They were having an Oktoberfest which I found out about through Facebook. There was live music inside and sunrise cooking outside. The staff were very friendly and treated me as soon as I walked in even though they were very busy. The steady mist/drizzle didn't seem to keep people away. Whenever I visit a brewery for the first time, I will start with a flight since it gives me an opportunity to try several beers. There were so many options that I had trouble narrowing it down to four. I told the gentleman behind the bar that I don't like IPAs and he made several recommendations. He even gave a sample of a few. I went with their 49 Fame Helles lager (A traditional Munich Helles lager. Light in color with a crackery, crisp finish.), Oktoberfest (A traditional German-style Festival lager with a touch of malty sweetness, balanced hop character, and a crisp finish), Cacklin Jack (This is a classic amber ale brewed with pumpkin puree and cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, mace, cloves, and brown sugar.), and Dark Matter (A roasty Irish-style Dry Stout served on NITRO). They are a couple other breweries in the area I still have to visit but this place is worth a second visit.

I like this brewery a lot. Great space, vibes and service. Decided to try a flight since there were a bunch of beers and seltzers that sounded good. My fav was the raspberry wheat. They had outdoor space, tents with picnic tables and a pizza food truck.

I'm not really from the Flemington area but man do I love to visit areas and find gems in the rough. Not only was this place a vibe but the service was second to none . Me and a friend sat at the bar because it was super busy and received the best service. You would think that because they were busy they might try to rush your order but it was the opposite. I forget the women's name but she treated us like we were the only ones there because it was our first time. I got to try everything and there sours are top notch. I definitely plan on coming back and buying some in the cans.

I just love this place. Beers are always good and I love the outdoor seating with music. I got the Mexican beer today. Nice and refreshing!

First timer ! Loved it . We went to flenington for some other work and bumped into this brewary ! Really awesomeeeeeee !! Loved the customer service ... really helpful crew .. I tried a few IPAs and we loved the golden eagle beer and flemington fog ! Others were good too.. tough to choose from a long list of really good brews ! They were seeking growlers for 7$ which is a bit over priced .. hence we took the crowlers . A 32 oz Crowler is about 12$ .. not bad ! A growler with beer is about 27$ for 64 OZ . Overall it was a good visit . Nice parking facilities available . Thumbs up .

FLEMINGTON: aren't we lucky to have so many dog friendly breweries in NJ? And we found another one! Brie's first time at @loneeaglebrew was very enjoyable! Leashed-dogs are allowed and there are 3 spaces to enjoy a deliciously crafted beer: an outdoor patio, inside on the lower level, and upstairs in the loft! There are at least 12 beers on tap and a friendly bartender is ready to serve you at your table. We enjoyed the Doppelleben, Chela Mexicans, and the Maiden flight with guava. You may bring your own food. Brie was spoiled with treats and loved doing her dance for the other guests! The building is located next to Liberty Village Outlet Marketplace, a cute shopping area to walk around! Check with each store associate for dog rules.

No food, but feel free to bring your own. The service is amazing, and the bartenders are very insightful and willing to let you try before you buy. The beer has a palate chroma to match anyone's colorful flavor profile. The ambiance is so cool, homey, dog and family friendly. Enough space for you and everyone's mother. A great place to enjoy a brew, good cheers and great memories !

First impression nice drinking spot. New Jersey place to go on Saturday night. Lone Eagle brewing have quite a selection of beers. The choice of beer was a nice Hazy IPA called the Flemington Fog. A smooth texture east going beer. The service is nice, receive a clapping ovation as soon as I walk in but nut sure it was for me. Overall nice brewery. 3/5 of service. Beer 4/5 ambiance 3/5 crowded.

Had the pleasure of enjoying the My Favorite Marzen. My companion had the Devil's Juice: (This hazy IPA is brewed with lots for wheat and oats for a nice soft mouthfeel. It is double dry hopped with Ekuanot, Mosaic and Denali and packed with notes of tropical fruits, pineapple and some pine.) Super friendly staff , delectable beer and a nice clean patio. You can't beat it !!

