I've been coming here sporadically for the last two years(at least once or twice a month). They have NEVER made my coffee order correctly ever. It's a vanilla cream cold foam and all caramel any flavor I've added is caramel. Not once or twice have they messed up it's every time I go there. I've been given straight black coffee no creamer or an even a dash a sugar just straight black coffee. I've been handed black coffee with cold foam, just regular coffee with creamer, and my personal fav was when they gave me black coffee with a lined cup of caramel no creamer no sugar no cold foam. Like my order never changes so idk how it's that hard to fuck up this much. I don't try to be a problem and rarely do I ever go back to correct my order (not that typa person to demand refund or anything) but when I do they just huff and puff about it and try to "fix" but they don't do anything to truly fix my order and it's still not what I ordered read more

I have had the worst experiences in drink quality here for months, but didn't want to put a review because I felt bad for them. But today they decided to: 1) leave mobile order on in the app 2) lock down their store and not allow anyone inside to collect the drinks they ordered on mobile I caught their attention inside and pointed to my drink. They pointed to the drive through that was wrapped around the shopping complex. People place mobile orders to avoid waits. So I wasted money and time. Good ol' Starbucks! I have been visiting this location a lot lately because i have been studying a lot and needed some quiet time and the aroma of coffee circulating through my nostrils. I never seem to run into an issue with anything here. They have WiFi and tons of seating. All the outlets work properly and are equally spaced amongst the tables. I'm giving Starbucks 3 stars because every Starbucks I have visited does not recycle or display any type of blue can or triangle saying we recycle. A multi billion dollar company such as Starbucks should consider recycling and it is crucial for the environment. read more

I frequent this Starbucks location often for my favorite chai beverage. Located in the midst of a shopping plaza, this location can get busy any time of day. Often, I find myself waiting in long drive-thru lines to place my order. Unfortunately, this location is very hit or miss depending on who makes your beverage. I haven't gone enough to be a known customer, so every time i pull up I pray that they make my drink correctly. Tonight, I am happy to report that my drink was made correctly and there was only one person in the drive through line. I just wish for a little more consistency with this location. I've brought my drink back multiple times for significant order mess-ups and I'm typically not one to make a big stink about a slight mistake. But, messing up my chai often is a little unacceptable. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. It's a disappointment coming here before work to have your order constantly messed up. On their iced beverages, they will fill up your cup with 75% of ice esp. if you get a venti. I usually get a venti cold brew coffee but with this location I always have to ask for no ice. They can't even make a simple iced Carmel macchiato right. I ask for 5 shots of espresso & my drink was a light Carmel color. I ask for almond milk and they put more milk than it should be & There was no Carmel! Im mad because I used my Starbucks reward on this drink. This is my go to Starbucks, mainly because of the baristas. I can only speak for the morning staff, not the night staff but the one girl(i believe her name is kate) always makes my drink perfect and is consistently upbeat. Their mobile orders are always ready when you get there (I live about five minutes away and typically order when I'm backing out of my driveway) and they can manage a line pretty quickly. Most of the staff knows me by name(not sure if that's a proud moment or a I spend too much money here moment...) but it's a super nice touch. They have adequate amount of items for sale (tumblers, etc) and are always stocked. The only reason they get four instead of five stars is because this location has stopped carrying the passion tea which is my favorite. read more

THEY SUCK! Had to go back twice because they didn't even put whipped cream on my coffee, THAN I take a sip as I'm leaving the drive thorough and it tasted like straight sink water. Mind you they they have no refreshers available only the strawberry one. So I get home and than to top it off, I have someone else bring the new funnel cake frapp from there on the same day probably like an hour later and they didn't even give me a frapp! No coffee in it, they just gave me a cream base which was basically just a strawberry purée and no funnel cake bites. It was nasty. Find employees who know how to make coffees the right way. This location is horrible! Wait time inside and in drive through is outrageous. Some of the people there are on top of their game but many of the employees are incompetent. I literally waited 10 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of me and she only was handed one drink. It's a Starbucks, so there's a certain expectation when you go to one. This one failed my expectations. First, it was 9am, we ordered Ham & Cheese Croissants and they were out of them. Second, I got an egg sandwich, it wasn't very good and they don't have ketchup. No Ketchup?! You serve eggs, this is America, you should have ketchup. When I asked, the lady told me they don't have ketchup and never have, I've been to many Starbucks and have had it, so why this location doesn't is beyond me. For $16 for 2 small drinks, a coffee cake and an egg sandwich, I expect you to have the items you display in the case and I expect you to have condiments. I love the drive through at this Starbucks. I realize that sentence makes me sound like the laziest person alive, but I'm typically on my way to a friend's house whenever I swing by this location and the drive through is just too convenient to pass up. Everyone who works there is super friendly from my experiences and the line moves quickly. They even plug your drinks with those little green plastic things so there's no spillage. I just wish there was a more convenient way to get out of the parking lot, instead of having to drive back through the strip mall lot. read more

This wrap (which the location closer to my job is often out of by the time I get there) the drive through (which aforementioned location is also lacking), and the friendly workers make this Starbucks my first choice for breakfast on my way to work or a caffeinated pick-me-up when I'm tooling around town on the weekends. read more

My wife and I love our Starbucks. This location in Delran is our closest store so we visit when we can. At home we buy and mix the Starbucks coffee and it's just right. When we come in we usually get something special like Frappuccino or a Teavana Tea in the summer. I like a bold coffee and Starbucks does not disappoint. Being a Starbucks member and having their app also gets you rewards from free food or beverages to free music and apps for my iPhone which I have found to be nice. read more

What a joke of a Starbucks! This store obviously needs a new GM. First of all, they are out of wooden stirrers. How can a coffee shop run out of coffee stirrers?? I order a decaf coffee and the cashier tells me that they do not have that. I later find out from the mgr that they can make a decaf coffee anytime but doesn't seem concerned at all they one of her employees told me they "didn't have decaf". They forget to make my turkey bacon breakfast sandwich... they have no record of it. And then it comes out cold. However, just recently I stopped in because I had a coupon for a free drink and didn't have my wallet. I showed her my coupon and of course I needed my rewards card to scan. This Starbucks has TANKED over the last few years, bust specifically over the last few months. To start, they keep a huge line wrapped around the building because in order to keep their drive thru times low, they have people wait at the order screen for as long as possible and only ever have one car at the actual window. Then, when you actually get your drink its wrong almost every single time. Wrong size, wrong milk, wrong drink entirely. Sometimes the cup will have the correct order on it, and then the actual drink is wrong or sometimes both are wrong. It's frustrating to pay $4 for a drink that's wrong all the time, with slow service all-around. I mobile-ordered a drink 20 minutes in advance one day and when I got there it was still not done. I waited another 10 minutes before I had to leave it and go to work. Don't even bother going in to order because you'll wait over 15 minutes for a drink, probably wrong no matter what time of day it is. The manager Shantel is terrible and another shift manager in the morning doesn't seem to support her staff at all. It is genuinely become the worst starbucks I've ever been to, and I used to LOVE this location! The workers are great and usually so friendly and I can tell they really try their best but have no support. It's their management that has run this business into the ground. read more
