By far one of the coolest bubble tea experiences - from the moment we walked into the store, we were welcomed by the owners who i think could tell it was our first time and they welcomed us with smiles and explained the process of picking tubes based on the flavors and sweetness we wanted. We just took ours to go but there was plenty of spacing all with outlets to sit.

Cute and interesting place. You pick everything you want to go inside of your drink. Even the snacks were good. We had mozzarella sticks, dumplings, chicken, and fries. No Complaints on those. The service was quick and efficient. I don't know how the lady at the register does it but she takes the orders, mix the drinks, and refill the flavor bar without any hesitation. Definitely will be going back!

Bubblelicious Lab is definitely one-of-a-kind tea shop in the tri-state area. Let's start with the appearance, it's walls is filled with cute arts, makes it so freaking colorful and kawaii. Because of the pandemic, there are no dine in at the moment, but I can picture dinning inside surrounding by those cute arts lol. This is my first time, so I was completely lost looking at the tubes station. But the owner came behind the counter and taught me how things worked. So if you want smoothie or fruit tea, those jelly looking tubes are the one you will be choose from. If I remember correctly, you pick one tube of flavor for smoothie and 2 tubes of flavor for fruit teas. And you can even mix and match flavors for fruit tea, isn't that awesome? The next tube station is the bubble teas, you can actually tell because it is powder. You also can mix and match those as well. Lastly, there is a topping station. Which have a variety of tapioca, jelly, aloe, and popping bubbles. Now let's get to what me and my family got. My daughter got Green Apple Fruit tea, which she picks up 2 tubes of green apple flavor with green apple popping bubbles, she is a simple person. On the other hand, I'm more difficult. I mix and match Apple flavor tube, Pineapple flavor tub, and apple popping boba for my fruit tea. And then I mix and match coconut powder tube and pineapple powder tube to make pina-colada bubble tea. To my surprise, our drinks were good and tasty. Now I wish I lived closer lol!

Peach/mango and honeydew with boba

This review is more of a 3.5 than just a 3 star. I love mom and pop shops. Owners are super friendly and welcoming. The concept is unique. You get to pick how much flavor and boba/toppings you would like in your drink. My husband got honeydew Boba tea and I mixed peach and mango with boba. We both picked the normal sugar level both drinks (65% I think). Both drinks were good but not the best we had. The honeydew needed 3 tubes of flavor not 2. My peach/ mango was good. Prices are reasonable for a large size drink. They also sell picking foods. Wings, dumplings, fries etc. I will definitely come back if in the area.

So many choices!

Such a fun place with tons of great choices. We've been quite a few times and have always had a good experience. Good for anyone who loves bubble tea, as well as for the uninitiated. And the small menu of snacks is great too. Our favorite is the mandu (fried dumplings) which are always hot and tasty at a very good price! And I appreciate how helpful and friendly the staff is. Yesterday I brought a five-year-old that I was watching, and she had never had bubble tea before. They were so helpful and friendly, which put her at ease right away.

The set up inside is so fun and the team is very helpful if you have questions! Everyone is so nice. The fruit teas are the best!

Cute idea to make your bubble tea exactly to your liking! Interior design is playful and aesthetically pleasing. Service is very friendly - patiently explaining the process to first time customers! Taste was fine and the ability to choose was fun. However, they do not ask for ice level. Noticed that the actual content was only half of the container, but the addition of an abundant amount of ice made the other half. You cannot choose the size of bubble tea either, but the standard size they have is generous. Price is between $3.75 - $4.25, which is decent for the size!

Almond Latte Milk Tea

Fun! Yes it's a little gimmicky but heck, the experience is kinda cool. There are test tubes, syringes, and petri dishes with flavored powders, sugar syrup, various additions like gummies and bubbles. The powder options available include some of the more common bubble tea flavors and there are even some caffeinated options as well. My Almond Latte really had a latte flavor albeit not with fresh milk but milk powder. It was a good size and came out quickly after handing my science experiment over to the staff. I can't say I've had a better Almond Latte Bubble Tea anywhere else. The instructions are fool proof and in case you have questions, the staff are definitely there to help.

I'm a big fan of bubble tea and was excited to see another option open in Cherry Hill. Bubblicious's difference is it's set up like a chemistry project-you pick the flavors by test tubes allowing you to mix and match different flavors, select sugar levels, and select different flavored bubbles. The flavors are all fairly standard-matcha, Thai tea, coconut. I've had matcha bubble tea and coconut and matcha bubble tea quite a few times now. I am probably most excited about selecting the sugar level as I think most bubble teas are disgustingly sweet. Besides bubble tea, they also have smoothies and "fruit" drinks. FYI-they do have a loyalty program so be sure to ask for a loyalty card.

