I went into this shop looking to try something new and I was NOT disappointed!!! First if all the place is very clean and cute! The woman who took my order was very helpful! I decided to take home a berry cobbler and a gluten free berry scone. My personal favorite was the gluten free berry scone, but they were both DELICIOUS. Definitely coming back :) read more

The Crafted Scone - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

This little place is nice and cozy. Perfectly priced and is right at the beginning of the downtown strip. The beverages and pastries are worth the wait (if there's a line). We ordered 10 drinks and 2 pastries total was $65. So if you're in the area of downtown Temecula stop by, especially with the cold weather and take a stroll. read more

What can I say but this place is Amazing! The scones are fresh and always a great selection.

I love their coffee and scones!! Everytime I'm in Temecula this is my go to cafe. Service was kind and helpful! And the ambiance is so relaxing and quaint. So glad they replaced the Starbucks with this lovely little cafe :) read more

This a is very minimalist place with friendly employees and no prices on the menu board which I may not of even noticed but the lady after me sure did and she stormed off in a huff. My $8.33 latte was good enough. But agreed: no prices seems a little bit like a scam, no? read more

I have come here on 3 separate occasions. The first time I came some of their menu items were not available so I settled, but my friend ordered the Honey Lavender Avocado toast. It was during their soft opening. The second time we came she ordered the Honey Lavender Avocado toast again but this time they substituted the toast without mentioning they were out and we were served as is. After one bite, my friend wasn't impressed and returned the plate and commented that the toast substitution didn't quite hit the spot and didn't compliment the honey lavender whatsoever. The employees just stood there without saying a word. No apology for the mix up or attempt to recover the situation by actually preparing the item according to the menu description. On my third visit we made a few purchases to-go and when I asked the female employee how do I earn points for their loyalty program, the male employee chimed in saying you have to "spend money" without much instruction. If my memory serves me correctly, you make your purchase and then the system prompts for you to select your receipt preference...that's it! No entering your phone number or email to track your points before you pay? Does it track your purchases based on the method of payment? I'm still very confused on this and the employees were not very helpful. read more

Food great. Ambiance beautiful two women server rude! Scones always delicious. Even after few day you can taste authenticity of freshness. read more

The Crafted Scone - MonteChristo - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Temecula, California

Super disappointed in one of their newer employees ... I don't think she's been trained well on service . The hot drinks I've gotten lately have been horrible not the description at all on the menu . Just disappointed since everyone else there is spot on ! They are all friendly and kind for sure and the manager is great. But paying 7.00-8.00 dollars for a drink , it should be good. read more

This place is so cute! Service was great. They were friendly and got our order out pretty quickly. The jalapeño popper scone casserole and the pumpkin chocolate chip scone were delicious! Can't wait to go back next time we're in the area! read more

Went there on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the charm. So many options are difficult to choose from, but decided on a brown butter toffee flavor. Decadent I know, but it was cheat day. Even untoasted it was the best scone I've ever had. Looking forward to taking the lady here for breakfast. read more

I Loved this spot. I came to Temecula really early and I was ready to splurge a bit on an out of town day, this was the perfect spot for that. I had an iced Lavender latte with oat milk and it was so delicious and flavorful. Its was just over 8 dollars. I loved the way the little shop looked and I came back later when it was less busy and had a seat with a delicous maple pecan scone. The service was very good. I loved to see the handwritten note on my cup from the barista. I also loved loved the decor and the colorful wallpaper and beautiful decor. I loved my second trip to Temecula and have decided that this spot will be a staple and next time I will try the sconewhich sandwich. Loved this adorable spot read more

Cute little place on the end of old town. Nice people, and I tried the gluten free scone it was so good! Give it a try if you're in the area! read more

Place is very cute, clean, and coffee is delicious! Service was great, guy with mustache up front was very friendly and helpful when it came to answering all of our questions. Coffee not too sweet like Starbucks and not stale like Folgers. We tried the egg and ham scone and it was so full of flavor! Nothing "mid" about this place! read more

The workers are very sweet, I got to chat with the baker and a barista and they were adorable. The coffee is a bit on the weak side but the food and pastries are very tasty! read more

Food was amazing, coffee was also excellent. Super cute inside, very little seating but we went on a busy Saturday morning.

