Another great visit to Boo's for opening day of the Phils. A New Trail Crisp, and a Boo's Big Head and Mac Daddy. Preferred the Mac Daddy for the IPA. Had the Pulled pork pit meal with Cole slaw and corn bread balls. Nailed everything. Pork had perfect crisp bits. Slaw was awesome and the cornbread, which could be an afterthought, was amazing. We stopped at Boo's Firehouse Tavern after a day tubing with Bucks County River Country, and it was the perfect post-river stop since it's right up the road. The building is awesome and has a great vibe. They even offer valet parking, which wasn't needed when we visited, but I can definitely see this place getting busy. I wasn't a huge fan of my cocktail, but the food and service more than made up for it. We loved the wings, and the BBQ was excellent, especially the chicken and pulled pork. The chicken sandwich was also incredible and one of the best I've had. Definitely worth stopping if you're in the area, out on the Delaware, or just taking a scenic drive through Bucks County. read more

June 30, 2025 - 4 for lunch. I thought at the time I was going to be the 2nd reviewer..... but it seems the next day somebody jumped the spot!!! (smile) We drove up from FL to see my best man a restaurateur and Bucks County resident as I was for 45 years. Out for a drive with our wives we planned to try this place along the bucolic Delaware River. What a perfect spot and fantastic decor and building. Plenty of parking and a nice roomy interior. Cozy bar and tabletops with a little live music!!!! Service was friendly, attentive, and laid back local. Go back to NY or wherever if you want fast and snappy... I think they were open for like 4 months at this point. We had a few rounds of drinks the beer drinker in the crowd enjoyed the varied selection of PA on tap brews. Good wine selection and cocktails were amble and a good value. The food pleased all with the Caesar salad with fresh greens and cheese and a delightful dressing. The smash burger was a "smash hit" and served as ordered!!! Being the whole food plant based nutritarian looking for a healthful low to no oil, low to no sugar and low to no salt menu item that is of course no animal product loaded....... I found the ---)))) Three flour tortillas withOUT the pulled chicken or pork and I had them put on black beans I saw they had for their tacos!!! it was topped with cabbage, taco relish & queso fresco with the house made jalapeño hot sauce! This was a HOME RUN!!! Really nice job. This is perfect distance and destination from the Jericho Mountain for a little drive and dine experience. The next time we are up from Florida in Bucks we are going to check these folks out...... and hope you will too!!! Very friendly brewery in a converted firehouse. They kept the firehouse styling and atmosphere. Great local joint. Beers are good, not great and the biggest issue is that all drinks including beers are served in plastic cups. Great wait staff, friendly patrons. Boo's is a great spot to grab a beer and some really good food in tucked in an old fire station. Whether you are on your bike on the canal, riding a motorcycle or driving on River Rd, this is a great place to stop. We tried several of the beer and food options and they were all very good. The open air environment adds to the experience in the summer months. read more

What a super fun brewery!!! We were here before the kitchen was open so I can't wait to go back. We are an hour away. Beautifully decorated! Fun environment and yummy drinks. It's right off of the canal path so you can bike to it. Join their club. I definitely recommend this brewery!! read more

My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying this place. But it was a big disappointment. The staff wasn't friendly at all.

I'm not sure really where to start. We were excited to try this place. The interior is well curated with tons of vintage fire house memorabilia. The two guys working were very friendly. There's definitely some continued training that could take place. Getting the table water, menu knowledge but it wasn't a deal killer. We saw a number of people walking past the empty host stand trying to get water out of the dispenser but it was bone dry and it was 90°. The beers were good. Though they only had maybe one or two of their own beers, the porter, lager, west coat ipa and blonde were great. I'd prefer them in actual glass versus plastic cups that don't appear to be recycled. The same with plastic silverware and food in to go containers. Especially for the price points. The food on the other hand was the biggest disappointment. The mac and cheese had basically no seasoning. Same with the collard greens. Both fell flat. We shared the brisket roll with kimchi and pickled jalapeños. For $20, it was really a bummer. A tiny hoagie roll with about 3 oz of brisket, flavorless kimchi and sans any jalapeño. We expected a huge sandwich loaded with ingredients and what came could have fed an 8 year old. We then tried the smoked chicken with brie,apple and jam. Another small sandwich that only seemed to have a little brie. Nothing else. It came with a side of potato salad which the potatoes were undercooked and again, no seasoning. Then the chef literally plopped our side of Cole slaw right on on the paper lined tray. No container and it was ambient temp at best. I don't get it. It was a big turn off. I'm a chef, I've made my own kimchi, my own sauerkraut and worked for three different breweries and this was a real let down. What's the most frustrating is the smoked meats were great. It's when they met the kitchen is where it all fell apart. Our bill was $100 for two beers each, two sandwiches and 4 sides. The best part of the meal was the chili. At least incorporate beer into your food. We'd eventually venture back again, but it will be for beers only. The kitchen needs work. Big time. read more

