, would have liked some lime or something to bring a little tartness/acid to it, but overall I was impressed with the tacos. Onion rings were nice and sweet. Overall, the food here is a good value. Some of the guys bought growlers to go. It feels more like a restaurant than a brewery though.

Coconut shrimp, pulled pork, zucchini fries

This place is awesome! Friendly staff. We were quickly seated and enjoyed reading the messages on the bricks. There were so many dinner options it was hard to choose but I landed on the coconut shrimp with zucchini and rice. So delicious!!! My friend ordered the zucchini fries and pulled pork sandwich. she said "best pulled pork sandwhich I've ever had!" And those zucchini fries were so delicious!!!!! Must visit!

Brew chip nachos with chicken.

Ordered the brew-chip nachos and side of fries to share amongst four people and it was plenty! The fries are truly unique! The Glacier Infused IPA is good, but on the bitter side. My wife liked the beer and we ordered four cans to-go, which were canned on the spot!

We came to Chelan over the 4th of July weekend. My wife and I were on a 3 day mountain biking trip for the holiday. The weather was so hot!!! So naturally after biking we looked for the closest brewery to get a fresh cold beer. Lake Chelan brewing was the first place to pop up and of course we wanted to try the official Brewery of Chelan. There was no wait time and we were seated right away. The waitress was very nice and had a good personality. She brought us 2 waters and gave us plenty of time to review the menu without rushing us. I ordered a Glacier IPA as shown in the photo and my wife ordered a Red Ale. The beers were delicious both in their own way. After a few sips we looked around and noticed the food was smelling good and looked amazing. We decided to order the ground beef nachos because it mentioned they have beer battered chips. The nachos came out looking fresh and we couldn't wait to dive into them. The chips were great, the ground beef was yummy. It also includes some other toppings like avocado, jalapeƱos, sour cream. The one thing I would recommend to the brewery is to add some more cheese on top of everything. Most the ingredients fell off the nachos but that is just a minor thing. Overall the brewery was a great experience and I would recommend it! Covid laws here in Washington has recently opened up again so expect the environment operating as normal. -Colter

People are nice but food is garbage. And it's overpriced. The picture is my $25 coconut shrimp platter. 5 shrimps. And over-garlic'ed inedible mashed potatoes.

Excellent onion rings and zucchini fries, and tater tots that would make Napoleon Dynamite salivate. Beer was great, service timely. What more can you ask from a brewery?

Going in to get some brew at Lake Chelan Brewing Company!
Alden C.

There are two breweries (at least the time that we went) in the Lake Chelan area. Lake Chelan Brewing Company was the brewery that we enjoyed most. Despite the name Lake Chelan Brewing Company the brewery is not located in the town of Lake Chelan but in the town of Manson. But the town and the brewery are right by the lake, Lake Chelan so it still makes sense. When we went to this brewery we got two of their beers. Both in which we really enjoyed. We ordered the Manson Beach Blonde which had a great flavor to it as well as the Ogopogo Pale Ale. I really love Mexican lagers and Lake Chelan Brewing does indeed make one, the Cerveza Del Lago Lager but alas when asked to see if it was on tap they were all sold out of it. Too bad, I guess that just warrants a return trip back to the area and another visit to this brewery to see if they have it on tap next time!

Fish and chips and coleslaw.

FYI: If you're here during the week, double check their hours. They are limited hours during the week. One of our party who suggested coming here had an absolute meltdown on a Thursday at 2 in the afternoon because they weren't open until 3:30. We convinced them (after checking their hours) to come back Friday afternoon. The patio was closed because they were doing some work so seating was limited, only about 32 seats between all the tables and bar. They're also short staffed. You had one gentlemen and a young lady running food, beers, and seating people constantly so service seemed slow but there wasn't an empty seat in there so they were doing the best they could with what they had. It took a while to get a second round but we weren't in any real hurry anyhow. We ordered zucchini fries, a Cuban sandwich, and two fish and chips. Plus 2 beers a person. Total was $120 (with tip). Zucchini fries were good and crispy. They came with ranch. They tasted a little burnt almost but they were super good and a nice treat since most of the rest of our stuff came with fries or chips. The Cuban sandwich actually ordered the pub chips which they've perfected to be similar to a kettle-cooked chip. They finished their entire sandwich which is something that isn't common for them. The fish and chips came with two pieces of fish and their house fries and slaw, a slice of lemon, and tarter. The fish was good and crispy, cooked tender and not chewy but not so hot that you were going to scald your mouth on it. Some lemon juice helps make the coleslaw palatable but that's pretty common IMO, I'm not a coleslaw person. We each had a Manson blonde. It's a wheat ale so it's a bit more hoppy than a traditional blonde. Everyone ordered that for a second round except one ordered the Mexican lager that's brewed with Fresh lime. It was a lot more of what I think everyone expected the blonde to be. Light and crisp plus a kick of lime from the brewing. Definitely would recommend the Mexican-style lager if you prefer a lighter beer. Overall we'll definitely be back.

