Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to check out this new business. We had seen a review in a local paper and thought we would give it a try. The place is rustic, but roomy and inviting. We sat at the bar as we were going to try the whiskey and vodka. Randy was our server and one of the owners. We were the only patrons it was about 1pm. Randy explained some of the history and that the spirits were primarily corn based. We tried the bourbon whiskey. It was smooth and delicious. He advised it would likely get even better in about a year or two. My wife actually liked it and she is typically not a fan of whiskey. Apparently a few teachers from the local high schools are regulars after school hours. We also tried the vodka which was good. We purchased two bottles of the 1675 Whiskey $35/bottle. A bit rich we thought, but they do a nice job with the metal labels and bottle seal. We think that they have a nice product and will likely return. Mark & Nancy. read more

Very good whiskey. Can't wait to try the shine? They were sold out when me & wife got there. It was the reason for going. Apparently it's very popular. This was our First time Going there. Really cool little bar with small distillery in the back. Currently serving an American whiskey, a vodka, and a maple whiskey. They're all good, but I'd recommend the maple whiskey, it has a great maple flavor that blends with the whiskey and isn't over sweetened. They've also got a rye and single malt aging (I got to try a sample of the single maltt at a young age it it seems to be on track to be something really special). Every time I drove by and saw the building I thought it was a local hideaway bar, one of the very few good things about the virus closure was the exploration of 1675! Saw the roadside sign offering bottles of vodka and bourbon decided to stop by and pick up one of each. Talk about a pleasant surprise , the bourbon rekindled my taste for bourbon ( I shifted to irish whiskey a few years ago) the vodka was for a family member that only enjoys grey goose, she remarked that it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I had the opportunity to try 1675 Spirits at a beer festival in Bristol where they poured samples of cocktails. They currently only make whiskey and vodka. The cocktails were diverse and perfect for the season! They had a hot apple cider with whiskey that was great. The drinks aren't watered down either. Checked out 1675 for the first time last weekend. Very cool design and decor. Drinks were good - nice variety for someone like me who isn't a whiskey drinker. Had a refreshing cucumber vodka drink and a local Cider. My husband enjoyed the whiskey (neat). The owners were very friendly. My husband has recently taken an interest in distilling and has lots of questions. They were both happy to share their experiences with us and answer our many questions. My only constructive feedback would be that it was a little cold - even though outside was not terribly cold. I would imagine a big stone building might be hard to keep warm. We will definitely be back - possibly on a weekend night when they have live music. read more

Their vodka is the best I've had. Better than any of the world renowned vodkas that have been around and better and one of the other good local spots too. Very fortunate to have a place like this close by. Nice people working there too read more
