The service was okay, It's always pretty busy here, but the coffee is so inconsistent. The coffee is never the same when you order the same thing every time. We aren't even able to drink it this time. Waste of $12, never tip these people since they don't care about the customers here. Ill need to try it again because it wasnt great. Maybe i was overexcited about it. Been wanting to come here for months and drove 45minutes one day finally. Theres no menu in the drive through line. There was a smal sogn with a QR code for the new menu, but it was a small lawn sign so barely visible and it was raining that day that my camera couldnt pick up the code. It's unfortunate so i asked if they had a certain flavor and she recommended something. I also asked for oat milk which they said they did however the color of the coffee was SO pale theres no way that was oat milk. It wasnt good. I do want to try it againsonce they have lots of flavors but i will say its not as good as the hype. read more

You have to go around the plaza in order to get in line. Staff come take your order on a tablet and as the line moves, so do you and the staffer. You give him your number and they take you license plate down to know who to deliver the order to. You wait to be directed into the main line where you finally make it to the front and more staffers are there delivering drinks. I must stay the line is long but moves somewhat fast. Ordered the banana blondie extra banana, caramel and cold foam. I also tasted the pink colada smoothie. The blondie tasted just like it's name, like I was eating banana nut bread. The smoothie was really good, can't really mess up a pina colada. Honestly, don't see what the big rave is about this place. Social media really hyped it up. If I weren't picking up orders for the family, I wouldn't have waited in this line. Reminded me of being at an amusement park in those crazy lines. read more

Came here in the morning to grab coffee before heading to the office and it was great! Ordered a medium cold brew with brown cinnamon sugar syrup and cinnamon sprinkles. Got to stop here on my way to work today on their opening day! Have seen their drinks on Tiktok and so it's lucky their first Jersey location is so close. I tried their Iced Blondie which is SO good, sweeter than I typically like my coffee but I had no idea what to get, and the girl taking my order recommended it. It's one of their "signature" drinks. The staff were all so nice and made several recommendations to me. The price was a bit of sticker shock - total was a little over $6 - but not all too different from Starbucks prices at this point. Looking forward to trying other drinks and getting more familiar with customizations to get coffee a little less sweet for me. read more

The service was good. It's like Chick-Fil-a where they wait on you outside from your car. There is a QR code to download the menu to view items. We ordered. German Chocolate Mocha and a regular Mocha medium as well as. Chocolate Chip Muffin Top. The German Chocolate Mocha was very tasty and temperature was just right-hit. The Mocha was ok. The disappointment was their muffin top that was cold. I asked if they would warm it and they said we don't have a microwave. After the GPS wrongly turned us around on 42, we were determined to check out 7 Brew. Glad we were able to find it! The drive thru was packed when we got there but employees moved us along quickly. They were super friendly and kept their good attitude even though it was raining! The drinks my daughter and I had were delicious! Will definitely go back! read more

Came here opening weekend and the line was LONG but moved surprisingly quick. You have to drive behind the strip mall to get into the line correctly. There is usually someone directing traffic and signs everywhere, so you just have to be aware. Like I said, lines moved quick! They have people taking orders throughout the whole line. I came here again a few weeks ago on a weekend, and same deal. Line wasn't as long, but again moved quickly. My advice, even though the lines move quickly, don't come here if you're in a rush and then complain. It's not dunkin/starbucks. This place is BUSY. I got the brunette and my partner got the blonde. Both times, the drinks were fabulous, and just as ordered. The drive thru is fun! They have music playing and all the employees are joyful and kind. Come here anytime I can! read more

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with a recent experience I had at your Turnersville, NJ location. I have a medically diagnosed milk allergy, which I made clear when I placed my order. I specifically requested that my latte be made with oat milk. After waiting in a long, wrap-around drive-thru line, I was shocked to discover that my drink was made with regular milk. Due to time constraints, I attempted to call the store to resolve the issue but received no answer. I then returned in person to explain the situation to the manager. Rather than offering a solution or showing concern for my health, the manager informed me that "there's nothing I can do," and that I would have to get back in line if I wanted a replacement. When I explained that the line was still wrapped around the building, I was again told nothing could be done and was asked to move along because others were waiting. As someone with a serious allergy, this experience was not only frustrating--it was dangerous. The lack of accountability, empathy, and customer care from both the staff and manager was unacceptable. I have since chosen to take my business to Starbucks, where my allergy was taken seriously and my request was handled with professionalism and care. I will not be returning to 7Brew, and I strongly urge your company to improve training on allergy awareness and customer service standards to prevent situations like this from happening in the future. read more

Oh 7Brew... I really tried. The drinks are ok, very sweet but that can be adjusted, the concept is great. My issue is the cleanliness. Of the 5 trips I've made my cup was sticky 4 times. I get it when you overfill with ice the lid pushes some out but this last time I got an iced tea and only an iced tea. The straw wrapper was sticky the cup was sticky and smelt like coffee. Have you ever drank an iced team while smelling nothing but coffee? Not it. Employees aren't changing gloves, not washing their hands, or just throwing coffee all over the place. I gotta go wipe down my phone now bc I have sticky fingers from my cup. read more