My husband and I were cycling on the D and L Canal Path today and Boo's Firehouse Tavern was the perfect place to stop for lunch. We cycle all over the country and love to find a local Brew Pub, and Y'all, that what this is! They brew great beer on the premises. They also have a chef, and the food is all "from scratch" and it shows. My husband had the house burger and I had the pulled chicken. Both were excellent. The fries were to die for. Hand cut,perfectly seasoned and fried and salted just right.. we also loved the pickled green beans and their house pickles. Gosh...what a great place. service was welcoming, and efficient. we loved that when they bought the old firehouse, they were able to keep and reuse a lot of the gear! read more

As longtime residents of the Point and a former member of Station 41, we welcome and applaud Boo's Brewery's reincarnation of the old PP firehouse. Job well done! After a few pleasant visits to the restaurant with friends and family it appears Boo's is beginning to hit their stride. Beers are crisp, cold and finely crafted with brews for all tastes. The barbecue is awesome. Double collards please! We're almost through the menu and everything we've tried has not only been very good but also very varied from the other local fare. Side note; Smoked Tomato Soup. Outstanding, who knew? My hope and prediction is Boo's Brewing finds a longtime home here like the Bucks County local community entertainment legends, Jacks and Gobblers. Igniting the charm and atmosphere of the cleverly appointed, rambling, open-space is the 5-alarm personality of the manager/bartender known as Kayla who brings additional heat to this firehouse themed pub with her warm welcoming smile and uncanny ability to be many different places all at the same time, helping to extinguish the daily minor flames engulfed by both she and her very friendly, capable team as they continue to grow. Saw this on the Bucks County Ale Trail and decided to drive up there this past Saturday (nice weather helped). Really liked it. The Irish Red Ale...recommended by the bartender...was a winner. We were only hungry for snacks so we had the brisket topped poutine (really good...coulda used a bit more curds) and the jalapeno hushpuppies that were incredible and highly recommended. Both were on the specials menu but I hope the latter gets added on the regular menu. We will be back. read more

Went on a Sunday and was really looking forward it. Nice to have the valet service but unfortunately they were overwhelmed and unprepared for a semi decent sized crowd. Staff were incredibly friendly but completely disorganized. Took 10 minutes to order a few beers that were OK at best. Wanted food but the bartender admittedly said that it may take over an hour! Tough to give more than a 1 star when the highlight was the valet. read more

This is a really fun place, their food is pretty tasty and their drinks very good. Take your own glassware if you don't like plastic, they are not allowed to serve in glass on account of washing and keeping the water discharge low, but you can take your own glass and take home to wash, I do this if I want a lemon drop or a martini. read more

Great new brewery bucolic Bucks County. Close to New Hope and a stone's throw from the river. Open air in an old firehouse.

We went tubing with family. After we were done we were all hungry and weren't too familiar with that area. We found Boo's and WOW!!! The owner was awesome so welcoming and the hostess rocked. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, super accommodating. Now the food was excellent!!!! We are planning another trip up there just for Boo's. read more

My wife and I were looking forward to trying Boo's and came home feeling disappointed. We liked their beers but were unimpressed with the food. My wife had a pub burger and I had their smash burger. Both were bland and over cooked. My smash burger lacked any flavor of cheese or onion and my side of fries was way over salted with very coarse salt. We have no idea what their other food is like but we both thought our burgers were blah. A bar that serves good beers should also serve a decent burger. read more
