Short on pretentiousness, Long on awesome. These dudes are winning at life, operating from an industrial park. Seriously good tiny-batch distillery, which transforms into a pub at night, serving their own cocktails and a big menu of craft beer. Big roll-up garage door, with windows, and picnic tables both in and out, so when the weather is nice the whole operation becomes open-air. We stopped by for the first time on a quiet saturday night, had a great time talking with the staff and playing with their new puppy. We will (WILL) be back for Friday nights, when they bring in gourmet food trucks and serve food and booze all evening. The single malt whiskey and the moonshine are very excellent. Stay tuned for the release of a small-batch bourbon....

PA Bourbon Whiskey. Was an awesome gift from my wife and every ounce was enjoyed.

Ummmm yeah, it's that good. Love the store in Peddlers Village and their product is fantastic. Finishing the last few sips now. A great way to end another Monday. If Mondays continue this way I may have to start them this way too. :(

On January 22, 2026 their Southwest France night did not disappoint. The meal was excellent from start to finish. We began with Hoisin duck tacos, followed by lobster and crab ravioli, then stuffed pork loin, and the meal wrapped things up nicely with a delicious brownie and crème anglaise. This experience is a great way to enjoy new flavors and new wines while you learn about the food is prepared and the history and origins of the wine. We are big fans as this was our 3rd visit in 2026. We have a few more visits already planned.

It's a simple set up and the team of Jake and Dennis worked well together preparing a French-based meal. 1 complimentary glass of wine, byob if you need more. We certainly appreciated the nuances of the meal being prepared. Our salads were fantastic. The shrimp soup tasted complex but was flat and needed a lot more seasoning. Our steak dinner was very similar. We appreciated the mushroom-based sauce and the steak was cooked perfectly. But again, the flavors were muted, nothing savory. The home made bread was excellent. Last was dessert. We are not a fan of pouring any kind of fruit sauce or drizzle on our chocolate... although the chocolate mousse itself was solid. The strawberry drizzle kinda ruined it for us. Again, we appreciated the experience and learned a few things. Definitely an experience I'd recommend once... and maybe we'll be back.

That was no problem for us, since we were hungry and had brought a pizza with us. We figured we would sit outside, especially since it was a beautiful fall day, and enjoy our pizza with a glass, or plastic cup, of their Cabernet. Before heading out, the gentleman who greeted us invited us to go ahead and check in, so we did. Upon checking in we paid the $20 for each tasting and another $16 for two cups of Cabernet, then went outside to enjoy our pizza, wine and the view. About 15 minutes had passed and the gentleman came out to let us know it would be another few minutes while the group who had been there when we arrived wrapped up. He was kind enough to offer us a tipping off of the wine and some bits of dark chocolate. We waited another 10 minutes or so and decided to go inside to see if we could begin our tasting. We were told it would be another five minutes or so. At that point we were getting tired of waiting, the gentleman was becoming testy (we don't think at us, but more at the guy leading the tasting to the group there before us), and we were not impressed at the Cabernet we had had already, so we decided to leave. We considered trying to get a refund, but the greeter was nowhere in sight and the tour guide had evidently stepped into a break room to have a snack. So much for our guided tasting. We forfeited the $40 and left. We were looking g forward to this experience, but were very disappointed.
