For example, the Berry Blast which contains their vodka along with simple syrup, pineapple juice, blackberries and raspberries actually uses quite a bit of real fruit and gets muddled into a tasty cocktail. I tried their Cedar St. bourbon - a mix of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Barley Malt. It's age statement was 2 years. It was a simple and smooth young bourbon, I had it neat and on a second trip in a cocktail called the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend - Cedar Street Bourbon, House-Made Strawberry Simple, Fresh Lemon which was sour, tart & refreshing for a gorgeous spring day. There was a hint of bourbon, but mostly sour lemon and sweet/tart strawberry. Their food menu is limited with a couple of small flatbread/personal pizzas $10 or 2 for $18 and a pretzel wreath from nearby Papa's pretzels. I had the Margherita which came on a premade whole grain shell. It had a sweet cheese & sauce, fresh basil and the crust was grainy and sweet. Simple flatbread, but it really hit the spot. (The bartender put it together quickly and baked it in a Bakers Pride oven right behind the bar.) They had several beers on tap, cider, tea, local wine/sangria, mead and some non alcoholic drinks. The list of standard and signature cocktails is a pretty good size. Their "Bristol Bomb" - FAMOUS DRILLED ORANGES (OR GRAPEFRUITS) 4 /8 Fresh Oranges Drilled filled Wit or Witout Hardware Vodka looked like a real fun drink! I will certainly return here at some point. Philadelphia Distilling is one of the first craft distillery in Pennsylvania since Prohibition, known for its award-winning Bluecoat Gin and other so many other spirits, and features a tasting room with a full kitchen, cocktail bar, and tours in a historic Fishtown location. They offer a unique experience with views of its copper pot stills and seasonal menus.

For brunch, there were only a few patrons at the bar, but nobody else was dining. The chef prepared me a delicious brunch meal of steak, eggs, snd sourdough. She asked for my input prior to making it, which was awesome. I'm not sure if that's because it was a quiet day, but it was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place for drinks or brunch. I think they serve dinner, as well, but I haven't been here to enjoy that.
