This place is incredible spot for a date or a quick bite to relax and unwind. The employees are very kind and the food is delicious. The breakfast English muffin sandwiches are straightforward but full of flavor and there's a lot of different types of coffee and other drinks. The outside seating is where it's at, especially on a warm day. Went here with my wife before a hike in Rancocas Woods and it was amazing.

The ambiance and coziness of the cafe are by far the standout of the coffee shop. There's an idyllic water wheel outside, the staff are friendly, and in warm weather, there likely is no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a tasty pastry. It's nice to get some work done here or meet up with a friend but their website is accurate in regard to only offering a light lunch. If you want more food options, you might be better going elsewhere, but there are plenty of delicious sweet treats available if that is your preference!

Cute idea. The dining room is a bit crowded with seating, but that just bred friendly familiarity with strangers. I ordered a coffee and some kind of simple Polish concoction that was like a sandwich.... but not. For $6, what I got was nothing like I expected - more like a tiny appetizer, but OK. I was also a little disappointed that they don't leave out any milk or creamer for customers to add. You have to ask for the staff to add it - a little embarrassing for this gal, who tends to just a little bit of coffee to her creamer. Yes, I like my coffee to look and taste like Haagen Daz ice cream. Everything else looked delicious - cookies, pastries, slices of cake, etc. There is one lady who works there who was extremely loud, which earned a lot of eye rolling and side eyes from customers, but I think she meant well and just didn't realize how loud her voice is.

Beautiful space, friendly staff, and a variety of delicious food to choose from! I was so happy that one of my friends invited me to test out for green cats. I'll definitely return one in the area to try some new treats.

I've had this cafe on my list to visit for over a year now and when I finally got there, it lived up to all of the hype. Situated out front of the building is a quaint water wheel that really sets a relaxing tone. This vibe continues as you step into the most cozy and welcoming little breakfast restaurant. They have a variety of seating in mismatch chairs and tables of all colors and fabrics. There's a Christmas tree that changes with the seasons, a small fireplace, and some restrooms for patrons. The staff were friendly, but we did have to patiently wait in a somewhat long line that morning. Our food (Czech eggs and dumplings and a danish) came out about 10 mins after ordering, but our hot chai teas were almost immediate. The quality of the food was high, but I think the prices were fair. I can't wait to come back to try some of the donuts.

Bohemian donut & single drop coffee.

Cool cafe in a cute antique town. The pastries and drinks were made well and served by friendly staff members. Its a great little spot to relax and get a bite to eat.

Awesome atmosphere. Very friendly staff. All food is fresh and authentic. The cafe is connected to a larger barn that hosts an antique shop. Great place to visit on a slow weekend. Everything was delicious.

The ambiance, the service, the food, the vibes. All 10/10. I got a delicious chocolate covered strawberry latte, some donuts and German bread pudding to go. The donuts are not over sweet at all, if anything they are more like a bread? I guess that's what bohemian means? I have no idea! But I loved it! 10/10 will be back again.

Food was delicious! Fresh baked donuts and this goulash pastry was so different and delicious! Small menu but everything on there is quality and fresh. The vibes are so cute in there, too. Will definitely be back

The ambiance of this cute traven like cafe is magical. They have decorated the place with whimsical cottage ornaments and charming pieces. I especially love the seating arrangements and physical building. The service was fine, they have young workers who seem knowledgeable about coffee. I ordered their tiramisu donut and strawberry donut as well as Dubai chocolate hit latte. The food did not stick out to me, the donuts were good yet nothing exciting. The latte disappointed me, I was excited to taste their take on Dubai chocolate but was underwhelmed by the lack of syrup and flavor in the coffee. It tasted purely of coffee and milk. While I did go back to get vanilla latte, I faced the same disappointed. I did ask the kind worker to add more syrup and she kindly did. Overall the place is cute if you wanna study ( they have great wifi) not so sure about the quality of coffee orders.

Adorable spot tucked away in the trees. The ambiance was welcoming and antique and our food and coffee was super tasty! Very relaxing spot with a cute outdoor space.

Stepped into this whimsical little café and instantly felt like I'd stumbled into a storybook! Everything--from the fresh, natural homemade food to the dreamy desserts--was made with love. The coffee? Absolutely amazing , and the sweet customer service tied it all together with a bow. A cozy delight I can't wait to revisit!

Almost gave it three stars because of being rushed to finish our appetizers but more on that later…read more The outside of the restaurant isn't all that special looking, in fact one in our party walked right past while looking for it! Once inside, the feeling was a lot better. Not much in the way of art work on the walls, but still had a nice warm feeling. There were 3 of us and we did a lot of sharing. The Scallops in Shredded Filo was good but the Crab & Artichoke, with garlic aioli, parsley and capers was definitely "the winner". The Seafood Ceviche with scallops, halibut and shrimp was also delicious. While 2 of us were still enjoying our appetizers, our entrees were brought to the table and our plates moved to make room for them. I made the comment to no one in particular that I would try to eat faster as the seafood ceviche was pushed off to the side of the table. We had a 7 pm reservation and for the most part the restaurant was full by that time but we were not intentionally eating slowly. I could see if we might be taking up too much time eating and they had to move the tables but that was not the case as the restaurant was only half full by the time we left. For an establishment that is charging the prices that it is, Avg $18 for appetizers, high $30s for entrees, no one wants to feel rushed. The Halibut Almondine with Beurre Blank was good but not as good as we had hoped, with it being on the dry-side. The Dorado with Baby Vegetables was delicious as well as beautifully presented with "potato fish scales". A shared warm Pecan Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream completed our meal. Their menu is extensive making it an easy decision to return but I will mention that we would like a more leisurely experience this time around.

