Tré Locally Sourced Shrimp Tacos

From a recommendation, my friend and I decided to try Free Will Brewing up in Perkasie. We both had never been here before but heard really good things about it!! I tried the Cosmic Friend, which was a triple IPA, and the midnight Garden, which was a nitro Porter. Both of these beers were super smooth! The cosmic friend was very strong at 10% and really bitter due to the hops, and the midnight garden wasn't super thick and went down really easily. My friend had the place of raspberries and the blueberry mash (not pictured) but both which were fantastic. The blueberry mash actually ended up being my favorite because it reminded me of a smoothie sour, which is a thicker sour! But both of them didn't taste like alcohol at all, and tasted more like a juice! The vibes here were amazing and I highly recommend coming here, even if it is a little of a drive

Flight of imperial stouts - all delicious!

Free Will is a great spot to enjoy fantastic beers. Unfortunately, we came on a day without a food truck, but they did have a few small snacks to purchase. You can get a flight of four 5 oz pours for $10. We tried their four imperial stouts on draft (ranging from 10-12% ABV!) - I rarely find a brewery with one or two stouts I enjoy, let alone four! The caramel chocolate cookie was my absolute favorite, followed closely by the peanut butter chocolate (but honestly the peppermint chocolate and fun sized beers were great too!) For our full sized pours (the stouts are boozy - and we needed to pace ourselves!), we opted for the Kragle, an excellent West Coast IPA and the Winter Waltz (wheat with orange peel and cinnamon). I was happy with every beer we tried and brought home a four pack of the Kragle. Looking forward to returning!

Free Will ranks among my top 3 favorite breweries - and that says a lot, as I basically spend every weekend trying new beers in new spots. The brews are unique, balanced, and flavorful. There is always an incredible selection of beers on draft, as well as great options in cans and bottles to-go. They don't have a kitchen, but I have been blessed with the presence of the incredible food truck G'Day Gourmet during both visits. I love the sours and IPAs, often mixed with obscure fruits or flowers (think paw-paw and chamomile). Free Will has many high ABV beers - drink responsibly! They offer plentiful parking in the back, with lots of space indoors to socially distance and enjoy your beers. They have wine, cider, and sodas for those not fond of hops, and they occasionally have live music, if you're into that sort of thing. It's never been too busy during our visits, and the bartenders are always masked up.

This was on par with Troeg's. They have something for everyone and every beer we tried was awesome. Hubs is a hop head (that's a nice bit of alliteration, right there ) and enjoyed a tasty flight of IPAs. He followed that up with a delicious coffee infused stout and a very uniquely flavored beer that tasted like a cookie- I can never taste notes in beer, but make it taste like a cookie and boy, am I spot on. I really only like sours and was excited to have a flight of all sours. The cuvée was amazing- 2 years spent in an oaked Chardonnay barrel. Food is courtesy of Tre food truck. Their cheese plate was one of the best I've had; hubs liked his chicken salad sliders. They offered free tours but we passed. Staff were all very friendly. Look forward to going back!

Went here the other night with friends and had a pretty good time. I'm not a huge fan of beer so my review is a little biased. I did like that they did offer wine from a local vineyard which is what I chose to drink while my friends got beer. The pour could have been a little more generous. I do also wish they had ciders. There was lots of seating but it was a little squishy and not the most comfortable - the cafeteria style seating I mean. The floors were also wet all over and my jacket got stained a really weird color after falling on the floor. I do like that they have food trucks and some snacks, but they could expand their snacks a little more or their non- beer options. They did have a water station which was nice. The staff was super friendly and very prompt when clearing glasses. It's a good place to go to if you like beer but I've been to other breweries that were a little bit nicer.

Great place to relax and unwind. Come in for a pour out buy a flight. Sit at the bar or sofas in the back. Want a table? There are tables for you and your group too. Want to walk around with your cup as you peruse the Village, just ask for it to go and they're great at that too. Now for their stars, the beers... Solid beers. Defending on your preference, you can order whatever suits your taste. If you're in a quandary, just ask them and they'll give you solid advice.

It's a cool place! Mango wheat is the best to try. Customer service was pleasant. Lots of choices and varieties. Would definitely come back and try others next time

We stopped here on the way to the Poconos and was impressed! The brewery was easy to find and we came on a Friday and they have Food Trucks every weekend. We came when Hai Street Sushi Burritos was there and it was delicious! It was clean here and plenty of seating. We got flights here, $10 each. You are able to write down the beers you want on a clip board and then you give the paper to someone working. My favorites were the Tencho IPA, Mango Wheat, and the Sour Ale. I tried the Irish Stout but didn't love it. Boyfriend tried all the same beers I did but he also got the Mango habanero beer which was very spicy. (we did ask someone there and they said it wasn't spicy at all, WHAT A LIAR). We'd come back here if we were in the area, it sucks living far away from good PA breweries!

Hard to beat. I have yet to find a beer from these folks I don't like. They are truly masters of craft beer. Awesome place and tasty brews.

Older lady with puffy hair and sometimes wears glasses, slightly taller than the other nice lady. She was the meanest service worker I've ever encounter, hates her job and her customers. As I walked up I was met with an automatic attitude when I asked about one of their beers, and slapped a menu in front of me acting if I have never read before pointing her finger at the menu. As I was talking she immediately cut me off and did not care about what I was asking. She then begins to talk to the customer behind me, an older gentlemen, what he wanted to order as I was talking to her. I don't know if she thought I was too young and didn't know what I was looking at, or she just does not like people under the age of 50 but it was a bizarre experience. She acted as if answering one simple question about her own product would've killed her. True tragedy for a genuinely nice place, not a good look for two rivers when she's the one "greeting" people. I would NOT recommend this location specially due to her bad personality and extreme rudeness. She just needs some training on how to interact with other people.

It was 100 degrees out, so we had no interest in that. While I was parking, my friend attempted to get us a table. The hostess said she had a high top available in the bar. My friend said that was fine. A few minutes later, I came inside and my friend was still waiting to be sat. Multiple customers came in after us and were seated immediately. My friend had to ask the hostess if she was going to seat us! She said yes and then proceeded to seat other people. Unreal. Then another guy came out and asked us if we were being helped and we told him what happened. Then the hostess showed back up, he said something to her, and then she finally took us to the table. Listen, I was a server for many years. I get the ins and outs of a restaurant. All you have to do is communicate with the customers. If she was waiting for the table to be cleaned off, or if there was some other reason for the delay, then just have the courtesy to tell us and not ignore us. Anyway... Once we were seated, our waitress greeted us relatively quickly. We ordered the blueberry cornbread, the turkey blt and the falafel wrap (we shared all 3). All the food was delivered in a timely manner, and the presentation was nice. Out of everything, the cornbread was the best. My friend loved all of the items, but I did not. Falafel wrap was ordinary. Nothing special at all. The fries were crisp and tasty. And ceasar salad was ok (we got a side salad in place of the fries for one of the meals). The BLT had so much potential, if it weren't for the bacon. Let's just say it didn't taste like bacon. I don't want to be too gross, but it honestly tasted the way that a barn or zoo smells. It had this dirty, nasty flavor to it that totally turned me off and made me lose my appetite. The cornbread was amazing, but everything else was lackluster. I posted some pics, so be sure to take a look. Oh, and before we were finished eating, some guy came and attempted to take our plates from us without asking if we were finished! It was weird. The place itself is cute, but very small and cramped. I felt a little claustrophobic in the bathroom. It was super easy to pay the bill, as they provide a QR code and take Apple Pay. Would I go back? Heck no.
