Got coffee ( takeout ) Cute place but the latte wasn't good. I was excited to see they have organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk and ordered the large vanilla latte. It was fake vanilla taste and not really hot even though they just made it.I took two sips and threw the rest out. read more

Went here for breakfast recently just to switch it up from cooking everyday. I had the bananas foster French toast which was very delicious. I also had the Greek yogurt parfait which was also yummy. It was very busy, but the service was good. I was given the wrong latte, but they gave me another one with no hesitation. I will definitely be back. read more

The food was delicious and the service was top notch! I loved the option for eating inside or outside on the patio.

After reading the reviews, we decided to give this place a try. When we arrived, there was a slight wait because we opted to eat inside. The restaurant is split into three dining areas: an outside area, a main area inside, and a smaller room that looks like a closet. The main room is bright yellow, with tables taking up every inch of the wooden floor. A tall shelf with knickknacks sits against one of the walls while a table is positioned next to it. The room that we ate in also had yellow walls as well. We got seated at a room separate from the main area. Upon sitting down, a server plopped down a plate of French toast and said that it was on the house. My guess is that it was a wrong order and they were looking to give it to someone. But, fine by me. A free entree is a free entree. My daughter was going low in her blood sugar, anyway. So, I was happy that a readymade meal was immediately available and I didn't have to worry about her and could relax and enjoy. Daughter ordered Huevos Con Salsa, which were over easy eggs on potatoes with homemade salsa, avocado, bacon and feta. She liked it a lot and thought it was delicious. Hubs ordered a Create Your Own Omelette & Potatoes. He had the omelette, veggies, Swiss and wheat bread and thought it was the best omelet that he's had in 20-25 years. He was real happy that it was fluffy and custardy when he cut into it and thought it was really nice. He said that he's still thinking about the omelet. LOL. We've been coming here for breakfast for 7 years and it's still as good as the first time. It's rare to be able to say that about a restaurant in my experience. (Mmmm lemon ricotta pancakes.) Went here with a friend on a Sunday morning. I would recommend outdoor seating if the weather is nice. The inside is small and kinda loud due to the music and people's voices trying to talk over the music lol BUT BABY LET ME TELL YOU!!!! The food was EVERYTHING! The menu was simple, which I like. We ended up going with the raspberry lemon pancakes and waffles, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. Girl.... Their food tastes like something your mama would make. It has a home cooked feel to it. We popped into Moorestown hoping to try another place, but the line there was long and we (I) was really hungry. We stumbled upon this place and were seated immediately, though it was close to the front door and not very comfortable for my fellow diner, who was freezing. I'm sure had we asked to be moved once a table opened up, they would have accommodated us. Our bad. First off, the coffee was served in a huge, steaming enamel cup. Woke up and decided I wanted breakfast......looked here for local mom-pop type not chain. This spot undoubtedly is a small diamond in the rough of great breakfast spots. Decided to have the Strawberries and Bananas crème French Toast 1/2 order along with two eggs over medium potatoes and turkey sausage. For the drink I had a latte with almond milk sweetened with simple sugar. The food was super delicious, came out pretty quick and the servers/waitresses were super attentive. They All checked on you. My niece is a local and has raved about this small eatery. She is fussy and really knows good food. On a warm weekday, we grabbed a table on the front patio and ordered a mix of lunch and breakfast items. My wife had scrambled eggs with home fries and deemed her meal yummy. My grand niece had French toast with whipped cream and syrup. She cleaned her plate - take that as a teen's rave. My niece had a chicken sandwich - a regular order when she dines here and said, as usual, it was excellent. I had a spicy chicken sandwich (Chipotle Chicken) and every bite was a taste sensation - really. I wish I could be there now! Eateries like this are a rare find and deserve to be celebrated. While staying in New Jersey overnight, my partner and I noticed that This restaurant had 5 stars, so we wanted to see what the hype was about. So glad we went. I did a review about the Cubby Hoke but why not do it again? This is a place where you can sit outside with tables & chairs & umbrellas to keep the sun from beating down on you if your wish! The food is so good & always at the proper temperature when served. I really like it there & took my grandsons for breakfast on a nice day! They loved it there too. I only wish they had more tables inside as it holds very few & that's where the lines get long.... Inside. If they get more seating that would be great!
