It came with four different sauces, ketchup curry something sweet and mustard. The only thing good on that platter was the fries and the sausage. We ordered the beef shepherds pie, the chicken carrot mash (tasteless), and the beef stew. The bread tasted a day old dry. Portion sizes are huge so it's good to share. read more

We just had the worst St. Patrick's day ever here!! Me and all my friends waited for two hours in the freezing cold to be let inside. when we got close to the front of the line this worker came up to us and others saying it would probably be another hour wait so we figured we would wait longer we already waited long enough. Then they proceeded to change their story and say they were overcapacity and were not allowed to let anyone else inside for the rest of the night. They were really rude about it and not understanding. As we waited in line the two hours we witnessed countless people going to the front or side closed off entrance and being let inside by workers of the pub. No wonder they became overcapacity and were told not to let anyone else inside for the night!! So they kicked everyone out of line who had been waiting 2+ hours in the freezing cold because of their own mistake. By the time we left it was too late to go to another pub so we had to go home. Very upset and disappointed with the way they run things here...just letting random people come in despite people saying they payed for for tickets and others waiting in line forever. We booked this in Dec . It was difficult to get reservations for most places on a Sat night. Food: we started with some pigs in a blanket and with the mustard they were exceptional. For our entrées, I had the Guinness beef pie and my husband had the curry chicken. Both were extraordinary. Presentation awesome and taste was perfectly seasoned. Great comfort food. We finished off with a cappuccino that was quite nice. Service: we had a wonderful waiter who had just come over from Ireland a few months earlier. The service was excellent. Ambience : here's where out of personal preference you could give or take away a star. The place is vibrant and lively. Packed and the bar is rowdy very much like an Irish pub which it is. My niece and I kept it American with a very tasty cheeseburger and the winter beet salad with grilled chicken. The chicken needed seasoning but I really enjoyed the salad. The place was jam packed on a Saturday evening but we got a table right away and the service was very attentive. One gripe was I asked for dressing on the side and I know he wrote it down, but the kitchen put the dressing on the salad anyway. Fall decorations hung about and there was cozy leather seating and a fully stocked bar. The bartender was welcoming and made the excellent recommendation of topping my gimlet with Prosecco. However, there was a fly in my drink. It happens so no big deal. The bartender happily replaced it. However there was a gnat in the replacement drink as well. At that point I prayed over the germs and gave up. Sips of both drinks were tasty and proved mixology expertise.