Mediocre bubble tea but a unique experience
Leta Z.

Let me preface by saying that the bubble tea itself is very mediocre but it's more about the experience because it is a make your own bubble tea place that is lab themed so your flavors are in powder form in test tubes or liquid form in syringes and your toppings are in petri dishes. You put what you want on a metal tray, hand it to the cashier, and they mix everything for you. To my knowledge, Labothery, in Toronto, is one of the only other places that sells their bubble tea with this concept.  Would I go back? : Of my own choosing? Probably not. But I would recommend everyone to try it at least once. It's definitely a unique experience.

How to order Menu

Checked out this location based on a friend's recommendation. It's nice to see there are some boba tea spots opening in South Jersey. Bubblelicious Lab concept allows you to choose flavors that are in syringes or test tubes and create your personal drink whether it is a fruit tea, smoothie, slushies, or milk tea. (With the latter, you have a choice of your sugars level) Then finally, petri dishes for a choice of add on's such as tapioca pearls or jellies to name some. I ordered a Strawberry Slush with tapioca... later wishing I had chosen the jellies instead. They also have small, hot snacks available for a reasonable price. Our party ordered fried dumplings and chicken tenders. The decor has colorful murals on the walls, worthy of an IG photo op. The seating is bar-stool height (careful if you bring kids who are young or under 4' in height). There are some games available for patrons to play such as Jenga, Sorry, and several decks of cards. (Wish there was Uno! ) The gentleman who were there were very friendly and helpful. This is a nice spot to come and grab some bubble tea, relax with some friends over a game.

We recently visited Bubblelicious Lab as it just opened. I was glad to see a Bubble Tea place in this area of Cherry Hill. Bubblelicious Lab is certainly unique and unlike any Bubble Tea shop I have been to before. The concept is pretty cool. One gets a tray and selects syringes or test tubes to be mixed by the staff. They have jellies that can be added also. There are teas, milk teas, Yogurt drinks, Fruit Smoothies, Coffee Slushes, levels of sugar, etc. and it was a little daunting at first. There is a menu and the staff was also helpful in resolving my confusion. We selected a fruit tea and chose passion fruit and green apple syringes or test tubes. I can't remember which as science confuses me, but it was pretty darn good. We added a jelly for .50 cents more. There are seats and some tables and games as in other Bubble Tea shops. Bubblelicious Lab should be a cool place for the younger crowd to hang out. I would and will go back to sharpen up my lab skills. There is also a hot option which will be a good choice in the cold weather. 4 Yelp stars

It was a great experience, and the drinks were excellent - the whole family enjoyed them. The space was clean and spacious with games like Jenga at the bar on the wall - a great place for kids, teens, and young adults to hang out. Reminded me of the bubble tea place my friends and I would hang out at in Philly when we were in college. The woman who took our order (perhaps the owner) was so friendly and helpful. I'm often overwhelmed when it comes to ordering bubble tea because there are so many different options to choose from, but the owner was so patient and was happy to explain the differences and even give me samples to try so I knew what certain items looked and tasted like. We were there a little too early for the black boba to be ready, but when the owner recommended and let me try the white boba, it helped me make an informed and confident decision in my large order of 5 drinks. The owner said goodbye to us and was thoughtful to say, "Happy birthday to your mom!" since I mentioned I was bringing the drinks to my parents as part of a delayed birthday celebration. I would definitely go back, not just because of the great drinks, but because the folks who work there are just so nice and made me feel like they really appreciated me as a person and not just a customer.

The teas themselves are consistently excellent: well-balanced, and made with quality tea bases. What really makes this location unique, though, is that they also offer onigiri, which is a welcome surprise in a bubble tea shop. The Spam onigiri is my favorite and a standout--savory, satisfying, and very well done. Some of their other onigiri variations didn't quite hit for me, as they move away from a traditional Japanese flavor profile and include ingredients like seaweed salad, which I personally find a bit odd in this context. That said, I can easily see how those combinations would appeal to others who enjoy more fusion-style flavors. In addition to drinks and onigiri, they also carry a small selection of Japanese snacks, macarons, and occasional baked goods, which adds to the charm and makes it more than just a quick tea stop. As a bonus, it's conveniently located near where I get my pedicure--making it the perfect place to grab a drink beforehand.