This place is nestled in Flemington historic area between a farmers market and the Black River and Western Train Station. There's a little bit of everything here. 12-14 beers on tap. Pale Ales, Sours, Pilsner, Saisons, Wheat, IPA'S, and Lagers. I prefer sours and ales, but tried quite a few different ones. They were all great especially The Black Currant Gusher. Ronan's Irish Red Ale, the Maple Wheaties Ale. Mango Milkshake IPA, Trail Mix,the Tropical Gusher, Plocky, and Barrel Aged Coco Express. I even had a crowler filled when I was there. There's three serving bars which were all hand-built by the owners, and the tables and benches were produced by the students of Hunterdon County Polytech. Beers are available in flights, pints, 32 oz crowlers and 64 oz growlers, 16 oz. Cans - 4 Packs and Specialty Bottles and Cans, You can order beers online and have them delivered to your door or you can pick them up. There's a minimum order amount depending on your zip code. ( you can check out their website for more details and instructions.) For the nonalcoholic- From time to time they'll have house made sodas on tap. Starting June 17th they will be having bands. I believe the Nerds are playing on that day. Inside can hold up to 100 people. Outside approximately 60. Their outdoor seating is very comfortable, especially if you get to sit in their Adirondack chairs next to the fire pit. This place is very dog friendly. You can order food from a local restaurant and bring it in or have it delivered. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Janet and Sue the beer-tenders were so friendly and accommodating. The owner Diane is a delight. They apologized for keeping us waiting, it took no more then three minutes to change a tap. The Lone Eagle brewery sells cute Merch. You can pick up a tee shirt or two. There is free parking all around. I definitely recommend this place.

They have 16 options on tap, showcasing their farm-fresh ingredients across beer styles, seltzers, and even birch beer. Flights are always a must for us when visiting a place for the first time and we enjoyed every taste. Standouts included the Doppelbock, Mango-Kiwi Fizzy, Godhi-Real Peach Fruit, and the most unexpected favorite, El Diablo Chelada, a beer-meets-Bloody-Mary situation. Even as someone who usually skips Bloody Marys, this one won us over. Bold, layered, and wildly drinkable. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome inside the stunning barn-style tasting room, complete with warm wood paneling, oversized wagon-wheel chandeliers, plenty of seating, Rutgers pride, and a peek into the production area. Outside, pups can stretch out on the spacious deck and lawn overlooking the farm. Bonus points for fire pits where you can cozy up with a beer. This is also a family-friendly spot with a great playground out back and loads of room to roam. Just be sure to check their website for 21+ hours. Bring your own food or catch whatever food truck is on-site, and don't miss their packed events calendar. Trivia, open mics, chess games, book clubs, bingo, and more keep things lively all week long. Farm vibes, great beer, happy dogs, and something always happening. Hard to beat!

Well, I just love this place and if you're looking for somewhere to get a drink and soak in the gorgeous Delaware water gap area look no further! First of all the beer here was really darn good, a cut above most places! But on top of that, if you'd rather have wine, well help yourself! They also do wine flights here! Both a beer and wine were terrific and above average! But the location and the views give it an extra star and bring it to five stars! The experience is not to be missed and exactly what I was looking for after a hard day of hiking and sightseeing in the Delaware water camp. On top of that, they got some really nice food. If you're hungry, their pizza is great! Great bar pies to hit the spot! You could sit inside or outside. If you want to sit inside, I highly recommend making a reservation even for the middle of the afternoon! That's right even for the middle of the afternoon! Flounder is actually right next to a distillery my cousin has been asking me about for years. I've lived in Franklin since 1990 and there are STILL places in Hillsborough I've never seen. So do forgive me. This brewery popped up on my IG (because of course it did) in the context of a monthly book club that they host in partnership with Somerset County libraries. I've spent the better part of the last 20 years primarily reading articles and books related to my grad coursework but made a commitment last fall to return to leisure reading that doesn't make me want to walk into the business end of the ocean à la Edna Pontellier. Take your time - I'll wait. I went for my first Books n Brews last month. The brewery has a classic wooded open concept downstairs, and a party loft upstairs where we have book club. It's BYOFood - at least on winter weekdays - summer and weekends may offer food trucks so please check before taking me at my word. The bartenders are super friendly and welcome you into the space - and back to the space once you return as I did this week. Our very own Cheers in central NJ. I'm Carla. The beer is really really good. I LOVE that there isn't an abundance of IPAs and I love a good hazy but brother please. Enough. They've got some good fruit/sour representation. The first time I went I got a cardamom beer, this week I snagged a currant forward hazy. Prices are reasonable and the vibes are great. They also have an outdoor picnic table area - my new book club buddy said that the outdoors is dog friendly and they regularly bring their pups. I'm both very excited for book club and for experiencing more of this brewery as the temps warm up. It's really giving a community vibe - in addition to book club they stage plays, game nights, musical performances, cheese board events - all kinds of good stuff. Enjoy my pics!!