The Choice is one of those restaurants that appears to be hiding in plain sight. When we first…read moreconsidered dining here, noting that it had received very positive reviews from a variety of sources, we were surprised to find that no one of our acquaintance had even heard of the place, let alone darkened the door. And yet... when our party of three arrived for a recent Wednesday evening reservation, we found the 50-seat dining room full and joyously overflowing. ... And, given the fact that the menu is awash with a host of French and Asian fusion innuendos, you would probably never suspect that the restaurant is owned by two Ukrainian families. But, since the well-traveled co-proprietor Volodymyr "Vlad" Hyvel served as sous-chef in London's Nobu and also put in time at Le Cirque, Alain Ducasse and Jean-Georges, his diverse culinary inclinations make impeccably perfect sense. Matters piscatorial - both preludes and main courses - play a major role in Mr. Hyvel's repertoire. His starters, for instance, range from cold items such as Yellowtail Sashimi, Tuna Tartare, and Lobster Ceviche to a comforting tomato-y Fish Soup awash with shrimp & scallops. Among his starters, however, the chef's magnum opus proved to be his extraordinary Scallops in Shredded Filo (pictured). The rich & meaty deep-fried bivalves arrived at table accompanied by a zippy wasabi cream sauce... and were simply irresistible. Entrées are pretty evenly divided between "Meat" and "Fish and Seafood." In addition to Filet Mignon, Short Ribs, and Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops with a spicy Peruvian sauce, the former category also included Chicken Teriyaki and Duck Canton splashed with a seductive caramel-coffee-orange sauce. Once again, however, for our party at least, seafood took center stage. My dining partners decided upon the Halibut and Branzino, respectively. The former was companioned by mushrooms and finished with a green pepper dressing; the latter was presented with creamy mushrooms, crisp potato balls, and a side of fennel dressing. My Wild Caught Striped Bass (pictured) was a particular treat, as the filet was wrapped in a crispy potato crust, served on a bed of creamy leeks, and splashed with a delicate red wine sauce. If The Choice has a weakness, it is their desserts. As noted above, appetizers & entrées are both delightfully innovative and cosmopolitan in scope. When it comes to sweet endings, however, options are exceedingly limited and creativity is conspicuous by its absence - Chocolate Meltdown with Vanilla Ice Cream... Pecan Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream... Warm Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream... Ice Cream. You get the picture. Given the quality of all that has gone before, you expect more... and it simply isn't forthcoming. Just be prepared... Dinner at The Choice is not a cheap date. Those aforementioned highly-touted Scallops in Shredded Filo, for instance, will set you back $18.00. Lobster Ceviche goes for $28.00; with appetizers topping out at $32.00 for the Pan-Seared Foie Gras. Entrée-wise, that Butter-Poached Lobster will put a sizeable $60.00 dent in your wallet, while all finny fare goes for either $35.00 or $40.00. Meats are $35.00 per, with Chicken Teriyaki occupying the menu's bottom rung at $28.00. Even those rather nondescript downhome desserts will set you back $12.00 per. Given the current state of economic affairs, I am not suggesting that these prices are outrageous by any means. However, given the restaurant's location - the western 'burbs - and the laidback atmosphere and service, they are a bit on the heady side. Not exactly a likely candidate for a last-minute inexpensive casual evening out... Fortunately, the fact that you may BYOB helps to soften the blow somewhat.

You may have to fold your mirrors in to hit cars, I'm not exaggerating. I had envisioned a larger restaurant but this was small with maybe 7 tables. We sat at one with padded wooden benches that was comfortable. We were the only customers when arrived for lunch. The menu is limited and the waitress was as authentic as the food. There were some lunch specials posted but we opted to try three things: mushroom cheese bread, potato pancakes and the blueberry pierogies. The pierogies were definitely handmade and on the larger side as soon as you cut it open, the blueberries rushed out. There was a sweet sugary sauce on the top. That was unexpected. They were served cold and not warm. They were sweet. There were two of us and we each were only able to eat one of the six that came in the order. The mushroom cheese bread was drizzled with ketchup, which was unexpected that cheese was melting and gooey. Our favorite item was definitely the potato pancakes. They were cooked to perfection and the sour cream was the perfect condiment. They do have limited drinks here, including bottled water, cans of Pepsi and diet Pepsi, and some unique bottled drinks like birch water. The biggest drawback for the spot was that I just didn't think it was as clean as I would've liked it to be. It is authentic and as you eat, there is a man in the back that you can see making pierogies by hand. I'm glad that we tried this, but I'm not sure that I would return.
