Absolutely awful experience at this Tim Hortons. The service here is completely unprofessional and the staff behavior was beyond rude. I asked to speak with a manager regarding an issue, and not a single employee could tell me the name of the manager, the district manager, or even the owner of the store. That alone says a lot about how this place is run. Instead of handling the situation professionally or finding someone who could help, the employee I was dealing with became argumentative and dismissive. When a customer raises a concern, the proper response should be to listen and address it politely--not argue. The lack of basic management presence, accountability, and customer service is shocking. If the staff doesn't even know who their manager is, that tells you everything you need to know about the organization of this location. I've been to many Tim Hortons locations and never encountered anything like this. Until management steps in and trains their staff on basic professionalism and customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. I dropped by because I was in desperate need of coffee--and I'm glad I did. This was my second time trying Tim Hortons, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The iced coffee had a nice balance of sweetness and just the right touch of bitterness. My favorite, though, was the Canadian maple donut. I believe Tim Hortons opens around 5am and I arrived at 7:30am on this rainy Sunday morning. The drive through was empty. I took awhile to order ( not familiar with the menu). NASTY PEOPLE, NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and also told them to make sure no meat . They still put meat between bread. When I brought to staff attention, first thing first supervisor did to throw it ( maybe to get rid of evidence) then walk away and went back of the store and start cutting corners. My first visit to Tim Horton's here was stellar! I have always missed Tim Hortons since my various visits to Canada. Not to offend Team Dunkin, but the doughnuts and coffee at Tim Hortons surpasses Dunkin. My all the fave are Tim Bits, and Apple Fritters. I was so happy to be reunited! The service was really friendly, efficient, and pleasant. The employee said it has been a year since they opened, and you can tell it's still relatively new because the place was spacious and clean. I understand that sometimes things don't live up to expectations, but this is my 7th or 8th visit with the same problem and I think its time to speak up about this. I drive past this location often, to and from work, so it is a convenient quick stop for me. Having said that every time I order bagels, there is a high chance it will turn out to be hard as a rock probably because its anything but fresh. I noticed that one bagel might turn out ok but the possibility of both being edible is very slim. Once again on my visit today of the two different types of bagels I ordered, one of them turned out to be stale and hard as a rock. How does a place operate like this? The only reason I go back and expect things to be different is because I want to give them the benefit of doubt and because I believe in the brand itself. This visit to the Stratford location off White Horse Pike was my first time A) at a Time Hortons drive-thru and B) trying anything on the café menu side. I am now a fan of their café. I was interested in trying a Tim Horton's after hearing rave reviews from fellow online gamers from Canada (where this chain originates from). I ordered a dozen donuts, a ham & cheese, chicken panini and 2 Blackberry Mint Refreshers. Today December.16,2023 me and babe (George) decided to try Tim Hortons near his house. We go by the one a couple mins by his house, good thing it isn't crowded when we get there. Anywho, we take a few pics and we're excited to try it. We ordered 2 Medium Caramel Iced Coffees. The service was excellent and fast paced. It has a variety of Ice Coffees, Hot Coffees, Breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bagels, and so much more and the price isn't too bad also, it's the same just like Dunkin Donuts. Anyways, we try the coffees and we're so disappointed because the coffee is so strong, it doesn't even taste like it has any caramel in it and the coffee was okay in our opinion. As someone who has no Tim Hortons anywhere near her.. this place is amazing. I took a road trip and made sure to fit this place into the ride because it was so necessary. I ordered a bunch of stuff: donuts, timbits, Bieber brew (lol), Ice Capp and it was all so good. I even came back on the way home. The only thing was that we really had to use the restroom and it says they were off limits even though we saw employees using it (of course that is fine but I feel like it should be open to paying customers also). The drive thru experience is good, no problems. But it feels like whenever I go inside, peoples pick up orders arent ready or even started. I've seen people get frustrated over this or employees being rude to them/me. I think a better system is needed, more training? I don't know. I just know there shouldn't be that many upset customers each time I go in.