Seen this place sooo many times in tiktok I had to give it a try. The music is very loud outside which kinda fits the vibe. Apparently the staff is to have conversation with you while you wait in line in your car if your windows are down- it was raining when I went so I didn't talk to anyone besides when I ordered. It was pretty busy when I went but the staff members were very friendly. The menu was a little intimidating to me since there's so many options but think it would be easier if I came here more often/if it was closer and I could try more. The wait was not even bad, and they had fun positive music blasting that kept the energy good. My sister ordered a 7 Energy with strawberry, pineapple, coconut, and cream...and she LOVED it! I ordered an iced blondie decaf toasted marshmallow cold foam almond milk sugar free, and let me just say...hands down the BEST sugar free coffee I've ever had. Actually! It tasted amazing and we will definitely be back for more! Next time I want to try the banana bread matcha. I don't get it. It's drive through coffee but they don't have regular coffee. I tried to order a medium iced coffee and was told they don't sell that. I had to order a cold brew . I ordered a medium black and it was $5.35 which is ridiculous and I had to wait in line and couldn't order ahead. Normally, my family and friends enjoy the coffee here. However, I recently caught one of the employees sticking their entire BARE FINGER inside the metal pitcher used to steam milk for lattes. I was in the drive through and pulled up literally next to the preparation/kitchen area. I had a very clear view. He did this to test the temperature of the milk after I returned the barely warm coffee (requested a hot latte) that was served to me. I'm thankful that I saw the employee do this because that milk was clearly tampered with. I hate to think that this employee would have possibly re-warmed the very same milk and served it to me, knowing what he did. I immediately alerted the female employee who initially took my order of what I saw. She offered to make me another latte but at that point, I was so mortified by what I saw, I just requested a refund immediately. There didn't appear to be someone in management that I could soeak with on site but I did contact headquarters right away. They have not returned the phone call message I left them (the main number basically just has a series of prompts with information and another prompt just to leave a message- no live operator or person). 7 Brew is a franchise based in Arkansas. I am hoping my experience is addressed as soon as possible (which I have documentation of). Hopefully, the employee who used his BARE FINGER to test milk temperature will be trained in proper food safety to prevent customer illness or possible liabilities for 7 Brew. Every time I go, there is a long line which on my first visit was intimidating. Then once you get in line, you see how quickly it goes. The staff is efficient and friendly and you can ask for recommendations. Their recommendations are always great. I went to this establishment and they had music blaring in the drive-through, all the employees were dressed like they were homeless people, and they were running around with iPads taking orders, but doing things with no rhyme or reason and it was pure chaos. When I finally got my drink, the person who handed it to me, asked me to "test it" to make sure it was mine. There was most definitely dairy milk in this when I requested almond milk because my breastfed baby was spitting up for the rest of the day. I decided to go back the next day to give this place another chance, and all of the employees were huddled inside singing as loud as they could to the song that blared over the speaker and when I tried to order, she said hold on this is our song and went inside and left me sitting there waiting for someone to take my order. Another girl came out and had to yell over the singing and music to find out what my order was and then she accidentally processed my order has cash instead of card and it took five minutes for me to figure out how to correct it. They delivered some drinks to me and my job today and one of the guys(Chris(same name lol)) was the most condescending, rude person I've ever met. He made me and a coworker feel so utterly stupid because we asked a question. Worst case of overconfidence and attitude I've ever seen. I usually don't leave negative reviews cause ik everyones going through stuff. But to come to my job and demean me and a friend like that was humiliating. I hope he isn't there when they open cause the customers and his coworkers will suffer near him. It is disappointing cause the drink I had was amazing but I will NOT be going there cause I never want to run into him again. He acted like he OWNED our shop and made us all super uncomfortable. After a very stressful ordering experience (long lines, tight spaces to maneuver in and out of, 726 people outside taking orders, loud music), I received my very first cup of hot 7brews. It was very watered down and the flavoring wasn't good. I will give them another try with a different type of drink and update my review. I just feel disappointed. The lines are always ridiculously long-I'm talking you have to drive BEHIND the strip mall then weave in and out of the parking lot....so I thought the coffee must be amazing. It is not for me. It may have been a bad batch or just a watery batch so I will give them another try tomorrow. But I can't see going here every morning for coffee with the at the lines are. read more

This place is ok. I got a regular coffee and it wasn't hot, just lukewarm. There wasn't anything special about their regular coffee. Whatever they are using for coffee it's not caffeinated or it was watered-down. I'm still tired after drinking and it's a bit pricey. There are other famous places nearby that have better HOT brewed coffee. Also, they don't take walk-ups. It's a drive-through only! I just tried this place today and it was okay. My blonde iced coffee was good; however, my dad got a hot coffee and it just was not a "hot coffee" it was cold.
