Pork roll, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich

This was my first time at Ashlynn. It was so cute inside & they had a live band. I ordered the bottomless mimosas & the pork roll, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. The food was so so good - one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. The mimosas weren't super strong, but they were bottomless. Our waitress was super attentive & we even saw the general manager sing with the band. Overall, a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

A friend and I had a great happy hour experience here recently. It was recommended by a few friends and they were correct in doing so. My biggest gripe would be the tightly spaced parking, but I'll park more strategically on future visits. We started with the calamari and that was our only issue with the food. It was fried decently but seemed a little off, and not as tender as we had hoped. My burger was much better! In fact I can't say I've had a better "bar" burger in many years. The fries that came with it were of the same quality. We topped it off with a very good peanut butter explosion dessert that I forget to photo. It was a brownie bottom with peanut butter mousse covered in thick dark chocolate. It was even plated nicely with berries and cream. As a distillery I think the focus was really on the booze. And on that I would say 5 stars for value, quality of cocktail and potency. These were strong and very well made. We liked our choices but were slightly envious when we saw the smoked old fashioned. As another astute reviewer revealed, they are happy to offer samples of their spirits. I was surprised by the caramel apple whiskey but took home a bottle of the 80 proof whiskey. On a return trip I'll likely get the 110 proof as well. Both are priced nicely considering the small batch size and local aspect. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the music and atmosphere while watching the bar keep apply his craft. Happy hour prices from 4-7 on cocktails and tapas. The Sunday brunch sounded cool too, with more brunchy food options and a few half price cocktails. We both agreed we'll be back.

This is an awesome place. The coffee ( I don't drink) was pretty good but the Parmesan flounder with lemon butter and capers was out of this World and into the next! It is very nutritious and served with a choice of fries, asparagus, rice, roasted potatoes, or a side salad. Complete meal! The staff is friendly, and today, a duo was playing alot of motown easy listening tunes from the Sixties. I give this Establishment 5 stars!

MORRISVILLE, PA: Our new favorite dog friendly place just over the border of Trenton into Pennsylvania is Ashlynn Distillery! On our first visit (we have been back again since then), we had great service from Nate and Cate who mixed up some awesome cocktails and educated us about their spirits which include whiskey, bourbon, rum, and their vodka, which is the first triple-blended in the world. We love smoked drinks and they can smoke anything and have a few cocktails that have the smoked element. They have a nice menu that includes seasonal specials and even brews from Bit-hin' Kitten Brewery, which is also right in town! Charcuterie boards are on the food menu and you can bring your own from Lavilla Family Restaurant, an Italian restaurant across the street, or other places in this historic town. Just outside the building is part of the Delaware canal, a narrow multipurpose path, for a nice walk with the pup.

Came here with a party of 10 for a friend's birthday last week. We weren't able to call ahead and were sat on outside enclosed patio. The heater next to us didn't work (the one on the other side of the patio did). I had two whiskey drinks, they were pretty good but didn't love the vodka drinks I tried. Server was nice but drinks were scattered and a little slow.

No disputing that local distilleries are a big THING these days, but that does not mean that all are created equal. They are not. Fortunately, Ashlynn in beautiful downtown Morrisville, PA, is one that makes the cut. Its indoor/outdoor operation was jumping on a late Sunday afternoon, with live music, happy hour priced cocktails and personal service that tied everything together into a joyous interlude. Their Summer Rita (based w Summerseat Vodka, orange liqueur, guava purée) was half price, so why search further on the drink menu? Sipped through a paper straw it quenched the thirst while supporting ecologically sound practices. Hard to beat that double! And, the kitchen showed a talented hand, as well. Our CBR (chicken, bacon, ranch) flatbread was crisp, chunky and delicious, and the Chicken Parm Sliders, way better than expected. I couldn't even start the third, and handed it over to my son to consume. Ashlynn also has a policy of permitting sampling of their wares with a simple request. That small shot of their own Caramel Apple Whiskey went down so smooth that it was only a minute later that we felt the kick in the head. Yummy! Will no doubt be back for a bottle soon. We sat outside the open garage door where we could see and hear a local duo cover band perform their interesting set. Even the manager sat in to sing a few tunes with his raspy baritone. A great time was being had by all. Clearly, a locals hangout, but we were there from a nearby town to see what Ashlynn was all about. We were truly impressed. They have something excellent going on down in Morrisville. Very much worth many return visits.

The bartenders, the food, and the vibes are everything! This is our second time and we are coming here forever. OMG, you have to have a session and try all the drinks. I have not been disappointed. There is a new spring menu and things are looking even better. Super excited for what's next to come.

