It was a simple and smooth young bourbon, I had it neat and on a second trip in a cocktail called the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend - Cedar Street Bourbon, House-Made Strawberry Simple, Fresh Lemon which was sour, tart & refreshing for a gorgeous spring day. There was a hint of bourbon, but mostly sour lemon and sweet/tart strawberry. Their food menu is limited with a couple of small flatbread/personal pizzas $10 or 2 for $18 and a pretzel wreath from nearby Papa's pretzels. I had the Margherita which came on a premade whole grain shell. It had a sweet cheese & sauce, fresh basil and the crust was grainy and sweet. Simple flatbread, but it really hit the spot. (The bartender put it together quickly and baked it in a Bakers Pride oven right behind the bar.) They had several beers on tap, cider, tea, local wine/sangria, mead and some non alcoholic drinks. The list of standard and signature cocktails is a pretty good size.
