The manager is friendly, helpful, and helped us feel right at home. The accommodations are basic, and the price very reasonable. It's also nice that it's off the main drag. We slept like babies and didn't hear a sound from other guests. The walls are thick. Air conditioner did its job admirably. We fell in love with Mr. Neil Diamond, the owner's kitty, who was introduced only after we made it clear we were a cat-friendly couple.

My husband attends a physical therapy conference here every year, and the staff always does a great job taking care of everyone and making the event run smoothly. As a business owner myself, I completely understand that renovating and updating an entire property is a big financial decision. That said, it does feel like the rooms are reaching the point where a refresh would really elevate the experience. I imagine that will happen eventually. One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant, which is just steps away from the rooms. We ate there multiple times and every single thing we ordered was really good. The quality of the food was consistently excellent and the servers were kind and attentive. They also had live music on Friday night, and the woman performing when we were there was incredibly talented and made the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely come back again. The location, views, service, and restaurant make it a really special place to visit in Lake Chelan.

The nautical decor is cute. The rooms are HUGE. I had to max zoom out on my phone camera to capture it all. Every amenity you'd want. Mini friedge, empty for you to use. Keurig machine not just generic coffee maker. Deep tub combo shower, rare these days. Huge bathroom. Cieling fan. Tall ceiling. Immaculate and clean. Hot water, decent shower pressure. This is like a four star hotel room at two star prices. Very competitive pricing. This is my second stay and for Lake Chelan area my go to hotel. Don't change a thing.

At first when we arrived there were no cars in the parking lot and I was thinking uh oh what did I just book. We walked into the lobby and it was empty as well and I didn't know the hotel wants you to check in using your phone. I was able to check in and get a PIN code to unlock our room. The room was clean , had a kitchenette and pretty spacious for a hotel room. They do have a pool, hot tub and pickleball court. They do not have breakfast or coffee in the lobby. But this hotel is so affordable compared to others in the area and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and new everything was.

Stayed in the single units behind the office in a non smoking room , however the room next to us appeared to be smoking as a smoking urn was located out in front if the unit. Found that to be very irritating. Have stayed in the multiple level units and will stick to them in the future. The guest services office was not open much during our stay so thankfully we didn't need help. Great value for the price!

The reason for the bad review is that the stain already existed when we got there. My wife noticed it right away. We were still charged for this despite four attempts to dispute the charge. The prices is great but we rented 3 rooms…read morewhich all had issues. 1) one room had 2 hamburgers in fridge and was missing smoke detector and also was missing face plate off light switch in bathroom. 2) another room had a broken lamp (it was horrible) and there were coffee grounds in coffee maker when we went to use it one morning. The bathroom ceiling looked like it has been opened up in many places and just painted over (looks very horrible) and the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling as it had wires hanging down. 3) Also the other room a family member was staying in said their smoke detector was missing the battery (flap was open so you can see in it) and their plug in covers were taped on with tape. We all slept horribly because the beds are so uncomfortable and we only get 2 pillows. We will not be staying at his hotel again and will stay in Pateros. Just disappointed with this hotel :(

We visit as often as we can, so it meant a lot to our family when our son and daughter-in-law chose to get married near Lake Chelan. They found Harmony Meadows, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The setting was exactly what they envisioned for their wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner, Jacqueline, was extremely disappointing. As the mother of the groom, I didn't have much direct interaction with her leading up to the wedding, but I witnessed and heard enough during the wedding weekend to be concerned. The bride, the bride's mother, and several bridesmaids were treated rudely both the day before and the day of the wedding. Rather than helping create a positive, memorable experience, there were unnecessary confrontations and comments that added stress to what should have been a joyful occasion. She spoke negatively about other weddings at the location and also spoke unkindly about our son and daughter in law's wedding before it even happened. She ended up storming off before the wedding happened so didn't see her the rest of the time. She made it more about herself than what it was meant to be. The cottages also presented problems. My sister and sister-in-law stayed in one of the units, and around 1:00 a.m. on the first night, the fire/carbon monoxide alarm began sounding. They texted the emergency contact number but received no response. After calling, someone eventually came and moved them upstairs, but they were never told what caused the alarm. While getting ready for the wedding, my daughter used the hair dryer in our cottage. It was already damaged when she first unfolded it, the handle was loose and flopped while in use. I immediately requested a replacement. Despite explaining that it was already broken, we were later charged $50 for that hair dryer. Jacqueline ultimately agreed to remove that charge after I contacted her. After the wedding, the mother of the bride received notice that several deductions would be taken from the security deposit. These included another $50 charge for a hair dryer in my sister's room that they never used. We were told it had been "broken in half," but no photos or proof of damage were provided. They were also charged $40 per furniture item--$160 total--for moving beds slightly to make room for a baby's crib, despite no evidence that the furniture had been damaged. Additional charges included "excessive food" on a tablecloth and rental fees for two DJ tables that were never used. We have photos and video from the reception showing the DJ did not use those tables. The venue itself is stunning, but customer service is just as important as the location, especially for weddings. Couples invest a significant amount of money and trust in a venue to help make one of the most important days of their lives special. Sadly, our experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. Harmony Meadows has tremendous potential, but based on our experience, the customer service, especially Jacqueline did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected.

We stayed around after tennis for a little lunch and ate outside in the sun on the patio. Good service and quality food, although our server confessed we were her first table ever. She did great.