Leashed and friendly dogs are allowed inside the modern tasting room and outside at the impressive patio and we enjoyed our visit on a boisterous Sunday afternoon. The management is cognizant of how dogs may interact with each other and may suggest that if other dogs are inside maybe it will be better to sit outside, but it is all up to your comfort level. We really enjoyed this craft distillery, makers of vodka, gin, and rum that deliciously feature their liquors in hand crafted cocktails. A customer favorite is the "Famous Drilled Orange" where a hole is drilled into a fresh orange and filled with vodka. You have a choice of a grapefruit and also a liquor-free version. The Lady Guava rum-based drink is also so delicious and there is a whole list of cocktails to choose from. They also offer local beer, wine, mead, and non-alcoholic options. A soft pretzel, personal pizza, and mixed nuts are available for purchase and you can also bring your own food. There is a free parking lot right next door off Basin Street. We were so happy that one of our most supportive followers was also hanging out at Hops and Hardware and recognized us: Dave B., and his pups Dozer & Pugsley! It was fun to catch up and we appreciate meeting others who love hanging out with their dogs and supporting small businesses.

Seating options are at the bar, high top tables, lower tables, a couch area and outside. The bartender (Autumn?) was there on both visits and did an outstanding job. They have their own spirits, house distilled and aged in a location close by. Hardware Vodka, Perfect Storm Spiced Rum, Bristol Springs Gin, Enchanted Indigo Vodka, Cedar Street Bourbon. I tried their Cedar St. bourbon - a mix of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Barley Malt. It's age statement was 2 years. It was a simple and smooth young bourbon, I had it neat and on a second trip in a cocktail called the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend - Cedar Street Bourbon, House-Made Strawberry Simple, Fresh Lemon which was sour, tart & refreshing for a gorgeous spring day. There was a hint of bourbon, but mostly sour lemon and sweet/tart strawberry. Their food menu is limited with a couple of small flatbread/personal pizzas $10 or 2 for $18 and a pretzel wreath from nearby Papa's pretzels. I had the Margherita which came on a premade whole grain shell. It had a sweet cheese & sauce, fresh basil and the crust was grainy and sweet. Simple flatbread, but it really hit the spot. (The bartender put it together quickly and baked it in a Bakers Pride oven right behind the bar.) They had several beers on tap, cider, tea, local wine/sangria, mead and some non alcoholic drinks. The list of standard and signature cocktails is a pretty good size. Their "Bristol Bomb" - FAMOUS DRILLED ORANGES (OR GRAPEFRUITS) 4 /8 Fresh Oranges Drilled filled Wit or Witout Hardware Vodka looked like a real fun drink! I will certainly return here at some point. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Thanks guys!

Here's a polished, vivid English review based on your visit and the menu you shared:…read more Reckless Town Farm Distillery - A Flavor-Forward Experience Worth Savoring My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Reckless Town Farm Distillery, a place that truly treats cocktails as a craft. From the first sip, it was clear that this distillery doesn't just mix drinks -- they design flavors. We both started with the Coffee Old Fashioned, made with Windy Lane Bourbon, coffee syrup, and black walnut bitters, and it was easily a 10/10. What made it special wasn't just the smooth bourbon, but the way the coffee came through -- rich, toasted, and lingering. You could actually feel the coffee beans at the end of each sip, almost like a gentle espresso finish layered over the warmth of bourbon. It was bold but elegant. I then tried the Red Arrow, built on Dust Settler Vodka, ginger liqueur, blood orange cordial, lemon juice, saffron syrup, Aleppo bitters, and Yellow #9 spice. This cocktail is a dream for anyone who enjoys something warm, aromatic, and slightly sweet. The blood orange and saffron bring a deep, exotic sweetness, while the ginger and bitters add a spicy glow that makes the drink feel comforting and complex at the same time -- almost like a winter cocktail with a Mediterranean twist. Later, I sampled their jalapeño-infused vodka, which was vibrant, clean, and spicy without being aggressive -- perfect for cocktail lovers who enjoy a little heat with their spirits. My wife went with the Southern Santa, a beautifully layered drink made with Windy Lane Bourbon, curaçao, orgeat (almond), lemon and lime juices, gingerbread syrup, and ginger-chai bitters. It was absolutely delicious. The citrus brightens the drink, while the gingerbread and chai spices wrap everything in a cozy, holiday-like warmth. The orgeat adds a silky, nutty finish that ties everything together -- exotic, festive, and incredibly well balanced. What really sets Reckless Town apart is their fearless use of spices, botanicals, and house-made syrups -- saffron, gingerbread, chai, almond, blood orange, and even chili heat -- all blended with precision. Nothing tastes artificial or rushed; every drink feels intentional and layered. If you love creative cocktails with bold, unexpected flavors, Reckless Town Farm Distillery is a must-visit. It's the kind of place where every glass tells a story -- warm, spicy, citrusy, smooth, and unforgettable.
