Stopped by on a week day for a coffee and a cookie. This was my first time here and the employee who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I decided on the mocha salted caramel latte and a peanut butter cookie. The latte was perfect - not too sweet, but definitely had good mocha flavor. The peanut butter cookie was on the dry and crumbly side, but not in a bad way. It was delicious. I loved the porch seating. I'll definitely come back to enjoy it in the fall.

Everything is fresh here. The people who work there are so nice. I did give four stars just because it is kind of slow getting orders done but that's not a big deal. Just know that if you're in a rush, this might not be the place to go unless you order ahead.

The cutest & best brunch spot in the area!!! you order at a window & they call your name when the order is ready. There is only outdoor seating, but there's plenty of it. I absolutely loved my bagel with sausage, egg & cheese. It was flavored so well and the sausage had a mild sweetness to it which was perfect. My friend got bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant which they enjoyed very much as well! For drinks I got a creme brûlée latte which was too sweet in my opinion but the flavor was good and refreshing. My friend had the tropical smoothie which was food but under sweetened, I don't think it had any added sugar which was good. There were 3 people playing live music which made it a cooler experience. The only thing I disliked was that getting to the bathroom felt like I was walking through someone's messy house & the bathroom was also not very clean. if you skip the bathroom, I'm sure you'll enjoy the food, service & ambiance

Nice and classy little breakfast and lunch spot on Gibbsboro Rd. directly next to Napoleon's Cremepuffery and near the Baptist megachurch (Driftaway Cafe is closed on Sundays, otherwise they would draw a mega-sized breakfast and lunch crowd and have to hire more staff on those days!) I ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Croissant with extra sausage. Absolutely positively delicious!! Big sized fresh croissant with nicely seasoned sausage and well prepared egg inside (go with the Mexican blend cheese instead of the American cheese!). Kudos for them offering Cafe Au Lait as a coffee drink option on their menu (as most East Coast establishments wouldn't even bother). However, for those of you who have had the real deal at Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans, this version doesn't even come close. The coffee was fresh and it was a strong blend, but it wasn't half coffee, half cream. I had to add Coffeemate creamer to it when I got home. Just an FYI, y'all. The breakfast sandwiches are great, so I'll be back for them and to try their lunch offerings!

Ambiance: (4/5) They have enclosed porch seating which creates a cool vibe. I feel like it would get a bit cold in the winter, so I wish there was indoor seating. I don't think this is meant to be a cafe you are meant to work at. Price: (4/5) Prices are fair for the area. Food: (4/5) I really liked my maple cinnamon oat milk latte. It was not very sweet. I thought the oat milk was a bit too watery, but I did still like my drink. The cinnamon roll latte was pretty sweet, but if you are looking for a very sugary coffee drink I dont think this is your place. I am interested to try their matcha. Service: (5/5) Loved the quick service and nice staff.

So so delicious. Had to wait over 1/2 hour for my breakfast wrap but was definitely worth it. Such a cute place.

I asked to speak with a manager regarding an issue, and not a single employee could tell me the name of the manager, the district manager, or even the owner of the store. That alone says a lot about how this place is run. Instead of handling the situation professionally or finding someone who could help, the employee I was dealing with became argumentative and dismissive. When a customer raises a concern, the proper response should be to listen and address it politely--not argue. The lack of basic management presence, accountability, and customer service is shocking. If the staff doesn't even know who their manager is, that tells you everything you need to know about the organization of this location. I've been to many Tim Hortons locations and never encountered anything like this. Until management steps in and trains their staff on basic professionalism and customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. There was literally three customers, including myself in the store yet there was four employees visiting themselves, and not one single person could be professional, courteous, kind, or helpful not one of the four that I asked knew the manager's name this place is absolute trash and I would absolutely avoid this place at all cost

Let me start by saying I've been a patron of this establishment for years. The taste of the food is…read moreusually consistent with a couple of hiccups here and there. With that being said, two weeks ago I placed an order for 3 dozen creampuffs and scheduled a pick-up for 1:30p on Saturday (4/4). I arrived at 12:50p as I was in the area after traveling from Philly. Upon my arrival there was a line out the door and wrapped around the porch in 80 degree weather. Initially I bypassed the line thinking they must of been walk-in orders given that in the previous times I've placed orders they were always prepared with a slip stuck in the box(es) and you're in/out under 10-15mins. When I learned that everyone in line were customers that had placed orders, and were waiting to pick up, I took my place in line. During my 2.5+ hour wait myself (along with other customers) learned the following: 1. Napoleon's kept taking orders up until close the previous day (Fri. 4/3). That was shocking given that they usually stop taking orders days ahead of time. 2. They were giving some customers 50% off who were waiting since 11:30a but then giving other customers 10% off, and some were charged full price. At one point, a worker stood at the register and literally said "I'm just spit balling numbers here." 3. The staff at Napoleon's justified the hours long wait time because two staff members "called out." Here's my issue hence the low rating: While I am sympathetic to being short staffed, as a previous restaurant co-owner, being short staffed was not the problem today. The problem was disorganization and poor management. In my 2.5+ hour long wait I saw a staff member run in & out of the building several times taking people's names and original pick up time over and over again. How many times do you need to capture the same information? It was a waste of time. Secondly, nothing was prepped. Napoleon's took orders up until Friday yet they were in the process of baking cream puff shells, and making the filling the whole time I waited. None of it was prepped the night before or even the morning of. Thirdly, what they decided to charge the folks I waited with had no rhyme or reason. They gave one guy 50% off, another 10%, and then charged another full price. Either do it for all who waited, or don't do it at all. It's a slap in the face to people who spent valuable time in 80 degree weather to try and support your disorganized establishment. At 4:00p when my order was finally ALMOST ready, and I was told to pay full price, I raised this observation to the staff. I informed them my time, along with others, is valuable and the discount should be across the board. I was told "Ok, you can leave." I did exactly that. While the cream puffs are decent, they do not justify how the operation was mishandled and then the shitty customer service on top of it. It's simply the principle of it. I will never go back, and I encourage future patrons to not give it your time of day. You're simply a $ to the money hungry owner, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. You've been warned.

The teas themselves are consistently excellent: well-balanced, and made with quality tea bases. What really makes this location unique, though, is that they also offer onigiri, which is a welcome surprise in a bubble tea shop. The Spam onigiri is my favorite and a standout--savory, satisfying, and very well done. Some of their other onigiri variations didn't quite hit for me, as they move away from a traditional Japanese flavor profile and include ingredients like seaweed salad, which I personally find a bit odd in this context. That said, I can easily see how those combinations would appeal to others who enjoy more fusion-style flavors. In addition to drinks and onigiri, they also carry a small selection of Japanese snacks, macarons, and occasional baked goods, which adds to the charm and makes it more than just a quick tea stop. As a bonus, it's conveniently located near where I get my pedicure--making it the perfect place to grab a drink beforehand. Great tea, a unique food offering, and solid convenience make this Kung Fu Tea location an easy recommendation.