Get ready to back up your truck to the door when you finish b/c they load you up with so many fresh, hand-cut fries. Again, such good flavor, but this is where the heartburn really kicks in. They bring out a caddy of 6 different sauces to keep the Freedom fries company. The gal who served us wouldn't win any awards for hospitality, but she treated us well and we got out of there alive. We thought it was a win.

Ok I was suspicious to see that this was the only place open past 11pm in Chelan on a Wednesday,…read morebut I was also very hungry. Wow, just wow. The patio is STUNNING. You can see the sunset, can almost see the water. Gorgeous, brand new furniture, indoor/outdoor patio, string lights, a dream. I could have sat out here ALL DAY. Impressive wine menu, fun cocktail menu, and lots of beers on tap. They have some American food, sometimes with a twist. My partner loved the peanut sauce chicken wings SO much that we went back several times for them. The Indian food...now they don't play about their indian food. Some of the most flavorful stuff I have had. We got paneer tikka masala (which I get frequently at other establishments) and it was SO GOOD. It was so rich and flavorful. We also tried the coconut curry and loved that as well. Generous portions of rice, lots of yummy garlic naan. The service is amazing. We were served by the owner and he is an awesome guy. We even told him that we didn't have a wine opener in our hotel and he let us borrow one for a few hours- just a really stand up guy. Happy to support them and already daydreaming about going back soon.

The good: It's delicious, it smells INCREDIBLE, and if you're staying in Manson, especially if staying at Wapato Point, it's a short walk for food pick-up -- doesn't get easier than that! Oh, and they're open every day of the week. (Next closest Indian food I believe is in Wenatchee, which if you're in Chelan, is far enough away, let alone being in Manson). Staff also friendly (albeit I've only done take-out). The bad: It's EXPENSIVE! Yes, Indian food *is* expensive, but it's the most expensive than Indian food I've purchased everywhere else (including some major cities including both Denver, CO, and NYC). All-told, I'll give them 5* as their prices are available online and you can make that informed decision for yourself, but again, don't be caught off-guard -- it's EXPENSIVE!!!!

Great find!…read more Everything we tried here was delicious. I find that a lot of cute places like this usually just have okay food, but we really enjoyed it! We tried two of the breakfast cocktails; I'll just have one, and the espresso spritz. Both were fun and really good but I think we all preferred the I'll just have one. It was fruity and refreshing! The espresso spritz was good, it was bubbly which was different than a classic espresso drink but it kind of worked! For breakfast we had the berries and brioche (4/5), bacon bialy (4.5/5), salmon bialy (4.5/5), and all of our favorite, the brunch grilled cheese (5/5!!). All the plates were delicious but the brunch grilled cheese really stood out to us! It was so unique and flavorful! The bread and cheese are already great, but the bacon wrapped around it plus the mapley sweetness on top just makes it great! Would definitely recommend! Luckily, she was able to grab an outdoor seat with an amazing view of the blueberry farm. We waited about 10 minutes for our food to arrive. It was a little strange getting our pies before our breakfast, but it was fine since the breakfast came about 10 minutes later. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious, but it was definitely on the heavier side. Between the gravy and everything else, we were feeling a serious food coma afterward. The desserts were interesting. We enjoyed the blueberry pie, but the texture of the banana cream pie was a little off for us. It almost felt like whipped butter. The blueberry juice was delicious! We would've bought some to take home, but the line was way too long and we didn't feel like waiting again.
