Today I had a different coffee than my regular one. I had the 'White Hazelnut Latte' from Dunkin Donuts. My first impression was the taste of the hazelnut, it was different and delicious. Also I loved that they added whipped cream and other fixings on top of the latte. The service was excellent as usual and fast paced. Everyone there was nice and polite and had excellent customer service too. I always run on Dunkin, and it's also my go to during the week. Also I love getting their refreshers the 'Strawberry Dragonftuit' it's so refreshing and delicious too. I am livid. This is the closest dunkin near me but I will no longer be coming to this establishment because of the extremely poor service. Every time I come I get avocado toast with bacon. Low and behold, there never seems to be bacon on my toast! Every time I am charged for the bacon but I never receive it. My husband and I were out running errands all day yesterday. I dozed off in the car. He tapped me to see if I wanted something and I realized we were in the back of a Dunkin' Donuts drive thru. It was around 6pm. The person who was taking the order was soooooo unimaginably rude and ignorant my husband who normally has the patience of Jobe was so annoyed by the ignorance he just pulled off. The person sounded like they were annoyed and being bothered having to take an order. He kept talking over my husband abruptly cutting him off in a way to rush him because they had an apparent attitude problem. They then got snappy when my husband was trying to make sure he heard him say he wanted almond milk. My husband was trying to get nothing more than a medium iced chi tea latte with almond milk no extra sugar. Personally I would have pulled off from the moment he said can I take your order because even that sounded like he was a diva with a funky attitude. Once we came from behind the building after my husband pulled off I realized the location and I told him if I had of known he was pulling in here I would of told him not to because this location is also nasty and dirty. I remember I had gotten munchkins from there years ago for my daughters pre k class and they had ants glazed on them. That's why I stopped going there originally. Horrible service. They make the food and drinks great but while you sit in line for 20-30 minutes there are SEVERAL people doing NOTHING to help the rush besides stacking donuts. If they could learn how to properly manage a rush, I wouldn't mind giving a better recommendation and extra stars. It's insane how long you have to wait for a coffee with 2-3 cars before you because no one is helping one another out. read more

Classic donuts that come in a variety of flavors. They are baked fresh and smell wonderful! My favorite is the Boston cream but you can't go wrong with the marble frosted either! Great selection of breakfast sandwiches as well. This location is really clean, and I would recommend to anyone seeking a great donut or coffee shop. read more

Nice to finally have a drive thru,but new paper cups for large coffee are pretty thin, kinda burned my hand holding it. Maybe get thicker paper/cardboard or follow Starbucks or wawa and use extra sleeve before someone really gets burnt read more

Really not that bad. Been coming in daily for three months, a few mistakes but nothing to get upset over. Coffee is always hot and the food is always hot and prepared correctly. Everyone is friendly and knows my order. It is always clean and always sees people going there. read more

I'd give it a 0 if I could. The absolute worst service at a Dunkin' Donuts I've ever experienced. I've been there a million times and one employee there has been pleasant and kind; Tina. ..Anyway, I go to Dunkin daily (now the other one in Cinnaminson) for a cup of coffee. One morning I went in, asked for my coffee and Vishnu starts pointing to his tip bowl and saying how it's empty. He is pointing to his co-worker Sonny's bowl how it was full of tips. Then Vishnu told me I come in everyday and get coffee I need to tip him. Like it was my obligation. Wow, low...I always tip the other Dunkin because their kind, fast, and operate well. Besides that, of all the Dunkin' donuts in NJ and PA I've been to, in the past 3 years (approximately 1000 medium coffees later) the only Dunkin' DOnuts who will not serve me my Medium coffee in a latte cup are these guys. The service is getting a little bit better. I go there when it is more convenient than the Dunkin' Donuts at Cinnaminson Ave.

They have yet to get a correct order from me! I always need to ask them to make the correct drink. It's very frustrating and will not return to that location unless I'm desperate for coffee! read more
