I'm often overwhelmed when it comes to ordering bubble tea because there are so many different options to choose from, but the owner was so patient and was happy to explain the differences and even give me samples to try so I knew what certain items looked and tasted like. We were there a little too early for the black boba to be ready, but when the owner recommended and let me try the white boba, it helped me make an informed and confident decision in my large order of 5 drinks. The owner said goodbye to us and was thoughtful to say, "Happy birthday to your mom!" since I mentioned I was bringing the drinks to my parents as part of a delayed birthday celebration. However, the lady was being incorporated and did not seem to care about checking if she has extra tapioca toppings in the fridge. I was completely upset that I had to pay an overpriced price for these drinks due to not having enough tapioca. Furthermore, I would like to get my refund back because she did not listen to me and did not put enough ice in my drinks.
