Service and ambiance on the patio were fantastic! Orlando took such great care of us and made the whole experience feel effortless. I even had to send compliments to the chef because the sprouts appetizer and CC sourdough pancake I had at brunch were a total "I'll have what she's having" moment (IYKYK ). Everything was packed with flavor, the quality was top-notch, and the portions were generous. Already looking forward to coming back!

Almost perfect service, waiter was very nice though didn't give me his name. It was a comfortable place to dine. I really enjoyed the stick fries dipped in truffle aoli & the French dip beef.

Neighborhood place with great simple dishes - Brussels sprouts are wonderful, with candied bacon !

I am adding this restaurant to my favorites list. The ambiance and service was superb. Dining out on the patio was nice because it's covered and there is a street and mountain view for scenery. My first time here I ordered the short-rib mac n cheese, brussel sprouts, and the Crispy Grouper fish sandwich. Everything was excellent. Freshly prepared and flavorful. I split this meal with my sister, but wanted to eat it all, hahaha. I look forward to my next visit to try more from their mouthwatering menu.

This place was cute. We tried their brunch menu and sat at the bar. I really like their menu, it still had a lot of options. I had the grilled salmon and Cesar salad and bf got the brunch burger with an egg on top. I'd like to try their drinks but No complaints !

Cute spot with a wide ranging menu and happy hour every day which is nice. We had a pizza, the noodle salad, the prime rib sliders, poke and shrimp cocktail. The noodle salad was large and really delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well!

The ambiance was great. Dim lighting and comfortable seating. Sophia, our waitress was patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. We tried quite a few things as pictured. The highlights were the braised short rib and risotto, the brussel sprouts, and the coconut cream pie. I wouldn't change a thing about any of those menu items, although the plating for the short rib was a bit cheesy with the Brussel sprout leafs circling the edge. The cocktails left a lot to be desired. I didn't care for the ginger mule. I tried it because it was the bartenders special but I could have passed on it. I also had a grapefruit and tequila cocktail that wasn't that great either. In summary I would say if you want a good meal you can find that here. If you are looking for the best culinary experience you ever had, keep looking.

Stopped in just in time for Happy Hour. We never get a chance to enjoy it. Didn't even realize that happy hour is throughout the whole restaurant. Love that. Had the pleasure of Olivia being our server. Incredible. We know the food is always great... but Olivia elevated our visit . She is an asset to The Collins Brothers. Thank you so much. Can't wait to return.

I stopped in after work on a Wednesday evening. There was a bar seat readily available for me. The boristas were very pleasant and help me choose some items of the menu chopped salad with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and bacon with chili vingerette dressing, and it was amazing, Then I opted for the shrimp cocktail, which you could order 6 or 12 shrimp, I believe, and it was not your typical shrimp cocktail. The shrimp appeared to have been seasoned, cooked, and then chilled. The flavor was scrumptious! The space is very large and can accommodate large parties. Indoor and outdoor seating available. There is accessible parking and entrance.

This restaurant is so close to the Biltmore so if you're staying at the hotel and want a little something more, the Collins is a superb option! I made a reservation for 5 ladies which 2 of those were 6 & 8 years old. We were promptly shown to a comfy large booth. We started out with appetizers & bread service. As we moved on to our entrees, we were never rushed and our drinks were always refilled without even asking. I ordered the Butchers Cut Steak with a loaded Baked Potato and a glass of Pinot Noir. The young ladies had the kid's meals. Their plates were adorable (wish I took a picture of it) & a Tres Leches Cake for dessert. The portion was shareable but I didn't have any which means I will return someday to try it as it looked amazing!! Overall, everything was nothing short of awesome. For the quality of the food and service it was definitely worth the price. The Collins has been bookmarked on my list of restaurants as one of my favorite in Phoenix, AZ.

The Collins Small Batch Kitchen is a total gem, delivering on their promise of small-batch perfection. This place immediately became a favorite after trying just two items that absolutely blew me away. First, the Charred Brussels Sprouts. If you think you don't like sprouts, try these. They were perfectly crispy, smoky from the charring, and seasoned beautifully. They manage to be both rich and light at the same time--a must-order appetizer. But the real star of the show was the Short Rib Mac N Cheese. Wow. This dish is pure, indulgent comfort food taken to a gourmet level. The macaroni was coated in a creamy, velvety cheese sauce, and the short rib pieces were incredibly tender and rich. It was deeply satisfying and easily one of the best Mac N Cheeses I've ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The Collins proves that focusing on quality ingredients and great execution pays off. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Five stars all the way!

My family and I dined here on a Saturday afternoon and had a great experience. I had made a reservation online; we were seated when we got there at a table on the patio as we requested upon arrival. Our server came by and took our orders soon after. We ordered the bread service to start with. As much as I love bread, this didn't seem worth it. The sides that were grilled had that charred taste, not my favorite. In other instances (other restaurants), they provide a couple types of bread, but this just came with one item that was bread boule sized. Luckily, our lunch entrees were much better. Most of us started with their soup of the day which was a chowder - very tasty! For our entrees, we had selected a variety of items including the Chicken & Brie sandwich, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Arcadia Club, and Roasted Cauliflower. Overall, everyone really enjoyed their food. I had gotten the sandwich which was good, a bit heavy on the brie but if you like that cheese, this one is definitely for you. Portions were large and filling. Based on this experience, I'd come back. We've also been to a couple of their sister restaurants and haven't been disappointed.

Came here for drinks and maybe dinner. Waited at the bar for 3 minutes on a Thursday which I thought was a little long for an acknowledgment. Finally ordered a drink which were good and I left a decent tip despite the lack of acknowledgement and say I see you. I'll be right with you momentarily. Comms are key.

Great food. They were packed and short on servers so the service was a little off but it was a great meal nonetheless.

Really good drinks and there are some really unique ones - the Kyoto in Winter came in a very cute teacup, for example! There's a decent mocktail selection, which I appreciated as the DD. We really loved the Knotty Boyz (Garlic Parmesan) - if we hadn't eaten recently we might've ordered more to share!

I tried the Korean BBQ pizza which was really good. They had a special pizza...The Baked Potato. So happy they offer slices to try. This was pretty tastey with the seasoned potatoes on it. I particularly appreciated that they did not over potato the slice lol. The best part about the pizza in general is that the crust is light and soft. I usually prefer heavy cheese on my pizza but their was just right. I tried the Son of a B*t@# I'm In cocktail that is on happy hour for $10. The simple yet clean ingredients caught my eye...gin, aperol, elderflower, lime l, and honey made for a very refreshing drink. Also, I've been on a kick to enjoy cocktails with no ice, so this was perfect.
