They use an 1800s Bucks County grist mill to stone-grind their ingredients, and they even recycle their spent grains to feed local cattle, pigs, and chickens. Whether you're into bourbon, vodka, tequila, or rum, or moonshine they have something for you. They even offer mocktails! My absolute favorite is the BMT--a perfect, refreshing blend of Dark Hollow Bourbon, a three-tea blend, maple syrup, turmeric, and lemon. They have a fantastic tasting room and offer both group tastings for parties and distillery tours. It's a great spot to gather with friends. The space is incredibly inviting, with plenty of character. Whether you want to sit at the long wooden bar, lounge in the leather seating area, or relax on the patio, it's the perfect place to unwind. You can even do a "Shop & Sip" while you explore the village! The staff is so warm and welcoming. On my first visit, they even gave me a fantastic dinner recommendation. I would order it again. For a drink I had the Smoked Old Fashioned - YD bourbon, bitters, turbinado, bourbon cherry @ an orange wheel. The bartender brought my drink over with a cocktail smoker and wood chips and finished "smoking it". I thought it was pretty good with mostly cherry and orange coming through with some bitters, smoke from the oak chips and sugar. The vibe here was great and the crowd was extremely diverse. I would say this is a great place to bring friends, coworkers, have a family gathering, date or the family, etc. Both bathrooms were clean on my visits.
