A huge SHOUTOUT to bartender MAX. He was spectacular, friendly and full of energy. He educated both of us about there Gins. Philadelphia Distilling is one of the first craft distillery in Pennsylvania since Prohibition, known for its award-winning Bluecoat Gin and other so many other spirits, and features a tasting room with a full kitchen, cocktail bar, and tours in a historic Fishtown location. They offer a unique experience with views of its copper pot stills and seasonal menus.

Meanwhile, she has an iPad where she can look up our reservation which she had done just 15 minutes prior for others in our group. The drinks are interesting and pretty good.