The ambience was nice. They were out of banana bread which was a bummer. We stopped by to have some coffee and chai tea. The Soho is not good and had to exchange it for another Chai. The Chai was just "ok." They do NOT give Pup Cups here. When I asked they said, " we don't do that here." With Old Town having so many visitors with dogs, they should consider changing their policy. The ice cream shop a couple doors down sells pup cups! read more

I ordered the Paris tea latte because they couldn't do a London Fog. That's fine, they were open on a holiday. Unfortunately it was so disgustingly sweet it was undrinkable. It didn't taste like tea, just super sweet milk. The worst part was the bible verse hand written on the cup. I guess that's why they wouldn't make the drink in my travel cup? My husband's drink said Happy Thanksgiving, they couldn't just wish everyone a happy holiday, they had to push their evangelism with a cup of coffee. read more

Delicious coffee and unbelievable scones! No one makes a plain scone anymore, so we seriously find every reason we can to drive to Temecula from Newport. read more

Holy moly, best scones we've ever had!! The coffee was very good too. This place is amazing and we tried the same stuff at their Murrieta location, equally amazing. This is a place a town could grow around! Wish we had one of these in AZ. read more

The crafted scones were amazing! I am usually not a big fan of scones but they always make these specialized scones and even have some for free samples. The staff were really kind and helpful! Def needs to come to OC read more

Awesome place, awesome service, glad it replaced the Starbucks, coffee was delish, definitely recommend!!! The atmosphere is lovely, super welcoming read more

Ordered food and coffee for 4 people. Received coffee for 3 people. I asked the male barista, I ordered 4 drinks and only received 3. He said oh the cashier must not have heard you. You can wait in line and I'll check your receipt in a few. The line was half way out the door. Why would I wait all over again for their mistake. Not the customer service I expected. The Crafted Scone by Ynez is much friendlier and helpful. read more

Mid coffee. Mid scones. A scone sandwich is a stupid idea. It has a nice ambiance if the only thing you care about in a coffee shop is the vibe. Avoid this overhyped overpriced cash grab. read more

Beautiful place but absolutely horrible customer service. Wow I'm so disappointed I was so excited to try this place. The girl at the counter was rude no personality not even a hello she and the staff just sat there and stared at me. They were not even busy. I was shocked I had to tell her I hope the food and coffee is better than your service it's my first time here and now it will be my last. The Food was good the coffee was good thank goodness but I Highly recommend and encourage the Owners and Management to do employee customer service training this place needs it 100 % read more

I love this place! Phenomenal food, smooth coffee, and great customer service. The biggest issue is trying to figure out which one to eat

While I was waiting for over 10 minutes because they were "busy" with 2 customers. And my puppies were just laying on the floor not running around. The first thing out of his mouth before I could say hi was "are they service animals"! And I said no I was asked to leave or put them outside before I order. While I get that. I also get that when animals are well behaved and after you allow me to order I will wait outside. How about. Let me order and tell me to move outside after I order. Maybe have more people working. He asked! I could have lied but I didn't. Good luck! Horrible attitude. They are a millions ways you could have handle that one. read more

Unexpectedly splendid! If you've lived in Temecula you know that this used to be a Starbucks location the past couple of years. I drove here with the intention of grabbing a Starbucks coffee and was pleasantly surprised to see a small business scone cafe in its place instead. The inside was cute, simple, and seemed like a perfect place to gather with friends to catch up. The staff was kind and helpful. I ordered a 16 oz latte with vanilla and cinnamon flavor for $8.70. A little more than I would've liked to spend but I believe that price takes into account the quality of espresso and overall cafe ambiance. I would definitely come back here with a friend to dine in, enjoy a scone and catch up. By the way the place smelled insanely delicious!!!!! read more

Servers were really nice and quick! They warm up their food in an actual warmer/oven instead of just a microwave. But honestly, the scones are soooo good. They're a little pricey but the quality is there. They also had a gluten free option which was nice! read more

I've been to the murrieta location several times so when this shop opened it was a no brainer. I will say this location is beautiful and much more inviting to sit and enjoy your scone and coffee. As to be expected the scones are delicious; I've yet to find a flaflavor I didnt like. The service is great and the staff very friendly. read more

Overpriced dried out scones. Went in to try a scone and a tea. Way overpriced no taste. The ice had more taste that the scone. Want to waste your money? Stop on by and try a dried out overpriced scone. read more

Love the scones and they always have unique flavors to try. They wrote kind messages on me and my friends drinks and had very good service. I love the style of the place with pops of color and a very homey feel. I got a very good strawberry matcha and its my go to drink every time I go now. Great coffee spot if you're in the area and want to treat yourself. read more
