Great spot. Friendly service. Superb beer. Can't wait to go back and see what new beverages are on tap.

Home for the holidays and the family told me about a brewery at the old NADC/NATC. They have…read moregluten-free options! Yes let's go! I got a flight of the 3 GF beverages that the make in house: a pear seltzer, a cinnamon whiskey spiked cider (Syzygy), and an apple pie cider. They were all great, but really liked the Sygyzy. I followed those with a pumpkin spiced old fashioned. All the coctails are made with liquor distilled in PA. Very nice, with a hint of vanilla. Mom and Dad got beers. For food, I got a gluten free (cauliflower crust) pizza, and mom got the gluten-ful version of the same...plain basic pie. They offer toppings, but none really interested me. Dad got the garlic parmesan wings, which he really liked! 10 per order. For the gluten free pizza, I confirmed before ordering that they don't place it on the pans with other pizza. It is cooked on its own disposable tray. A day later and I'm not sick! So for GF food options, that's all there is. But it was good! When I grew up around here, this building was part of a military research and training center. Eventually the government decommissioned it and gave us a brewery! There's more to it but if you go on a Sunday, they have tours of the whole "Fuge" (centrifuge) building that give you all the stories and history. I'm hearing it secondhand, but it sounds cool.

This town is going through a major makeover with lots of new apartment/condo housing and commercial development. The three story structure is brick, glass and steel, creating a post industrial vibe that is fun to hang out in. I was there today to visit the Manhattan Bagel shop, also looked at the Itri Brick Oven Pizza and the largest business there, Neshaminy Creek Brewery. In the center of it all was a large dining room shared by all. Had I more time and hunger, I would have ordered a pizza and manged it at the bar with local suds to lube the swallow. Maybe, next time. Dublin is trying mightily to become a new destination in Upper Bucks, and by the look of things they are succeeding.

I love the concept of the Station so much! I love the "food court" style. I also love that some spaces are multi purposed for day vs night. I don't think there is enough seating for how busy this place can be. There also is no clear entrance to the building. I think the majority of the entrances are more presentable from the front facing the street but not actually practical to walk into. I also think some signage advertising what is in the building itself would be helpful as I don't think many people are aware. I would also love to see more advertising of the sister properties - The Square / Dublin Town Center as it's all really one community. I've gone here twice and it's actually fairly special as my boyfriend and I went on our second date here - it's great for couples and families alike - with something for everyone. The brewery definitely can get very loud and crowded and we entered through there the first time - again - not seeing a recognizable entrance.

Everything was great from the atmosphere, food, service, and prices. We went for their half off wings. The wings were delicious! Fried perfectly and juicy inside with a great honey Sriracha sauce. A very underrated item is their delicious fries. They have a great selection of house drafts and specials every day for both happy hour and daily specials. I will definitely be returning for more of their specials. I have my eye on their burgers!

However the restaurant is tucked away on the second floor of a shopping center, and the seating is not ideal. The acoustics made it difficult to hear the server and my dinner companions, and this was before the live music began (which was setting up in the dining area as we ate). I was pleasantly surprised by the food, and everyone seemed cheerful and welcoming. But the restaurant was too chaotic to have any semblance of a meaningful conversation. I had to shout across the table to be heard. I may come back to enjoy a beverage and listen to a band, but I would never bring a date to this location if I had any expectation of enjoying each other's company. And that's really a shame: the food and location are excellent.
