I have come here on 3 separate occasions. The first time I came some of their menu items were not available so I settled, but my friend ordered the Honey Lavender Avocado toast. It was during their soft opening. The second time we came she ordered the Honey Lavender Avocado toast again but this time they substituted the toast without mentioning they were out and we were served as is. After one bite, my friend wasn't impressed and returned the plate and commented that the toast substitution didn't quite hit the spot and didn't compliment the honey lavender whatsoever. The employees just stood there without saying a word. No apology for the mix up or attempt to recover the situation by actually preparing the item according to the menu description. On my third visit we made a few purchases to-go and when I asked the female employee how do I earn points for their loyalty program, the male employee chimed in saying you have to "spend money" without much instruction. If my memory serves me correctly, you make your purchase and then the system prompts for you to select your receipt preference...that's it! No entering your phone number or email to track your points before you pay? Does it track your purchases based on the method of payment? I'm still very confused on this and the employees were not very helpful. read more

Went there on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the charm. So many options are difficult to choose from, but decided on a brown butter toffee flavor. Decadent I know, but it was cheat day. I Loved this spot. I came to Temecula really early and I was ready to splurge a bit on an out of town day, this was the perfect spot for that. I had an iced Lavender latte with oat milk and it was so delicious and flavorful. Its was just over 8 dollars. I loved the way the little shop looked and I came back later when it was less busy and had a seat with a delicous maple pecan scone. The service was very good. I loved to see the handwritten note on my cup from the barista. I also loved loved the decor and the colorful wallpaper and beautiful decor. Place is very cute, clean, and coffee is delicious! Service was great, guy with mustache up front was very friendly and helpful when it came to answering all of our questions. The ambience was nice. They were out of banana bread which was a bummer. We stopped by to have some coffee and chai tea. The Soho is not good and had to exchange it for another Chai. The Chai was just "ok." They do NOT give Pup Cups here. When I asked they said, " we don't do that here." With Old Town having so many visitors with dogs, they should consider changing their policy. We stopped by this little cute shop for coffee. We each got a coffee. My husband got the 1885 and I had the butterscotch toffee bits coffee. Strong tasting coffee but really lacked the flavors described for the coffees we bought and needed to be sweeter. I also got a scone salted vanilla brown butter. Best scone olive had in my life!!! I ordered the Paris tea latte because they couldn't do a London Fog. That's fine, they were open on a holiday. Unfortunately it was so disgustingly sweet it was undrinkable. It didn't taste like tea, just super sweet milk. The worst part was the bible verse hand written on the cup. I guess that's why they wouldn't make the drink in my travel cup? My husband's drink said Happy Thanksgiving, they couldn't just wish everyone a happy holiday, they had to push their evangelism with a cup of coffee. read more

Ordered food and coffee for 4 people. Received coffee for 3 people. I asked the male barista, I ordered 4 drinks and only received 3. He said oh the cashier must not have heard you. You can wait in line and I'll check your receipt in a few. The line was half way out the door. Why would I wait all over again for their mistake. Not the customer service I expected. Beautiful place but absolutely horrible customer service. Wow I'm so disappointed I was so excited to try this place. The girl at the counter was rude no personality not even a hello she and the staff just sat there and stared at me. They were not even busy. I was shocked I had to tell her I hope the food and coffee is better than your service it's my first time here and now it will be my last. While I was waiting for over 10 minutes because they were "busy" with 2 customers. And my puppies were just laying on the floor not running around. The first thing out of his mouth before I could say hi was "are they service animals"! And I said no I was asked to leave or put them outside before I order. While I get that. I also get that when animals are well behaved and after you allow me to order I will wait outside. How about. Let me order and tell me to move outside after I order. Maybe have more people working. Unexpectedly splendid! If you've lived in Temecula you know that this used to be a Starbucks location the past couple of years. I drove here with the intention of grabbing a Starbucks coffee and was pleasantly surprised to see a small business scone cafe in its place instead. The inside was cute, simple, and seemed like a perfect place to gather with friends to catch up. The staff was kind and helpful. I ordered a 16 oz latte with vanilla and cinnamon flavor for $8.70. A little more than I would've liked to spend but I believe that price takes into account the quality of espresso and overall cafe ambiance. I would definitely come back here with a friend to dine in, enjoy a scone and catch up. By the way the place smelled insanely delicious!!!!! read more

I've been to the murrieta location several times so when this shop opened it was a no brainer. I will say this location is beautiful and much more inviting to sit and enjoy your scone and coffee. Love the scones and they always have unique flavors to try. They wrote kind messages on me and my friends drinks and had very good service. I love the style of the place with pops of color and a very homey feel. I got a very good strawberry matcha and its my go to drink every time I go now.
